Very beautiful hotel. The only problem we had was with the mini fridge. It doesn’t cool that well. We enjoyed the lagoon until midnight. I would suggest people to get the room with lagoon access.

Lovely stay. Breakfast excellent. Staff are all very friendly, especially in the kids club.

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Our stay at Anantara The Palm Dubai Resort was nothing short of impressive! From the moment we arrived, we were welcomed with warm hospitality and a true sense of luxury. The overwater villas and lagoon access rooms are stunning, offering both privacy and breathtaking views. The resort itself is beautifully designed, with a perfect mix of modern comfort and Thai-inspired elegance. The restaurants offered a wide variety of delicious cuisines, and the breakfast selection was outstanding. The private beach and pools were immaculate, and the serene atmosphere made it feel like a tropical escape right in Dubai. What truly stood out was the attentiveness of the staff — always friendly, helpful, and ready to make every moment special. It’s an ideal destination for relaxation, romance, and family getaways. I left with wonderful memories and can’t wait to return!

Make sure to check the bill when you check out. And be careful if the hotel asks you to upgrade your room or any service. There could be hidden fees and double charge. The management of the hotel really needs to improve.

Great Thai-style resort with a large variety of dining options. The lagoons, main pool and beachside are the biggest highlights. The spa is excellent too with great therapists and spa facilities.

The best feature of this hotel was the lagoon pool access, breakfast was decent but the half board options were not the best. We tried two restaurants both were sub standard, especially as one was touted as a specialist Chinese and it was very disappointing. Rooms were ok, was expecting being welcomed and room took time to be sorted.

Best place we have ever book. We went with our family. The staff showed great hospitality, calm, friendly as well as proactive. Their best part was the pool you can dive in at anytime of the day you want to. We even hit the SPA, there the therapist for massage was really good and it's a recommendation from my side. We will plan again to visit with our friends and families.

Anatara The Palm is perfect as a family resort. It's location isn't the most accessible (as it is towards the end of the Palm) but isn't it the purpose? The hotel has excellent staff training offering very attentive and friendly service, plus facilities for everyone in the family. The F&B is great offering Asian, Steakhouse, and International proper dining cuisines, plus pool side and beach side bar/cafe and restaurant too. The sports centre is also great offering a wide variety of activities for adults and kids. The hotel also has free shuttle bus service to/from the Emirates shopping mall (closest mall to the Palm) which ride will take about 20-25min. Thumbs up!

Very nice hotel, the staff were extremely helpful. Excellent breakfast in the mornings. The pools and beach are very relaxing. Plenty of choices for food with many restaurants.
