Duration of stay : 2D1N Price : Around 290 SGD (w/o breakfast) via this app *** was upgraded by hotel since I payed for So Urban Room but they were informed I booked the So Cozy Room Location : near Lau Pa Sat (if you prefer to dine-out); need to note that pick-up or drop-off area is at Boon Tat * Pre-arrival : no email is sent by hotel (compared to Sofitel City) * Registration : friendly staff; my room registration took some time because of a miscomm in my room type. I paid for So Urban (with bathtub) but my stay was confirmed for So Cosy only (no bathtub). At the end, my room was upgraded. * Room (not sure if I was upgraded to Studio or Loft): very spacious; have several outlets for charging; have separate office space and seating area; includes care pack (mask, sanitizer, etc); very comfy bed; lights and tv are controlled by an ipad - which is very convenient! * Bathroom : so big!!!! there is separate area for shower room, toilet and bathtub; the bathtub is the biggest I’ve seen among all hotels I stayed so far; there are his & hers amenities which include sewing kit, hair ties and hair clip (which is not very usual - in my experience… another luxury hotel I stayed in provided the hair tie/band but no hair clip) * In-room dining : limited selection; although I tried their club sandwich which is delicious! * Facilities : Cannot book online. Have to call the reception area. There is no sort of “control” upon entering the pool and gym area as it doesn’t need a separate key card (like their sister hotel, Sofitel City Centre) Although there are free movies as part of entertainment, a point for improvement I can think of is to allow screen mirroring or enabling TV internet so guests can use their own chromecasts if they want. Some hotels I’ve been to have this feature already. Cleanliness is rated as such because I found the curtain in the bathroom quite dirty. It is understandable that curtains are not replaced everyday so I just gave feedback to the hotel during my check-out so they can make sure it is cleaned before the next guest. Nevertheless, I still enjoyed my “me time” in this hotel and I will definitely will be back for a longer period.

Strategically located next to Lau Pa Sat and SGX building, the legacy of F.G. Lundon from 1927 stands elegantly among the Singapore skyscrapers. The newly-renovated building itself offers a clean and cozy feeling with perfect conditioning among the heat of Singapore. I also felt like home with all the services that they offer to me and I was constantly in awe with the architecture and interior. The hotel applied pre check in form that was sent to my phone, so I could fill all the details and straight to the reception to receive my room key. However, due to their system change, they gave me separate key for lift and the room (they say it should be temporary and I hope it will be fixed as soon as possible). The room was awesome with high tech and can be operated through their iPad. You can put a timer to open curtain and turn the lamp on. However, I found a small details for the cleaning service where I found a used head cap left below the toilet, and I found it weird as I thought the room was completely cleaned. Apart from that, the aircon in the room that I stayed also got weird noises during the night. After I filed complaint to the reception on the next day, they swiftly change my room and the experience completely changed 180 degree towards a positive side. the new room was flawless and nice. I was surprised with their sound-proof mechanism, as I could hear nothing from outside despite lau pa sat was really crowded + huge thunderstorm. The rooftop pool was also amazing and I could swim freely as it wasn't crowded. However, I just feel that the hotel need to put a prominent sign on towel's location as it took me 10 minutes to find the towel while the pool was unattended at 9am. I was also admire the warmth of the service where all staffs were really nice to me. They directly greet me in Indonesian as they realize I'm from Indonesia, and we had a great talk (shout out to Izzat and Ismail as they were really nice to me, and also all reception officers who helped me). They also helped me a lot for my checkout process and it was very smooth as well. The Hotel Telegraph offers an undeniable status as a boutique small luxury hotel with an amazing services. Yet, I really wish that the small details can be improved to ensure guest can truly feels the perfection of the 5 stars boutique small luxury hotel.

La habitación y los muebles del hotel estaban muy limpios y eran bastante nuevos sin ningún ruido en absoluto ... la comida de la cena en la habitación también era agradable ... la vista en el vestíbulo del hotel era mucho mejor que la de nuestra habitación ... Sin embargo, reservamos este hotel pensando que la bañera estaba justo al lado de la ventana y tendría una bonita vista para relaj****. Pero la habitación que me asignaron tenía un diseño diferente y no había ninguna vista desde el baño. Aunque nuestra habitación está en el piso 37, la vista estaba casi totalmente bloqueada por el edificio Marina One y estaba a solo 2 pisos por encima del hotel. piscina ... otro punto negativo es que el estacionamiento de cortesía no es similar a otros hoteles que ofrecen cupones de estacionamiento de cortesía de día completo desde la entrada hasta la salida del estacionamiento ...

Tuvimos la suerte de que nos pasaran a la suite Finlayson, que es muy espaciosa y tiene una gran vista. La sala de estar es acogedora para ver la televisión en familia, dado su espacio y sus amplios asientos con un sofá curvo. Es útil tener cubiertos y platos básicos para comer. El personal de servicio, especialmente Dyan y Ramesh, fueron serviciales y amables. Hay muchos lugares para comer alrededor, incluido Lau Pa Sat, que está a menos de 5 minutos a pie. Raffles MRT está literalmente a un minuto de la entrada del hotel. El único inconveniente fue que no había estacionamiento disponible si necesita conducir.

Escuchamos buenas críticas y decidimos reservar este nuevo hotel. Definitivamente, nos sentimos bienvenidos desde el momento de la llegada (desde el conserje hasta el maestro de té). La solicitud de salida tardía se concedió debido a un cumpleaños tardío. Como el hotel es nuevo, todos hacen todo lo posible para brindarle la mejor experiencia de servicio de hospitalidad. La habitación es compacta, pero la distribución está bien planificada, por lo que no nos sentimos apretados a pesar de que tenía menos de 30 metros cuadrados. Por supuesto, lo bueno es el inodoro TOTO :) Chromecast se construyó en la televisión, por lo que transmitir Netflix no fue un problema. Nos encantó la selección de té en la habitación y el minibar gratuito. El desayuno fue uno de los mejores que he probado en los hoteles de Singapur. Me encanta que el hotel Clan se atreva a experimentar con diferentes platos del día (cocina local con un toque diferente). En cuanto a la ubicación, es muy conveniente en el corazón de Far East Square y el centro de comidas Maxwell / Amoy. Prueba la diversión de chee cheong (estilo cantonés) en Yin Ji-Far East Square.

Best value for money hotel in Singapore! Close to Tanjong Pagar mrt, in the heart of all the good food in Tanjong Pagar! Big sizeable rooms with bathtub in Singapore context! Beds were comfy and room was user friendly with a filtered water tap. You get a separate shower from the bathtub. Only downside was the TV channels and the dust from the curtains. Overall a great stay and highly recommend!

First time trying this hotel for a staycation with my gf.. the location is great with alot of nice food choices around and while room in itself is pretty big and nice, my main issue is that the aircon seems to be stuck at 24.5 degrees the whole night and cannot be adjusted which made the whole stay rather uncomfortable and pretty hot. The pillows are also not really that comfortable as well. If the aircon issue was better and the room wasn't as hot the whole night, it would have been alot better. as it stand, there are probably better choices for this price range so I probably wouldn't be keen to come back again which is kinda a bummer cos the location is good and the room is pretty nice at the end..

El InterContinental Singapore Robertson Quay fue un hotel increíble. El vestíbulo en el nivel 4 tenía un olor dulce distintivo, y el salón del club era increíble. El servicio era bueno, y el personal allí era muy amable. La comida era deliciosa. También servían desayuno, merienda y canapés, para que no tuviéramos que salir del hotel durante nuestra estancia. La piscina estaba bastante fría, pero era bastante grande y limpia. La habitación estaba muy limpia y ordenada con polvo mínimo. La televisión tenía muchos canales y nos dieron late check-out a las 2pm. En general, ¡este fue uno de los mejores hoteles en los que me he alojado!

Nos alojamos durante el fin de semana de Fórmula 1, por lo que el precio estaba obviamente inflado, pero de todos modos era menos escandaloso que la mayoría de las otras opciones. Lo positivo fue el personal y el estado general de la habitación. Lo negativo fue que reservamos una habitación para 3 personas, pero las camas solo estaban hechas para 2 y faltaban toallas, y al llegar tarde, nos tomó básicamente hasta la segunda noche hasta que las camas estuvieron hechas correctamente... Tampoco hay espacio de almacenamiento adecuado aparte de un estante de pared con un pocas perchas. La televisión no funcionó correctamente. El desayuno era normal en el mejor de los casos y una de las máquinas de café estaba rota todo el tiempo y la otra tardaba una eternidad en prepararte una taza. Esperaba que la habitación fuera pequeña y no fue una gran oferta para las 3 noches, pero especialmente con la falta de espacio de almacenamiento, realmente no fue una buena configuración para 3 personas. La ubicación estaba bien, a 15 minutos a pie de las áreas de comidas y bebidas y otros 15 minutos hasta la entrada de la pista. En definitiva, una estancia media por mucho dinero. No será nuestra primera opción la próxima vez.

El hotel es el mejor apartamento de servicio y de hotel. Nuestra familia de 4 reservado el 2 dormitorio y se quedó de Oct 2022 a Feb 2023 (aproximadamente 4,5 meses) 2 dormitorios vienen con lavavajillas, cocina totalmente equipada, nevera y microondas 👍 El hotel también ofrece servicio de mantenimiento de casas de días alternativos (dependiendo del número de habitación) nos gustaría extender nuestra más profunda y agradecida gracias a todos los servicios de la casa (especialmente a los que sirven nuestra habitación -1301) durante nuestra estancia! En el nivel 9, hay también un grupo de personal muy dedicado, amigable del frente de oficina, por favor extender nuestra apreciación a todos ellos, ellos siempre son tan alegres y sonríe todos los días 👏👍 gracias FO equipo! Lavandería, espacio de trabajo, gimnasio, piscina al nivel 9, nos encanta usar estas instalaciones. Muchos lugares turísticos (Merlion, Boat Quay, Singapore Flyer) están a poca distancia. This hotel provide daily (Weekday except PH) breakfast at level 1, their choice are limited (about 5-6 to choose and it’s the same throughout our 4.5 months stay) therefore after a few weeks we got tired with the breakfast. ¡En general, nos encanta este hotel y definitivamente volveremos! 🥰

El hotel está muy bien, pero no es un hotel muy bien, pero no es un hotel muy bien. La razón por la que me rebooké el hotel Scarlet fue porque leí recientemente sobre la reapertura del bar de techo, por lo que decidí aprovechar la oportunidad para comprobarlo. Pero fue una decepción porque hubo un evento en esa noche y todo el lugar estaba muy lleno y ruidoso y no tuvimos la oportunidad de explorar la zona y la zona que nos asignaron no tiene vista. Pero el servicio prestado por el personal fue excelente, hizo todo lo posible por encontrarnos un asiento y asegurarnos de que nos sentimos cómodos. La habitación que me asignaron estaba cerca del final del pasillo y estaba un poco decepcionada por no haber luces de madera y luz natural. El servicio de The Scarlet es el mejor en general. Simplemente amante de la calor y la ayuda de todos los niveles de personal. Como siempre, me han caminado a la puerta por el personal que ha procesado mi chequeo. Hasta ahora este es el único hotel que lo hizo! No puedo conseguir esto de ninguno de los hoteles de 5 estrellas.

La ubicación del apartamento es excelente, entre las dos estaciones de metro de la Línea Azul, comer conveniente, hay un café antiguo de Nanjan, abejas, peluche de pelo, arroz de soja, coco, la tienda de red básica puede terminar una red, y la cocina puede cocinar, hay supermercados en Tang City cerca, El único malo es que el personal de la recepción es extranjero, el inglés es muy poco normal, no es chino en absoluto, se comunica con el software de traducción muchas veces, y los incidentes que ocurren después de las ocho de la noche no se resuelven a tiempo, como, por ejemplo, un día nos lavamos el pelo después de lavarnos el pelo, El viento de la valla se quemó repentinamente 🔥, porque el recepcionista se fue, podemos llamar al jefe y luego traerlo el día siguiente.
