Es la tercera vez que nos alojamos y esta vez ocupamos la habitación 307 (las dos veces anteriores tuvimos la suerte de ocupar las de las terrazas enormes). Ubicación excelente, limpieza impecable, personal ”como los de toda la vida”: profesional, diligente y amable, especialmente la señora encargada de servir el desayuno (una muy ”estilosa” y muy alta). El único ”pero” está en el baño: la bañera es algo estrecha y la cortina muy larga, por lo que al arrastr**** no se orea la suficiente y se puede pegar al cuerpo (lo que nos da mucho asco) y la presión del agua insuficiente. Pero, vamos, pequeños detalles fácilmente subsanables. ¡Enhorabuena y a seguir mejorando!

After reading reviews I wasn't expecting much but it's a 3 * hotel and we had a pleasant stay. Booking in was slow as we had to give all our details again and was given Room 233 on 2nd floor which is a Sol room. I was pleasantly surprised, yes it's minimal and not upto date like some hotels but it was clean and cleaners came daily unless you use your ”Shhh were sleeping” card. And the balcony over looking the pool and with a Seaview was a plus. I read reviews complaining about the lack of plug sockets but our room had 3 Inc the one for the TV. No accessories apart from hairdryer and TV. Plenty of storage and a safe which I believe you need to pay for the key at reception. One thing I would stress is that if you can squeeze one in your case, bring your pillow. The ones provided are hard and are like folded blankets in a case. We were half board, only because it was £20ish extra for 2ppl for 1 week so even if we didn't eat wasn't a massive loss. Breakfast menu far better than Dinner menu, drinks are only included at Breakfast then it's 3 euro for a small 275ml bottle of coke, Fanta etc and their water is free but in my daughters words ”tastes like pool water 🤢” Bar outside is reasonably priced at 7.50euro for Burger/Hotdog and Chips and spprox 6.50euro for a Cocktail and 5euro for Mocktails Although you are given a notice regarding the ”No reserving sunbeds” people still hang out their towels at 7am 🙄 Pool isn't huge considering the size of the hotel but it was never overcrowded and we visited during the Easter holidays. The staff were always polite and the hotel itself was clean and tidy. They have a Table tennis, Pool table, table football and mini golf which you need to pay a deposit for but get it back on returning bats, cues, balls and clubs. They have a luggage room which is a great idea on departure day if you have late flights, you just use your room key card to access. Location is what sells this hotel as its walking distance to everything. Siam park free bus and the Whale and Dolphin transfer pickup is right outside which is great. Across the road there are electric scooters to hire which are fun. All in all we had a lovely stay

Hola! Somos una familia de 4 personas, vamos a empezar poniendo la parte mala; el olor que sale de las cañerias es terrible , la limpieza puede mejorar y falta aire acondicionado. Vamos con la parte buena,las zonas comunes y las actividades estan muy bien, la ubicación es muy buena y facil de aparcar y lo MEJOR es el personal y la comida la zona de comedor muy cuidada y los chicos de las actividades y del comedor son un 10 te hacen la estancia muy agradable en especial a IVAN ! GUILLE y ABEL Y al cocinero con un silbido gracioso que no nos acordamos del nombre! Gracias equipo!

Me había roto el tobillo y caminaba con muletas. Nos ascendieron a una habitación más amigable para discapacitados y nos ayudaron a alquilar una silla de ruedas con la mayor amabilidad. Había un buen espacio en el hotel: siempre una tumbona gratis, siempre espacio en la piscina y siempre suficiente comida en el desayuno buffet. El ambiente entre los invitados fue maravillosamente relajado y tranquilo. Y tanto el hotel como la ciudad son muy aptos para minusválidos.

Fantastic apartments, everything you could need, lots of English television channels. If you do want to watch TV, there was some work going on along all the corridors which to some could be unsightly, but it did not bother us. The apartment was immaculate, only downside for us were the beds, we found extremely uncomfortable, but that is just our opinion based on our comfort. The pool bar is an absolute diamond, Alan, and all the staff were so welcoming, the food was delicious, as were the drinks, nothing too much trouble for them. I like the idea of €2 for the sunbeds as no matter what time you went to the pool area, you always go to bed, and I did not feel guilty purchasing my bed, putting my towel on and going off for something to eat, fantastic location, 10 minute walk along the prom to the main area with bars and restaurants along the way, just overall a fantastic holiday and will definitely return

Andrea's Hotel is towards the best 2 * hotel I've ever stayed in, clean, unexpected comfort and excellent service. The location is perfect, away from the hurly burly but close enough to walk to the beaches and harbour. Some good restaurants close by. The bedroom had a comfortable bed, adequate storage, air conditioning that's works well; also a quiet, effective ceiling fan. The bathroom is fine. There's a kettle, tea and coffee; TV, safe, hair dryer, plenty of duvets etc. We had a balcony with table and 3 chairs. The hotel has a good size lounge with a vending machines selling, crisps, chocolate bars, sodas, etc. Reception is manned 24 hours a day, good English spoken. . The lift works well. They have a secure lock up to leave cases etc. They don't do breakfasts but there's a number of cafes reasonably close; also a supermarket underneath the hotel. We paid about 60 euros per night and stayed there twice. Highly recommend.
