«I highly recommend my Muslim friends to stay at this hotel. Because this hotel has a bidet✨🥰 I feel like i just got jackpot to find this beautiful hotel in the heart of Nanping Pedestrian Street. The room also very warm & cosy yet so clean. The decorations very beautiful. Got so many halal restaurant/food nearby. Just walking distance.Smooth check in & check out procedures. «Todo está muy bien. Nos han atendido muy bien, incluso, aunque no hablen inglés, nos han ayudado siempre en lo que hemos necesitado. Lo recomiendo.
La única pega que mencionaría es que el colchón es muy duro. Es como dormir en el suelo, al menos para mí. Pero es común que los colchones tengan este tipo de rigidez, me lo he encontrado en muchos lugares.»

EElderly executiveService was good except for IHG check in which was rushed through by a female staff. There wasn’t even a queue behind us.
The rest like concierge & restaurant staff were ok…patient. A concierge male staff helped me with my McDonald’s delivery because as a foreigner , I couldn’t use Mei Tuan for food delivery. He even offered to deliver to our room as we are seniors in our 60s.
The photography package was fast and efficient.
Hotel is conveniently located within walking distance to the numerous restaurants outside and Dianchi.

BBlack LibertineEl hotel está situado a medio camino de la montaña y desde su habitación podrá contemplar el lago Dianchi. En realidad, la habitación no es muy grande, pero el patio privado es grande, donde puedes sumergirte en las aguas termales y disfrutar del paisaje. El ambiente es cómodo y agradable y el personal de servicio es sencillo y amigable. Vale la pena la experiencia de estadía. Si hablamos de las deficiencias, sólo hay algunos problemas con la ubicación del hervidor, lo que resulta incómodo de usar. Además, parece que no hay actividades ni instalaciones de ocio y entretenimiento en el hotel, lo que hace que la estancia sea un poco menos interesante. .

No compensa el precio más alto en comparación con otros hoteles. El televisor es lento y viejo. Me arrepiento de haber reservado con un precio superior en el hotel.

UUsuario invitadoWe touched down in Kunming at 2am and stayed overnight at Park Inn before catching our train to Lijiang the next day. The pickup service was free - after arriving at the airport, I called the hotel (via Trip.com internet call) and they gave me the driver’s WeChat to facilitate the pickup. The driver arrived within 20 min and sent us straight from the airport carpark to the hotel.
The hotel was reasonably clean for a night’s stay and everything worked well! The room was spacious and the bed was comfortable. The next morning we took a taxi to the train station, which took about 45 minutes. Overall an extremely convenient stay for those looking for a hotel near the airport!

UUsuario invitadoOverall I was very impressed with the hotel the rooms are clean and pretty well appointed and the service was very efficient although perhaps reserved ( which is not a bad thing although I do personally like to see a few more smiles) I was there to play golf for three days and my family to explore Kunming and the hotel provided a good location to do exactly that. We enjoyed our stay and the attached golf course is impressive and I will certainly go back.

MMaliahEl hotel está muy cerca del aeropuerto. Es de aproximadamente 7 km. Se quedamos aquí por 6 noches. Habitaciones y baños son limpios. Habitaciones es grande. El personal es muy amable y útil. El hotel está a sólo una distancia a pie al restaurante musulmano. Hay algunos restaurantes musulmanes en la zona y a pocos paseos del hotel. El hotel dispone de un transbordador desde el aeropuerto hasta este hotel.

Ddes cThe location is unbeatable. We have the duplex room, but it was not large. The single rooms were much better. Staff english is limited, but they are very friendly. The outdoor seating area was nice and open as the air outside was very cool although there was some honking here and there from the street outside. couple of restaurants on the left and behind, some pretty famous ones. The bakery, and meat pastry shop down stairs on the right were really good and cheap. All in all we were very happy to stay there.

UUsuario invitadoA la habitación llegaba un sonido persistente que no me dejaba descansar, la 2a noche pedí el cambio pero me dijo la chica que mo podía ser, que todo estaba ocupado y que mandaría al operario de mantenimiento, nunca llegó. El 3er día la otra recepcionista me dió una habitación sin ruido, y pude descansar. Si a eso añadimos que la funda de la almohada tenía, en la cara buena, una mancha de ***** bien a la vista mi opinión no puede ser buena.
