«I had such an amazing experience staying here! From the moment we arrived, the staff were incredibly friendly and welcoming — especially Agus, who went above and beyond to make sure we felt comfortable and well taken care of. He always greeted us with a big smile and was super helpful with everything we needed throughout our stay. The breakfast was seriously impressive — there were so many options to choose from, and everything tasted fresh and delicious. You can really tell they put effort into making sure guests start the day right. Definitely one of the best hotel breakfasts I’ve had in a while! The location is very strategic, close to everything — shopping, restaurants, and main attractions — which made it so convenient to get around. The room was spacious, clean, and comfortable, with everything we needed for a relaxing stay. Overall, everything about this place was just perfect. Great service, great food, great location. «There was no cleaning of room after i told them to come back a short while later as we were still not ready to leave for the day yet. Otherwise, location is the most important factor to stay here as it is within walking distance to everything you can possibly want. i.e. dry goods shops, wholesale shops for gloves, hair accessories and socks, lapis, convenience shop for drinks as their tap water is not drinkable.»

«Room 706 I wanted to share that despite this is a really old hotel you can tell that they trying to make little improvements for example I noticed that the curtains are new. I believed the all of the staffs are well trained - bellboy, recept. waitresses and even housekeeping staffs keep smiling at you welcoming you and always helpful really thumbs up. I observed also every detail they have done to keep every corner of the hotel clean and tidy . Restaurant food is also delicious. Despite limited choice of food, the food taste really not bad. I like it that they keep their pastries in the warmer to keep it fresh, Again despite the smaller size room, it’s so nice to have a side table and chair to have our meals, dressing table and chair, a place for baggage, so many hangers a pair of slippers, fridge also working. All that we need for a short stat really thoughtful of them. I also find the pillows and bed very good and I slept very well . Hotel is unblocked so the feelings is good. Sound prove also ok. Doorway is also very bright. Just 5 mins walk to grand Batam mall and the wet market A2 and Batam city mall where we had dim sum so yummy 1-2 improvements is that the aircon is really noisy. Thought the towels smells good but there is a bit of stain 😬»

«Aquí están mis comentarios para el resort de playa turística, como mi primera vez viajeros solitarios. Los locales son agradables, la ubicación también es buena. Con bebidas de bienvenida una vez que se inspecciona en el hotel (que no bebí como estaba ocupado check-in pero parece delicioso 🤤). La habitación es muy agradable, pero no es muy agradable. «At first, we were impressed by its simple, modern, stylish design and sparkling cleanliness. The room was spacious and had a partial sea view. However, during our 3D2N stay, the swimming pool remained closed due to strong winds. The weather was nice enough for a swim, so it was quite a misfortune. This should have been stated in their advertisements to let customers know that although the hotel has a pool, it is almost never open. The location is opposite the mall, but it’s dangerous for families with strollers or young children to cross the road.»

A bit happy because they offer for 2single beds extra n room upgrade for free. I really love the room. Very spacious. On 2nd day we got our room as we booked before. We return for the 2nd time mainly because of its superb location (just next to Batam Grand Mall), lots of Spas nearby and because its a very nice hotel with excellent customer service. It is very popular with both local n foreign tourists. So, due to this, book early. You probably wont be able to get early check-in due to high volume of guests. We stayed in the standard room n studio premier. Studio premier is slightly bigger with a kitchen cabinet, fridge, hob n hood, sink, utensils. But the room tend to be warm in the day as the room windows are facing east. Very comfy bed n pillows. Lots of TV chanels and you can login to ur netflix acct. Inroom dining is better than their buffet bfast. Lots of varieties for their buffet bfast. Recommneded to go to Aespa if you would like to go for a massage. Oakwood guests recieve discount. Their massage is very good.

La cama king size es muy firme y cómoda. La única pega del hotel es que la insonorización del tráfico no es muy buena. Se oye el zumbido de los vehículos a pesar de que mi habitación estaba en la planta más alta.

BBunnnnnyLa ubicación es un gran plus. Super cerca de la tienda de Nagoya Hill, que ofrece una amplia gama de opciones de comida y masaje. Pero para un hotel abierto hace un año, esperaría una mejor mantenimiento. La plancha de cama tenía una tinta que puede descuidar. No secador de pelo. La zona de la ducha es demasiado pequeña. El personal es muy amigable. La guardia es agradable.

AAzy AbdullahSaw this and it's amenities and felt it was the best for me and my 3 kids. Decided to try this out didn't realize it was further than I'm usually used to. We arrived in the evening but was greeted by a cheerful receptionist. Please note there is a 1 mil rupiah deposit. I wasn't prepared for this so I thought to give this a heads up for future booking awareness. The place was alittle hard to spot from the main road ( there was no signage) but it's landmarks are Cubezone and Ria. Note, there is a laundry service across the road please expect 1-2 days. Express service is 1 day The entrance is a dainty little walkway like a secret hideout into a cactus garden that somehow transports you to what looks like Bali crossed with New Mexico feels. A small but clean pool, well maintained. They have dining table and benches outside for a chill out vibe. There's also a BBQ space where you can engage in their BBQ rental (provides charcoal n pit) with a ceiling fan n sink for your convenience and comfort. Area is nice and spacious. Once again I just emphasize, they keep it very clean. The place it seems is 6 container villas surrounding the garden n pool. Which is perfect if you plan to have a big group in. Inside there's a basic kitchenette with a fridge, pot, kettle. There were 2 rooms. Both equipped with bathrooms and tvs. Ac was perfection.you don't have to worry about the heat. It's so nice and cold. Makes you wanna just not get out of bed. The wifi was laggy alittle, didn't bother us as we had local data but it wasn't so nice to be watching a movie and gettin disrupted. TV is equipped with YOUTUBE and Netflix. Pretty awesome to keep the kids occupied. Be warned they have live bands that play music till 1-2 am in the morning. Definately didn't expect that but it didn't bother us so much. Once again, another heads up. Pool is open from 7am to 9pm. Its also a 15-20mins drive to Nagoya. We normally do Grab roughly about 60-70k. The host has their number in the welcome print and responds pretty fast if you need to enquire on anything. Overall, the place is pretty charming and despite it being alittle far from massages n karaoke, I think I found a new go to place. Certainly looking forward to be back.

IIswardi BZHad a great 4 days stay! Shuttle bus transfer from Nongsapura ferry terminal was very smooth with Montigo resort staff being ready to welcome us and assist with our luggage onto the bus. Checking in was a breeze too. I was given a beeper and waited to be called as there were quite a few guests checking out when we arrived. Front desk staff Febri is very efficient and explained everything super clearly. On the second day we required more drinking water and Kiki from housekeeping was very helpful by providing bottled water to both of our seaview villa units. We ordered in-villa dining and also dined at The Warung. A must-try are their Bakar Iga Madu and Ayam Panggang Berempah. However, the Mie Goreng Jawa is too salty for us. Besides having a great session in the personal KTV room at Tiigo Bar and shoot some hoops at the small basketball area, the sports & activities staff Indra went the extra mile to help dry out the tennis court after the rain stopped to let us hit a few rallies before our check out. Overall, the resort is worth the stay even though it needs some maintenance and upgrade due to its age - more than 10 years old. My family and I would stay there again.

RR.SashikumarWe stayed for 4 days and 3 nights and booked 2 rooms it was truly a pleasant experience from start to finish. 🏨 Housekeeping did an excellent job every day they changed the bed sheets and towels daily and even topped up mineral water without us needing to ask. Everything was always clean and fresh. 🍽️ Breakfast was excellent with a good variety, and all the staff were very polite and attentive. ☕ At the lounge, the staff were friendly, polite, and always served with a smile it really made us feel at home. 💁♀️ The front desk staff were also professional, polite, and treated us like real valued guests. Overall, Asialink Hotel Batam by Prasanthi truly exceeded our expectations. Highly recommended for anyone visiting Batam great service, comfort, and warm hospitality 🌟

UUsuario anónimoLoved our stay here! Such a beautiful resort and beach front. The location is good for a clear beach and ocean view, no ships/ferries nearby. The pools were great too. The rooms were spacious and clean. Only the ventilation was not working in the toilet so everything remained rather wet for longer. Breakfast spread was good, Indonesian and western. They have a restaurant open there for lunch and dinner. The staff were very friendly and helpful, especially the door men and buggy and shuttle drivers. We wanted to try a restaurant at Montigo and they kindly buggy-ed us to outside the property. Location is only 30 - 40 min from Nagoya city.

So if I off the desk light then I cannot charge my devices. Another power switch is at corner near window.
