Wonderful staff. “Ihane” was so friendly each morning as we entered the breakfast area; in fact, she conveyed such a warm and welcoming tone every time we saw her. Hotel is still quite new. Fresh linens on comfortable mattress & pillows. Tiny shower, but functional. Breakfast was variety of rolls, yogurt, eggs & bacon. Central location between Chamonix, Geneva and Annecy (if your goal is to visit all three places.(

El dormitorio era amplio y las camas eran muy cómodas, pero la cama de sofá, mientras que un buen tamaño, se hundió en el medio tan sólo bueno para 1 persona. La cocina es lo suficientemente buena como para cocinar comidas básicas en el horno o microondas. Bien para nosotros. Lavavajillas pequeñas (traer muchos platos). Buenas baños, mucha agua caliente. Lindo personal. El hotel es un buen lugar para el autobús de esquí (orange o rosa,) aunque sólo parecen correr alrededor de cada media hora. O 8-10 minutos a pie al centro. Grande lugar para quedarse para familias - reservar sus restaurantes como sólo unos pocos, son pequeños y se reservan.

What a lovely hotel. All the staff we met were friendly and helpful, nothing was too much trouble. The hotel itself is beautiful and well maintained. We had a large room with a balcony, sitting area, plenty of storage, separate W.C and a decent sized bathroom with bath/overhead shower. There is a decent sized swimming pool with jacuzzi and also a spa area with sauna and steam room. We didn't try any spa treatments. For meals there were 3 separate restaurants all of which served great food. We could never manage to eat 3 courses although they were included in the room. The bar area is lovely with plenty of seating and good service, a great place to relax after a hard day skiing.The hotel itself is located at the foot of the ski slopes almost adjacent to a fast modern chairlift and a telecabin lift. you are able to ski almost back to the hotel, only a small road to cross. My only negative comment, and it is very minor, is that the ski lockers are a little small. I would love to return to this hotel for another holiday. Thank you to all the staff for making our holiday very enjoyable.

He visitado Francia durante muchos años y AMO el país. Este hotel en Sallanches es excelente para los viajeros y en la misma zona grande hay dos Hoteles Ibis y luego cargas de tiendas y bares, cerca de un gran supermercado de Carrefour. El estilo es hermoso y tiene algunas aparcamientos cubiertos que es GRATUITO cuando viaja con moto. Las habitaciones y el bar son grandes. Así que ¿qué no le gusta? Er. El personal. La última vez que conocí al gerente y él era muy amable, se mudó su propia moto para hacer espacio para mí. ¡Pero las personas que trabajan para él en la recepción son lo contrario, realmente no parecen querer a los huéspedes!! Una recepción muy agradable, una buena lectura, una hermosa vista al lago, una placa de cortesía en la habitación y un desayuno muy conveniente tomado en la terraza florosa (más, Las bases individuales con una gama de charcuterias y quesos regionales son una excelente idea para garantizar un máximo de higiene!) , de lo que pasar una estancia agradable incluso a un carrefour un poco animado ... Y cuando la habitación tiene un Poco color, (papel pintado, revestimiento de suelo, pequeño deco...) será una gran alegría permanecer allí aún más tiempo!

El hotel tiene una excelente ubicación, frente al lago. Un buen bar con varios cócteles y recomendaciones de barman para degustar platos. Las amplias habitaciones y los servicios del hotel son perfectos. Recomiendo altamente este hotel.

Habiendo estado recientemente en el Hotel Verniaz durante casi una semana durante el Campeonato Evian, lamento darle un poco de 2 estrellas. El razonamiento para ello se basa en una serie de experiencias y observaciones, así como en hablar con los colegas que permanecieron allí al mismo tiempo, algunos de ellos en los chalets y otros que permanecieron como yo en el edificio principal. Habitaciones: Decoración de la habitación y necesidad de inversión urgente. Mi tarifa de la habitación para la semana fue sorprendente 280 EUR por habitación por noche y francamente para este puede y debería merecer mucho mejor. F & B: desayuno en increíblemente pobres. En una semana con alta ocupación debido a la citada acontecimiento, se espera que las cosas se arreglen. La oferta de desayuno era pobre y posiblemente peor que un Ibis 3 estrellas. Muchos artículos no se llenaron, los artículos de desayuno cocidos no se sustituyen. En la mañana siguiente, cuando ordenaron huevos, dijeron que habían salido de huevos (en un hotel?) y la mañana siguiente, cuando hizo la misma petición, la respuesta era ”no estoy seguro de si tenemos el pote/pan derecho a cocinar tus huevos”. Las fotos que se muestran a continuación muestran el estado de los negocios en la mañana del viernes y después de 20 minutos esperando que se rellene ninguno de los platos.
