La ubicación del hotel era increíble, a poca distancia a pie de muchos centros comerciales diferentes y comida deliciosa. El servicio fue excelente, informó al hotel por correo electrónico que estábamos celebrando nuestro aniversario y nos dijeron que habían preparado un pastel y una mejora de habitación de cortesía para nuestra celebración. Fue un gesto muy bonito. Desde el mostrador hasta el personal de limpieza, todos fueron amables y amables. El espacio de la piscina solo se puede reservar a la llegada y, como la piscina es bastante pequeña, está restringida a 14 personas por sesión, cada una es de 90 min. Agradecido de que el clima se mantuvo durante nuestro período de natación. La habitación está limpia y el personal es rápido, aunque tuvimos un problema con el botón de descarga del inodoro que el personal vino a arreglar pero no logró resolver. En general, es un excelente lugar para qued****, consideraría regresar y, con suerte, puede obtener una habitación que dé al Raffles Hotel y pueda echar un vistazo al folleto y mbs.

La primera cosa que hay que notar es que este hotel tiene dos alas. Heritage y la Torre principal. El alas heritage está situado entre una serie de tiendas y mantiene el estilo de hace cien años. Muy diferente experiencia en comparación con las habitaciones normales de corte de cookies. Positivos: - amplia habitación de 38 metros cuadrados - Lindo diseño de habitaciones - Cama cómoda y el menú de la cocina - TV tiene Chromecast (también el centro de comunicación) - sinks de vanidad doble - presión de agua superb Negativos - no hay carga USB en la cama (existen puertos de carga USB por el escritorio de trabajo) - cortinas y ciegos manuales - no hay toallas calentadas ni bidet - la posición del tubo de ducha fijo es un poco molesto

Wir haben kürzlich nach eine kleinen Odyssee am Münchner Flughafen wegen des Wetters im Pullman Hill St. übernachtet für 2 Nächte und es nicht bereut. Das Hotel ist modern und komfortabel, äußerst zentral im „alten Teil“ von Singapur gelegen. Die Dachterrasse mit dem Ausblick auf die Marina Bay und Pool ist einfach nur wow, das Bett war super komfortabel, mir hat besonders die Festigkeit der Kopfkissen gefallen. Das Design ist modern und greift überall das Thema Eisenbahn toll und gekonnt auf, schließlich geht es ja um die Pullman-Waggons 😀 Die Lobby begrüßt einen gleich mit auf alt gemachten Koffern, die mit diversen Stickern von alten, ehemals bekannten Hotels versehen sind und gleich mal den Anspruch des Hauses verdeutlichen, welches sich offenbar in einer Reihe mit diesen Häusern sehen will. Und das darf ruhig so sein!!! Das Zimmer war ausreichend groß und es hat uns an nichts gefehlt, toller großer Safe, in dem ein Laptopcomputer genauso Platz findet wie alles andere, eine Nespresso Kaffeemaschine, die uns bei der morgendlichen Abreise um 0400 Uhr gute Dienste erwiesen hat, eine Dusche, die großzügiger nicht zu sein braucht, mit gut duftenden Shampoo, Duschgel und Conditioner. Gut war für uns außerdem die Bereitstellung eines in Bioqualität verpackten Kamms, das unser Gepäck es leider nicht geschafft hatte… Am Morgen unserer Abreise wurde uns noch ein leckeres Frühstücksdoggypack zur Verfügung gestellt- toll! Kurzum, wir waren sehr zufrieden mit dem neuartigen Pullman Hill Street und können uns vorstellen, dort wieder zu logieren, wenn es uns nach Singapur verschlägt.

I booked a staycation at the Naumi Hotel to celebrate my wife's birthday. I got the Patio Room under the impression that the patio would be interesting and would offer an alternative hang-out place for us. The initial impression of the hotel was good. There were quite a lot of interesting art pieces scattered all over the hotel. Check-in was swift. The elevator was however a little slow, so a couple of times we ended up using the stairs, which was much quicker than the elevator. The Patio Room was quite a disappointment though. It was small and looked tired. Toilet & bathroom were separated from each other by a piece of partially-frosted glass, so you could essentially look into the other cubicle. Would be quite awkward if one was using the toilet while another was showering. The tiles were a little stained, giving a dirty appearance. The patio was utterly useless - the space was tiny. The swing was badly stained and small, we barely could sit on it, not that we intended to as the cushion looked disgustingly dirty. The light bulbs hanging overhead were not working and some filled with rainwater. I had thought the patio would give us another view of the outside or another space to hang out. NO! Other than being too small, it totally lacked privacy, as guests staying upstairs could easily see us from their windows. There was no view at all, the background was just a pathetic ugly fake plant wall. The bed was fine, pillows were clean and comfortable. Surprised to see even a bolster was provided. An Apple TV was also available, though you'd need to log into your own account to watch shows. It was nice that drinks and snacks in the room were complimentary - a nice welcoming gesture, although similar stuffs could be bought from the 7-11 convenience shop downstairs. Overall, the experience was fine. Location was perfect, in the city and near the Bugis/City Hall MRT station and many restaurants/eateries. Renovation/Revamping of the rooms is long due. Don't bother paying more for the Patio Room (4th floor). Get a room on the higher floors.

Todo fue una estancia perfecta desde el momento del registro hasta que nos marchamos. El servicio es de primera categoría y el hotel es tan agradable. Mención especial a Lydia & Stella en la recepción. Stella fue muy útil en la planificación de la sorpresa para el cumpleaños de mi esposo y trató de satisfacer cualquier solicitud que tuviera para hacer de esta sorpresa un éxito. No podemos estar más agradecidos. La decoración de la habitación también se hizo con cuidado. Lydia fue profesional desde el principio hasta el final. Incluso se acomodó a una solicitud de salida tardía mientras mi esposo tenía una reunión urgente a la que acudir. La comida era increíble en 15 by Stamford y el servicio no tenía fallas. El desayuno y la cena fueron increíbles. ¡Realmente disfrutamos de nuestras vacaciones en casa y estamos ansiosos por volver!

La decoración es muy antigua y tiene cierto olor. Tuve una estadía de dos noches del 17 al 19 de julio de 2021, y fue agradable. Me encanta el vestíbulo y el diseño de la habitación, ¡especialmente el mostrador de recepción rosa! Se registró alrededor de las 4.30 pm y fue atendido por Michael. Como pedí anteriormente una cama king size, Michael me informó que no había habitación disponible y que estará lista a las 5.30 pm. Se actualizó a la habitación PARKROYAL Club Deluxe (solo habitación) y el registro de salida tardío a las 2.30 pm, por lo tanto, no hubo problema. Michael tuvo la amabilidad de ofrecerme un trago en su Club 5. Teniendo su Nasi Lema'rgrita, tenía un sabor muy local y único, pensando en qued**** en el vestíbulo para pasar el tiempo. 5 minutos antes de llegar a la habitación, Michael intercomunicador para asegur**** de que todo estaba bien. Simplemente sucedió que la electricidad se cortó dentro de los 30 segundos de insertar la llave de la habitación en la ranura. Lo probé 5 veces y seguía siendo el mismo, Michael envió a un colega de mantenimiento para que lo revisara. Llegó otra llamada para comprobar de nuevo si todo estaba bien de nuevo. Recibí un pastel de cumpleaños más tarde esa noche, y una llamada siguió poco después. El día 18, otro colega también llamó para verificar si todo estaba bien, ya que puse el letrero de 'no molestar'. Gracias equipo por el seguimiento frecuente, ¡bien hecho! Realmente disfruté de mi estadía aquí, y espero volver.

Ubicación conveniente, ya que solo se tarda 1 minuto a pie hasta la estación de MRT Lavender. Muchos restaurantes cercanos ofrecen una amplia gama de opciones para el desayuno, sin depender únicamente de la comida del hotel. El servicio al cliente fue agradable, la entrega rápida de las necesidades de saneamiento que necesitamos. La única decepción es que el tamaño de la habitación, así como el tamaño del baño, es un poco pequeño, lo que me hace sentir incómodo cuando me muevo. En general, fue una experiencia satisfactoria de vivir en un hotel. Esperamos la próxima visita.

£457 is a lot for four nights in a shoe box.. the room was tiny, so small you couldn't open your case on the floor. The widest part of the room was the bed which touched both walls , then narrowed to accommodate the bathroom, which had no sink. Breakfast was edible but the dinning room was far too small to cater for the number of guests staying.

After seeing some of these reviews, I was somewhat apprehensive about booking this place. I needed a place for a couple of nights at the end of my latest 7 week trip and thought I'd take a chance. Over the last 20 years, I've stayed at almost all of the Bencoolen area hotels and most have gone downhill precipitously. When I checked in, I was met by 2 very friendly front desk employees (James and Firdaus, as it turned out). I knew they had lots of rooms available so I asked them if they would please give me a really good one; well, they did. It was fairly large, quite clean and very quiet. The bed was clean and comfortable, the shower was hot and worked well, the few electrical outlets were functional. and the central A/C was comfy. The included fridge was old but cold and chilled my way overpriced Singapore beer to perfection. I would recommend this place and would certainly never hesitate to stay here again. This area is where I always stay and I think it's the best although others may differ. If I ran this place, I'd buy the housekeeping team a couple of vacuum cleaners. Other than that, I wouldn't do much different. As for James and Firdaus, they certainly treated me fairly and their hospitality was excellent throughout my stay.

My overall stay at V Hotel Bencoolen was great but the rooms feel somewhat outdated and could do with a makeover! - Pros - Service: Staff are super warm and friendly and you can definitely feel it through my interactions with them throughout my stay which was for 2 nights - Additionally room service was extremely fast and responsive - They also lend out umbrellas if the weather doesn't look too good Location: The MRT is basically next door to the hotel (even though Google maps kept telling me to walk from a different MRT - please check if you're new to Singapore) - Also super close to many different eateries - Highlight for us was visiting the Tekka Centre at around 6am to grab breakfast - plenty of hawker style stores with many options Room: As per other comments, this place had decent sound proofing and overall it was ok Swimming pool: They had a nice pool (image attached) which is only opening during certain hours but is actually open outside of those hours - managed to get in a morning dip before being told by the staff the pool was not open yet but the doors are still open for those who want to pop in ;) - Cons - Room facilities Hairdryer: Voltage was low so they expect you to only use the hairdyer for 5-10 seconds per usage and you need to repeat this (Which makes drying your hair almost impossible to do), not to mention hairdyer cord was super short and inside a drawer so you pretty much need to strain yourself to dry closer to the drawer Bathroom: Sink drainage in the bathroom wasn't great with the sink often getting full (the only solution the hotel said was to take out the drainage ”plug” completely Cleanliness: Bed sheets were also not the cleanest - see attached imagery for reference Space: Overall the room was quite small (and yes I know space is limited in Singapore) but it feels like they need to refresh their room layout

Mi familia disfrutó mucho de nuestra estadía durante 3 días y 2 noches por primera vez juntos. Después de la primera noche, me di cuenta de que el frigorífico no funciona, así que llamé al día siguiente para comprobar si se puede arreglar. Vino un técnico, pero desafortunadamente el frigorífico todavía no funciona, por lo que se cambió por otra unidad en poco tiempo. Muchas gracias. Definitivamente vendrá de nuevo en un futuro próximo.

El hotel está situado en el centro de Bencoolen, justo frente a la estación de Bencoolen. El hotel está muy cerca de Bugis Junction, Bugis Street y Albert Food Park, muy cómodo. El personal es muy amigable y útil. Hay muy poca piscina y pequeño gimnasio (con sólo 2 caminatas) en el segundo piso. La tarifa del hotel es una buena idea, pero no la usamos porque queríamos probar todo el desayuno de estilo hawker de Singapur. Realmente disfrutó de nuestra estadía y definitivamente volveremos si visitamos Singapur otra vez.

Esta vez me hospede en Ximi Hotel por cuatro dias y tres noches. Aunque la habitacion es pequeña y pequeña, el lugar esta limpio. No hay olor cuando se abre la puerta. Alguien viene a limpiarlo todos los dias. Esta vez me hospede en el piso más alto Mirando por la ventana, buenas noches Hermoso, brillante por la mañana, el peor del grupo, la insonorización es un poco mala, en general está bastante bien

La ubicación es buena para que no falte comida. Cerca de cafeterías, centros de venta ambulante y centro comercial (bugis). Tienen muchas selecciones y variedades de comida local. Las comodidades no son tan fantásticas. Mínimo y no hay zapatillas internas. Solo tenga toallas para el cuerpo. El área de la ducha es muy pequeña, suficiente para alojar a un adulto de 70 kg CÓMODAMENTE. El control del aire acondicionado es del tipo antiguo, no digital. 4 almohadas y bastante cómodas, además el colchón es bastante firme. El único punto negativo es que la mesa auxiliar está bastante lejos de la cama por un lado. El mini sofá no es para tumb****. Forma incómoda (ver foto con bolsa). Aunque muchos canales de televisión, programas muy antiguos como Harrison Ford en Indiana Jones and the Net de Sandra Bullock. tiene canales en chino y locales Los bloques HDB están muy cerca, por lo que es necesario correr las cortinas para tener más privacidad. No hay calentador de agua ya que el agua caliente proviene del tanque de la azotea. Tengo que esperar a que llegue el agua caliente después de encender como 5 minutos. El personal de recepción fue muy educado y alegre cuando nos registramos. El nombre del personal es Xiao Xuan y nos dio tarjetas de habitación adicionales cuando las solicitamos. No pasó demasiado tiempo en el mostrador ya que ella era eficiente. ¡Gran servicio!

Realmente una gran experiencia. La cama está en el segundo nivel y el techo es muy bajo, por lo que tuvimos que doblar nuestro cuerpo constantemente, lo cual fue bastante problemático. Pero aparte de eso, realmente bueno.

Cerca de la ciudad, muchas opciones de comida y lugares de interés cercanos. Básico pero suficientemente bueno. No tuve tiempo de usar la piscina y el gimnasio. Por suerte tengo bañera en mi habitación 😊 El desayuno tiene buena pinta. Sólo esa puerta es un poco pesada. De ahí el ruido al cerrar.

My overall stay at V Hotel Bencoolen was great but the rooms feel somewhat outdated and could do with a makeover! - Pros - Service: Staff are super warm and friendly and you can definitely feel it through my interactions with them throughout my stay which was for 2 nights - Additionally room service was extremely fast and responsive - They also lend out umbrellas if the weather doesn't look too good Location: The MRT is basically next door to the hotel (even though Google maps kept telling me to walk from a different MRT - please check if you're new to Singapore) - Also super close to many different eateries - Highlight for us was visiting the Tekka Centre at around 6am to grab breakfast - plenty of hawker style stores with many options Room: As per other comments, this place had decent sound proofing and overall it was ok Swimming pool: They had a nice pool (image attached) which is only opening during certain hours but is actually open outside of those hours - managed to get in a morning dip before being told by the staff the pool was not open yet but the doors are still open for those who want to pop in ;) - Cons - Room facilities Hairdryer: Voltage was low so they expect you to only use the hairdyer for 5-10 seconds per usage and you need to repeat this (Which makes drying your hair almost impossible to do), not to mention hairdyer cord was super short and inside a drawer so you pretty much need to strain yourself to dry closer to the drawer Bathroom: Sink drainage in the bathroom wasn't great with the sink often getting full (the only solution the hotel said was to take out the drainage ”plug” completely Cleanliness: Bed sheets were also not the cleanest - see attached imagery for reference Space: Overall the room was quite small (and yes I know space is limited in Singapore) but it feels like they need to refresh their room layout
