«Cansado de la monotonía de las cadenas de hoteles estandarizadas, mi estancia en el Hotel Xiaozhong Jinpi superó por completo mis expectativas esta vez. Está ubicado al lado de Pond's Jimi Corner, con una entrada discreta que es fácil pasar por alto si no prestas atención. La combinación de la iluminación y el diseño en general es perfecta, sin ruidos molestos. La música de fondo es muy relajante. La iluminación de la habitación, el colchón inteligente y las persianas opacas en la ventana, junto con las paredes insonorizadas, aseguran un descanso completamente tranquilo y sin interrupciones. El personal de limpieza, CJ, es muy dedicado y no hay ni una sola mancha de agua en el baño. El personal es amable y reservado, siempre dispuesto a ayudar cuando es necesario, pero sin charlas excesivas. «The hotel located at a strategic location whereby just cross the street can reach to the walking street, shopping mall, cinema and a lot of eateries nearby. The didi (taxi) can reach in front of the hotel building and the hotel located at 2nd floor. There is an elevator within the building but only the left can reach second floor, check the signage before you enter the lift. The hotel lobby provided free flow drinks and coffee machine (creamer n sugar provided as well). Their staff are very well trained, friendly and super polite, everytime you passby the reception, they will stand up and greet you.
There is a laundry room, consist of one washing machine and one unit of dryer only, so you have to avoid the peak hour to use the machines.
The shower room and toilet is separated and you can see through the glass door when you stand nearer to it.There is not robot machine to deliver things to your room, but if you have ordered food via *******, the driver can send the food directly to your room, there is no difficulty to enter the hotel area and 24/7 receptionist is stationed there. the cleaner did the clean up everyday. For housekeeping, they changed all the towels and replenish the toiletries every day. There is a fake garden beside the bathtub which a bit pointless. But the twin room do not have a window due to its position, hence maybe it is for decoration.
So far, I am enjoying my stay and I would definitely stay here again when I visiting Kunming next time!»

«This hotel truly stands out, with friendly and helpful staff across the board—from the reception team to the driver and even the staff managing breakfast. The reception continued to keep us updated via messages, even after confirming our airport pickup while waiting for the driver. The two night-shift ladies staff went the extra mile by arranging early housekeeping so we could check in at 8am when a room became available after an early checkout. Our room was ready upon arrival.
The room itself was spotless, though items like hand wash, body wash, and toilet paper could have been better replenished. That said, it was sufficient for our one-night stay. The hotel also provides quality disposable slippers and bottled water. The bed and pillows were exceptionally comfortable, and thoughtful touches—like curtains that automatically close when the key card is inserted and motion-sensor lights that illuminate when you get out of bed in the dark—added to the experience.
The driver was consistently cheerful and helpful, and the breakfast staff on 28 April 2026 showed great dedication by waiting for me to finish, even though I arrived just five minutes before closing and declined any refills.
This hotel is a great choice for an overnight stay or if you have an early flight. A one-way car ride from the hotel to the city costs less than US$10, making it both convenient and affordable.

Usuario invitado¡La ubicación del hotel es excelente! Está justo enfrente del Parque Cuihu y al lado de la Universidad de Yunnan, lo que lo hace perfecto para pasear por la ciudad. El servicio del hotel fue muy bueno; me hicieron un upgrade a una habitación con ventana, que era perfecta para una sola persona. La ropa de cama era cómoda e incluía una almohada de látex. ¡El desayuno fue fabuloso! Todas las mañanas disfrutaba de los fideos de arroz con sopa de frijoles y la sopa de pollo al vapor. ¡Si hubieran tenido baozi crujientes habría sido perfecto! ¡El servicio de lavandería del hotel es fantástico! Puedes pedir al personal que lave, seque y te devuelva la ropa a la habitación.
Áreas de mejora: La ducha de agua caliente solo llegaba a 40º. No sé cómo lo aguantarán los huéspedes en invierno. Además, el aislamiento acústico no es bueno; por las noches tuve que usar tapones para los oídos para poder dormir.

The property is beautifully maintained, exceptionally clean, and offers a peaceful resort-like atmosphere that feels like a welcome escape from the bustle of the city.
The grounds are stunning, especially with the beautiful jacaranda flowers in bloom, which made the hotel even more picturesque. The breakfast selection was excellent, with a wide variety of quality options to start the day.
What truly stood out, however, was the Concierge team. I would especially like to thank Mr. Smulin and the entire team for their outstanding professionalism and dedication. Prior to our arrival, they assisted with receiving several packages on our behalf. When an issue arose involving a missing package, Mr. Smulin and team went above and beyond to help track it down, coordinate the recovery process, and even arrange for it to be forwarded to another hotel on our itinerary.
This level of service is rare and demonstrates genuine care for guests. Their responsiveness, attention to detail, and commitment to helping us resolve the issue made a huge difference to our trip.
Thank you to Mr. Smulin and the entire Concierge team for your exceptional hospitality. I would gladly recommend InterContinental Kunming to anyone visiting Kunming and would not hesitate to stay here again.

And voila….. absolutely no regrets choosing this hotel. The service provided was top notch, the staff are friendly, courteous and prompt. Housekeeping staff always clean up the villa to a level which I had no way to complain. Always willing to go the extra miles in providing personal services to the guests. The Villa I booked had a private hot spring and a huge garden which had the best view in my opinion. Every evening, we are able to watch the sunset in our private garden. It was really out of this world, couples must definitely try it. Everyday the hotel will provide a fruit basket and top up the bar counter with drinks and snacks at no costs. The ever-friendly staff (Miss Lee) even told me to let her know if there are any fruits I would like, she would arrange to fill it up in the fruit basket. She even check with me a few times if there are anything she could do to improve the stay with the hotel. Kudos to the management team for instilling this high service standard. Miss Lee even contacted me after I check out to ask for my feedback. Keep up the wonderful work. I will definitely be back. For this trip is filled with so much wonderful memories. Thanks to the team.

Overall I was very impressed with the hotel the rooms are clean and pretty well appointed and the service was very efficient although perhaps reserved ( which is not a bad thing although I do personally like to see a few more smiles) I was there to play golf for three days and my family to explore Kunming and the hotel provided a good location to do exactly that. We enjoyed our stay and the attached golf course is impressive and I will certainly go back.

¡Porque para llegar a las 7:00 de la mañana, elija este hotel a sólo 15 minutos de coche del aeropuerto y la experiencia es mucho más que esperada!
Servicio muy intimidad: a las 4:00 de la mañana hay servicio de transporte gratuito. El maestro del conductor espera en el hall de antemano, ayuda a transportar el equipaje y recordar en el camino también intimidad la atención al embarque. La hermana de la recepción está entusiasmada y no se pierde el tiempo.
Espacio de descanso cómodo: el aislamiento acústico de la habitación es de primera clase, las camas son suaves y la piel se encuentren suavemente y pronto se dormirán. Aunque para un descanso breve, duermen muy tranquilamente. La sanidad limpia de la sanidad, el agua caliente viene rápidamente, la experiencia de la cama es excelente.

We had a wonderful stay at this hotel and would like to sincerely thank the entire team for their kindness and great service.
We arrived very late after midnight, but the staff kindly waited for us and even walked out to welcome us when we arrived. We were quite hungry at that time, and the staff thoughtfully helped us by providing hot water for our cup noodles and even bringing it up to our room. It was such a small but very touching gesture that we truly appreciated.
Communication was never a problem because the staff tried their best to use translation apps to communicate with us. Their effort and friendliness made us feel very comfortable throughout our stay.
Everyone at the hotel was lovely. The chef who prepared our breakfast was also very kind, and the breakfast was delicious. The hotel is also in a great location where many things are within walking distance, which made it very convenient to explore the area.
Thank you again to the whole team for making our stay so pleasant and memorable.

El mensaje sobre dónde ir y buscar el coche del servicio de transporte es claro si entiende chino. El personal del mostrador es servicial y amable. Con su dirección guiada, logramos encontrar algunas comidas rápidas y agradables para cenar en una calle cercana. El servicio de transporte de salida al día siguiente también se organizó con antelación. Por la mañana, el personal del mostrador también nos llama para recordarnos el horario de recogida.

Las zonas comunes son preciosas, rodeadas de plantas. El café molido a mano es delicioso y aromático. Por la noche, mi hijo disfrutó de un baño de flores maravilloso. Si tengo otra oportunidad, volveré sin dudarlo. Me encantaría sentarme en el sofá, pedir un café, y disfrutar de la tranquilidad en medio del bullicio, sintiendo la colisión entre la vida cotidiana y la calma. Por último, un agradecimiento enorme al dueño por su hospitalidad. Espero verles la próxima vez. Kunming es fantástica, ¡deberían venir! [sonrisa][sonrisa][sonrisas]

Higiene: La habitación está relativamente limpia.
Servicio: Los camareros de la recepción son muy entusiastas y educados desde el check-in hasta el check-out. Cualquier problema se resuelve de manera oportuna.
Medio ambiente: El hotel es un hotel de villa con jardín con pequeños edificios uno tras otro. La vegetación fuera del hotel también es muy buena.
Instalaciones: Las instalaciones son bastante completas. El desayuno buffet es muy bueno.
En general, vale la pena quedarse.
