The hotel.is fantastic, the staff is super friendly and very prompt in dedicating all attentions. Ford- reataurants, room service - is good but in my opinion overpriced, buffet was I think expensive.

El desayuno es muy rico, el ambiente del hotel también es bueno, la cama de la habitación es muy cómoda, te puedes acostar un día, la piscina y el gimnasio son lugares de visita obligada. También puedes matar a la gallina, pero el precio es más caro🤦‍♀️

The hotel is located in the affluent area of Sundar Nagar. A gated community with security at each and every property. The hotel was very quiet during our stay - 5th November to 8th November. We stayed here for the CWC 2023. Room was clean -twin room. On arrival, Shweta was very amicable and advised places to eat, visit. Edward the Nightshift support this also attentive too. The TV was not working and took 2 phone calls and almost an hour for someone to action -not a good initial impression. We ate breakfast of aloo paratha - very nice.they also took note of how we wanted our tea, this was again perfect -well done La Sagarita team. On a negative, the hotel suffered a power failure that lasted for 45 mins. As guests we had no notification or info from the staff other than shrug of shoulders. We were informed the back up generator is faulty. Poor by the hotel to not maintain a back up generator. Once power was restored we discovered the hot water was not available. I was advised that the boiler was on but would take time to heat the water. In the morning the water was still cold and we had to take cold showers. At no stage did the hotel inform us. This is a poor effort. The hotel must be advising and keeping guests informed. The team is small in numbers but doesn't seem to be proactive. We requested an iron and ironing board that didn't arrive until we returned from a day out. When challenged, the member of staff stated he'd forgotten! The beds require an urgent mattress upgrade. Our mattresses were in a 'v' shape due to usage / age and very uncomfortable. I wouldn't state the hotel is boutique. Rather a 3* basic hotel in a very nice area of Delhi. Basic hotel that is acceptable.

Tienen un servicio excelente y el ama de llaves de la habitación, el Sr. Prakash, fue muy honesto y servicial al buscar mi teléfono extraviado. The property is really mis***aged, instances to reflect it: Check in at the Hotel followed by the receptionist saying that they entered my details as without breakfast and cannot change it.... Some days at the breakfast buffet have to coordinate the communication between reception and them for the same Used towel is taken but no new towel placed.... Coffee sachets on next day not placed..... Toilet paper also has to be asked for when done Everyday at buffet idli and wada is placed without chutney and u have to tell the waiter there to get it which can take a lot of time If something gets over at the breakfast buffet it's not replaced until a customer asks for Also a lot of the interior work is not fully done... Been hidden using flashy stuff..... Kept rating as 2 because of the good overall ***agement of the group.... Where they have an app which at least is prompt in answering customer complaints

La ubicación del hotel es realmente buena, rodeado de hoteles de lujo de cinco estrellas, porque no está lejos de la famosa Plaza Conte, la puerta de la India, el museo de historia, el palacio presidencial, a unos cientos de metros se encuentra la línea de metro, y también al Jama Masjid Solo 4 paradas. Comer bar en vivo .. Aunque el precio no es barato de los hoteles económicos de la cadena, pero de la ubicación, todavía es bueno comparado con los grandes hoteles circundantes. Higiene no se puede decir, limpio, amarillo brillante y blanco son las características más destacadas de este hotel, limpio, buen servicio sin ningún olor. El desayuno era rico y el restaurante comía 2 cenas. Se puede decir que el sabor sigue siendo muy bueno, sobre todo la nana de su casa se sirve con curry, que no está nada mal. El hotel está equipado con un mini bar, una variedad de bebidas, bocadillos y lo que quieras. El enchufe es aún más adecuado. La gente en China puede simplemente usar el enchufe sin cambiarlo.

Nos quedaba un lugar para descansar y reempaquetar antes de nuestro vuelo. La habitación era limpia y muy bien equipada para el precio! La comida era excelente y limpia. Los espressos también eran los mejores que he tenido en la India y mejor que la Leela en Delhi! ¡Cuando regresemos a Delhi, volveremos a quedarnos un tiempo!

El hotel más barato en el distrito central es, el entorno es general desde el exterior, la habitación no es grande, pero el servicio y la ubicación son muy buenos, especialmente tranquilos; se elige el desayuno antes de la mañana y se envía a la habitación según el tiempo que usted le pide; Después de querer vivir, ya está lleno, y luego dejar otro hotel cerca de precio, no se siente como aquí.
