Hotel was excellent in both facilities and service. Only improvement would be a warm room / facilities for drying and warming ski boots.

Overall lovely stay and eating area is now much better. However, I feel the quality reduced and often found the meat to be dry. The desserts were very much the same and some, not all were rather tasteles. More signs are needed for the ski lockers which could do with updating. The shower was wonderful but kept flooding the floor as my husband is tall - Rooms could do with updating as well. All very dark

Stayed for a week booked through Inghams with friends and family. Hotel was lovely, we had a big room, it was clean and comfortable. (pillow quality only negative) Staff were all great, entertainment staff, bar and restaurant staff all very friendly and accommodating. Food exceeded expectations, always a lot of choice for breakfast and dinner, and you’ll always find something you would like. (Dodgy toaster needs replacing though! 🤦‍♀️) Inghams were a good company to travel with too. All in all a wonderful week, great hotel and we will return thank you ☺️

I thought my room was very good, I found the bed comfortable and the room was serviced to a high standard every day as requested on the induction form. The boot room as seems to be the case with many similar hotels was nowhere near large enough for the number of people using the facilities especially 1st thing in the mornings, and the lack of ski storage and boot drying etc. was also a problem and should have been much better. Most people especially the men I imagine if like me would be happy to put their boots on outside, so if a number of external benches could be installed it would be very helpful indeed. Only one member of staff serving at the ski hire shop and change over day, the most busy day of the week and was under so much pressure we had to go back the next day, this needs sorting out pronto. Otherwise we had a very good experience and thought the staff were very attentive, the food was plentiful with many choices and very good quality, all in all a very good stay, very many thanks, Yours sincerely, Terry Knapp

Had a great stay in mid January,hotel clean and good facilities including swimming pool and jacuzzi and rooms clean and a good size.The food was amazing,such a choice and good quality,free help yourself wine and beer during dinner,the staff were brilliant including the two barmen ,the entertainment team and the restaurant staff.Location a little walk out of town but the free hotel shuttle bus was very handy,the driver was very friendly and helpful.Would definitely return.

Absolutely fantastic. Arrived to a lovely warm welcome from staff to help with bags if necessary. Lifts were also easily accessible to those that needed them for both sides of the hotel. Bar and Entertainment staff were always available for good times and great service. Entertainment is on every evening but this is generally in one part of the bar so if you want a quiet drink this is also possible. The restaurant was fully stocked with a lovely selection of food at both breakfast and dinner time to suit all. It is self service buffet style alongside wine to help yourself to. There is staff available throughout service to assist should you need it. Breakfast served 7:30-9am from memory and dinner 7-9pm. The bedrooms are cleaned on a basis to suit the customer and keys can be left in reception for other members of your group to access should they need to or you can take them with you. In our room, we had a hairdryer, shower, seperate toilet, towels available as and when needed. There was also a TV in the room that we had. We had a lovely balcony that runs from one side of the hotel to the other where we left some drinks to stay cool. Only around a 10-15 minutes walk up to the town centre which is absolutely beautiful in the winter season. Theres a lovely selection of restaurants and bars but alongside these are some lovely speciliaty shops such as bakery, butchers etc and some lovely souvenir stores too to visit. A boot room downstairs where you can lock away your snowboard/skis and boots means no snow through the hotel and that they are safe and accessible for the following day. A hotel minibus travels to and from the main lifts every 15 minutes or so and also seemed to magically appear each time we needed to get home. The driver is absolutely fantastic and very attentive. There is also a public bus which is free and goes to the lifts in Avoriaz and Morzine on a regular basis howeevr we didnt feel this was required.
