UUsuario invitadoIn fact, I stayed in this hotel for 4 days in Kunming and this is the hotel that makes me feel more in love with this country. They are so cute that they treat me like a real friend instead of a guest from far away. I lost my passport and thanks to their presence, my trip became more meaningful instead of feeling unlucky. The hotel is great and fully equipped according to the standards of a 4 to 5 star hotel. But what makes me feel the best is the way the hotel owner and staff helped us. If I have the opportunity, I will definitely come back here and recommend this wonderful accommodation to other friends. They deserve 1000/10 points.

BBJlaoxinComo estaba de paso en Kunming, elegí un hotel de la marca Marriott, relativamente asequible y fiable. La ubicación es excelente. Conduje desde el aeropuerto de Kunming y las carreteras estaban en muy buen estado. El hotel se encuentra en una zona concurrida, con una amplia oferta gastronómica y de ocio en los alrededores. En la planta baja hay numerosas calles de restaurantes y muchos locales de famosos de internet. El hotel es muy nuevo, las habitaciones están impecables y las instalaciones son buenas. El personal de recepción es muy amable y profesional, acorde con los estándares de servicio de un hotel de cinco estrellas. El desayuno es bastante abundante y los ingredientes son de muy buena calidad. El servicio del restaurante también es muy bueno. Además, hay un gimnasio y un bar en la octava planta del hotel. El único inconveniente es que el aparcamiento gratuito del hotel está en la cuarta planta del edificio de aparcamientos, al otro lado de la calle. Es necesario llevar el equipaje uno mismo, lo cual resulta un poco incómodo. Sin embargo, a este precio, el hotel ofrece un servicio tan completo y eficiente, además de instalaciones de hardware. Estoy muy satisfecho. Vale la pena recomendar este hotel.

OOzb00mHighly recommended for short stay near Kunming airport. For the price I paid, the CP is very high. Location is great, many hotels in the same area hence there are many shops and restaurants to choose from. Though its lobby area and carpet in common area is showing its age a little bit, the room I stayed in is impeccably clean, modern and comfortable. Room size is big, has view, bathroom is also big and water pressure is great. Only inconvenience is the lobby is not reachable directly by car, you will need to go down a few short steps to reach it. It is a small inconvenience considering it is a great value.

maintained, though this is an older hotel. One issue was the strong cigarette smell that remained through my stay. Location is not near city center, but a Walmart & many eateries are across the street. I know this is a busy holiday week, but staff should be more welcoming.

Now, where do I begin, first of? if you sre arriving at this place via didi or taxi straight from the airport, do yourself a favour and get dropped off outside and walk to the entrance of the ”hotel”. If you get dropped off inside the underground parking lot, Goodluck to your driver finding the spot to drop you off that connects to the hotels' elevator (its a maze and once u get there, it looks sketchy but its alright).
Now, for the location: the location is superb! You're legit right beside a large mall with Tonssssss of restaurants to eat at even late at night! It is simply very convenient. And if you dont mind walking, there's another mall down south thats about 15mins walk. Lots of things to do.
The lobby, the receptionist were kind and warm. They provided water whenever asked and didn't hesitate to help where they could. The free tea upfront, although we didn't fully utilize, was a nice touch.
Now for the room: we selected the largest room they had which had 3 bedrooms. The price? It was insanely good. Almost unheard of. It was between 50-70 Canadian during the time of booking. I couldn't believe it.
But not all hotels are perfect, and i have to say some of the things i experienced could definitely be improved.
The restroom area had some scent to it that I couldn't point out as to what the smell is. I had to leave the exhaust fan on to ensure a neutral atmosphere. It worked fyi.
The living room: is huge but tell me how there's only a 2-3 people sofa available and one small chair and a table. Its a wasted space. It ought to offer a large lounging furniture at this kind of room. It felt bare.
The windows: simply put, although they installed windows capable of sound deadening, the weather stripping and the latch simply doesnt bond the gaps efficiently. Meaning, coldness of the night still finds its way. Luckily, the hvac system works and the curtains are relatively thick and also automatic (adjust at will).
The beds are ultra clean and the floors were relatively spotless.
But there's honestly one thing that is have to think about if I ever decide to rebook. I personally don't smoke, and i requested for a deodorizing treatment for our room prior to coming. The room itself? It didn't smell like cigarettes which was awesome, but here's something I don't see bring possible to address: at night time, while I lay down and sleep, there is a smell of people smoking cigarettes whose odour is somehow able to travel through the air ducts. Like each and every night, it was the same ordeal. My son didn't say anything, my parents inlaw didn't say anything, but my wife and I, yeah we smelled it.
It isnt like as if you're beside someone smoking cigarettes, but its more like a scent that goes along with the air in the room that suggest someone had smoked, just unsure when.
Other than that, sure, the beds, pillows and comforters were all clean and comfy.
Honestly, my family was OK with the room. The convenience and price is really really hard to beat. Like it is extremely beyond belief affordable. Perhaps id reconsider staying here again if we were in kunming. We'll see.

No es un hotel, sino una casa de huéspedes o una casa de familia. Todos los servicios, como comida, tiendas, supermercados, servicios de telecomunicaciones y servicio de entrega prioritario, están cerca. La pareja propietaria, y especialmente su esposa, son una pareja excelente que se esfuerza al máximo para ayudar y apoyar a los huéspedes que viven en sus alojamientos; ninguna queja por parte de ambos.
