All the staff from this hotel is so friendly and professional. First Num helps you with your luggage and some refreshing drinks 🍸, then you meet Ton, pang, Best or Giman who are so efficient and helpful in the check in and giving first hand advice in what to do and recommendation or where to go. In the bar Pad always has a good cocktail recommendation and he is good ad making the drinks and they also have a really good price. And in the restaurant all the staff are extra efficient just like Num everyone is helping having the best service. And last but not least Vint the driver always is willing to take you wherever you need to go for a fear price and with a big smile on the face. Thanks for everything, I would love to come back anytime. Great location, quiet, clean and excelent service.

Fantásticas vistas desde la piscina y el restaurante. Un desayuno agradable. Creo que la ubicación es buena, con dos playas de Kata a poca distancia y restaurantes, tiendas de masajes y lavandería justo bajando la colina. Definitivamente es una colina empinada, pero la distancia es corta, así que No me molestó. Lo mejor de la habitación es que es una habitación privada con aseo y ducha separados. Sin bañera. quiero usarlo de nuevo

Upon arrival at the hotel the staff were friendly and inviting. We were checked in and given information about breakfast and room service. We were then taken to our villa by golf buggy. We were shown our villa and the various areas and controls for them and then left to settle in. We were also told the mini bar contents was free and refreshed each day (2 cabs of coke, 2 water, small pack of oreos and a kitkat). At first glance it is a lovely hotel and the pool jets were fun. On closer inspection it became disappointing and didn’t improve, more on that in a sec. At breakfast there was a menu to select one item from and the portions were massive and tasted very nice. There was also a large buffet selection you could help yourself to. Fresh tea and coffee was available upon request. On arrival we advised we had an early morning which would start before breakfast opened. We were offered a takeaway breakfast that would be waiting at reception for us. The next morning upon arrival it was apparent that the order had been forgotten. Breakfast had opened by this time and we had to quickly shove some food down us while our driver waited for us. That evening we enjoyed our pool but it wasn’t in the cleanest condition with debris at the bottom and leaves floating on the surface. On the first evening after check-in, I was walking around the villa and caught the bottom of my foot on a sharp part of the wooden floor. I did advise the staff the next morning on our way out for the day and it was fixed by the time we returned. However the injury did cause pain and irritation for the remainder of the holiday as it was on the bottom of my foot. Upon returning from our first day out we found that our room had been cleaned but they had removed our dirty towels and not replaced them with new. I had to contact reception to request fresh ones. They had also turned off the air-con that we had left on to ensure the room was cool when we returned. The following day I decided to have a bath to sooth my sun burn and found that the tap to the bath was broken and there was just a small stick pointing out for me to use to control the temp and flow. We also realised that we were lucky enough to have booked a villa with a pool, as the hotel does not have a communal one and not all villas have there own. For the rating of the hotel and the price we paid it was a little disappointing. The staff remained cheerful and helpful for the duration of our stay but the issues did dampen our experience.

A very luxurious hotel with a brilliant view. Staff are exceptional, nothing was too much trouble! Close to shops, money exchanges and transport. Hotel was also able to arrange transport to anywhere you wanted to go. We stayed in a one bed ocean view loft (villa 502) which was on lower level, close to the restaurant, bar, spa and gym so only had to walk a few steps to everything and it was exceptionally quiet. You felt like you were the only ones there! Having your own infinity pool was a treat. Hotel supplied everything you needed for free each day including beer, cans of soft drink, sparking water, still water, fruit, peanuts and dried mango. You were given a phone to call reception 24/7 for whatever you might require whilst at the hotel or to call them if you needed something whist out and about. The phone also allowed you to make free international calls, how good is that!. It was magical sitting in the restaurant or bar at night watching the sunset. The food was always delicious and beautifully presented. Could not think of a better place to stay!

¡Muy guay! ! ¡Loco hotel Amway! La ubicación es estupenda, justo enfrente de la playa de Kata. La piscina que rodea todo el hotel es genial. La habitación fue mejorada al segundo piso con acceso directo a la piscina. Puedes ingresar a la piscina directamente desde el balcón y hay kayaks de uso gratuito. La piscina central es grande, con muchas tumbonas a los lados, e incluso un bar en la piscina donde puedes sentarte en el agua y tomar una copa (¡hay un happy hour de compra uno y llévate otro gratis de 17 a 19 h!). La habitación es grande, el baño y el guardarropa son enormes, muy espaciosos. Muy limpio. El personal es muy educado y se comunican bien cuando vienen a limpiar después de salir tarde de casa. Hablan inglés y no hay barreras para la comunicación ~ La comida era buena y el desayuno delicioso. Almorcé, que estuvo delicioso y a un precio razonable. Pedí que me entregaran las bebidas en la habitación. Reservé un desayuno flotante para un día y le agregué 1000🐷 encima del desayuno. Es una súper película y llama la atención jaja. El problema reportado por algunos huéspedes es que está lejos de la carretera principal, lo cual en realidad no está mal, y la recepción puede sacar un auto (antes de las 19:00), si tomas un taxi, puedes esperar directamente en El lobby. El hotel es relativamente grande, pero hay un canal en el medio, por lo que si no tenemos suerte, puede que esté un poco más lejos del vestíbulo de la habitación y solo podamos caminar, no vivimos muy lejos. Considerándolo todo, ¡súper satisfecho! ¡Hotel súper sorprendente! ¡La experiencia es muy buena! ¡Excelente relación calidad-precio!

We booked this accommodation through *********** and it wasn't stayed anywhere in the terms and conditions that they charge 3% more if you pay with credit card. When we arrived there was a lady who greeted us on the street as soon as we got out of the taxi and wanted to rush us in the office without leaving any time to organise our luggages and two small kids. When we got in she told us we have to pay 3% extra if we pay with card and when we questioned this she couldn't answer or offer any solution, she was very condescending saying things like ” I'm helping you to check you in early etc” even though we only asked to leave our luggage we didn't need to check in early (we were there around 12 so not very early anyway). We asked to speak with the manager. First she said he will be there around 2 pm then suddenly turns out he will be there in 5 mins. Meanwhile waiting we just went to a tour operator on the corner to ask some info and the lady came very rudely saying to stay there now as she doesn't want to chase after us when the manager is there. Then the manager came, a French guy, absolutely entitled and condescending as well. He was smiling at us and told us we are talking for 1 hour for nothing, didn't let us speak and showed us the door with a baby and a toddler in the 40 degrees heat. Absolutely disgraceful. He said if we don't like it there is the door - his words exactly. This could not happen if he was a hotel owner in France so he made the right decision to leave Europe. We were absolutely shocked. Then we booked another hotel on *********** which he told us was also his place so he told us not to go there either. Luckily we found a much better alternative closeby for less money and more kind owner.

La ubicación es bastante buena, hay muchos extranjeros y la actitud de servicio en la recepción también es muy buena. Debido a que las imágenes de Ctrip son bastante diferentes, elegí la habitación más grande según el principio de ir a fue lo peor 🥹🥹, los hoteles son diferentes Por un lado, estoy satisfecho, ¡y aún así recomiendo que reserve una habitación con vista a la piscina! ! Cuando me fui, vi que la vista de la habitación con vista a la piscina era mucho mejor 😂, cuando finalmente me fui, mi amigo se enfermó y ¡la recepción nos aconsejó ir al hospital! ! Pero el chino en la recepción es muy normal, básicamente usamos inglés y traductores a granel.

La habitación estaba limpia y ordenada. La vista era muy buena. No tenía grandes expectativas cuando hice la reserva (porque la sección de comentarios decía que había discriminación contra los chinos), ¡pero no sucedió! ¡Muy entusiasmado! ¡El servicio fue genial! (Hubo un episodio en medio de la espera para que me recogieran. Llevé mi equipaje al bar del restaurante y pedí jugo. El chico del bar pensó que éramos forasteros pidiendo comida en el hotel, ¡así que nos ignoró! Nos sirvieron. después de una explicación más adelante.) (En su mayoría personas blancas) ¡Espero que el servicio del hotel continúe mejorando! ¡Que más chinos se alojen en hoteles tan hermosos!

Hotel genial, piscina 34 grados, mar a 31 grados buffet variado, personalS simpaticoSet servidor en el bar muy simpatico nos reconoce fácilmente y conoce muy rápidamente nuestras bebidas habituales. Recomiendo este hotel porque tiene hermosas playas de arena fina y bonitos peces que ver en el tubo donde caminamos. ¡Habitación amplia con gel de ducha, champú, después de champú y leche corporal proporcionados! Equipa Coralia que ha integrado este establecimiento desde hace poco muy agradable. Sólo la inconveniente de este hotel es que el bar se cierra a las 22h, de lo contrario todo está en el TOP

GF y yo hemos estado 7 noches (en un principio, 6 noches, pero hemos rebookado nuestro vuelo para quedarse otra noche!), y nos hemos disfrutado quizás el hotel más relajante que hemos estado en. Super tranquilo, con un paisaje increíble! Como estar en una selva, con una vista maravillosa y el sol, con corta caminata a la mejor playa de Phuket. El hotel de Kata Hill Sea View nos ha dado la suerte de descubrir el hotel de Kata Hill Sea View. Con su cocina totalmente equipada, saboreada sala de estar/comedor, y la terraza con vistas impresionantes al mar, la ciudad de Kata abajo, y el magnífico Big Buddha en la montaña, La piscina privada y la zona de comedor al aire libre completaron la foto, nos invitaron a relajarnos y a tomar en toda la belleza. Además, podemos ordenar una variedad de platos tailandeses y occidentales por teléfono/WhatsApp de un restaurante cercano, que fueron entregados inmediatamente a nuestra puerta. El hotel se encuentra a pocos pasos de la hermosa playa de Kata, con tiendas y restaurantes que se adaptan perfectamente a la familia. Para más exploración, el autobús local a la ciudad de Karon y Phuket está a sólo cinco minutos y es sólo 40 baht p/p. Un grito especial al personal del hotel, cuya hospitalidad cálida y genuina ha hecho nuestra estadía realmente memorable. Y por último, pero no menos importante, el encantador gato ginger en la recepción añadió un sentido de confort y de homey durante toda nuestra estancia.
