YYvetteRoseThe hotel was super beautiful and clean! Service by the staff were very attentive and polite, which made our stay super enjoyable. The butler service that helped to bring our clothes for laundering and sending our dry clothes back to the room was an added bonus. They also delivered a light breakfast to the room when we requested. The only thing we didn’t like was the 7am-10am breakfast at the first floor dining space as the egg tart was hard and the cake wasn’t very good. However, it’s just a minor thing, didn’t ruin our hotel stay. We would highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking to stay near Kunming Railway Station next time :)

BBlueSkyPerthExcellent 5-diamond hotel in the best location for holiday in Kunming. Easily our favourite hotel on our trip to Yunnan. Nanping Pedestrian Street and Shuncheng Shopping Centre are less than 5 minutes walk away. Kunming Old Street is not too far away either.
Our room was spacious, modern, clean and nicely decorated. Nice view from the windows. No smoke smell. The bathroom, vanity area and toilets were thoughtfully designed. There was even a portable clothes steamer in our room. Little details that made our stay more comfortable.
The were plenty of washing machines and dryers that were free for us to use. We didn’t even need to wait around for clothes to finish washing. The helpful staff there would help us transfer our washed clothes into the dryer. We just had to provide our room number, and the staff would keep the dried clothes into laundry bags for us to collect later. Best laundry service in any hotel in the world!
The breakfast buffet offered lots of choices.

OOzb00mHighly recommended for short stay near Kunming airport. For the price I paid, the CP is very high. Location is great, many hotels in the same area hence there are many shops and restaurants to choose from. Though its lobby area and carpet in common area is showing its age a little bit, the room I stayed in is impeccably clean, modern and comfortable. Room size is big, has view, bathroom is also big and water pressure is great. Only inconvenience is the lobby is not reachable directly by car, you will need to go down a few short steps to reach it. It is a small inconvenience considering it is a great value.

Ambiente: Excelente ubicación, piso alto, lo que permite un buen descanso por la noche. Justo al bajar está la calle comercial y la calle antigua.
Servicio: Muy bueno.
Sugerencia: Al hacer el check-in, deberían informar a los huéspedes que la calle antigua de Kunming está al norte. Como no investigué bien, ¡no me di cuenta lo cerca que estaba el primer día, jajaja!

El hotel es fácilmente accesible, justo en la intersección de la avenida Guannan y la calle Guangfu, junto al lago Dianchi y con impresionantes vistas. Además, está convenientemente ubicado cerca de atracciones como el Parque de los Humedales y la Aldea Étnica de Yunnan.
La arquitectura del hotel desprende un fuerte encanto del sudeste asiático. Nada más entrar, te sientes como si estuvieras de vacaciones en Tailandia. La vegetación tropical y la exquisita decoración crean un ambiente relajante y acogedor.
¡Las aguas termales y el spa del hotel son realmente un punto culminante! La piscina cubierta climatizada con atrio, de 1130 metros cuadrados, cuenta con aguas cristalinas, ideales para un refrescante baño. También hay una zona de juegos infantiles donde los niños no querrán irse. En el exterior, hay 18 piscinas termales, cada una con un hermoso diseño y privacidad. El baño de vapor de sal también merece una visita; te deja con una sensación de relajación total. También disfruté de un masaje de aromaterapia herbal. La técnica experta del masajista y su suave presión fueron perfectas, dejándome completamente renovado. Las opciones gastronómicas también son excelentes. El restaurante de mariscos Xilehui y el restaurante Yiduo Yuntai ofrecen un menú rico y variado, con cocina de Yunnan, Sichuan, cantonesa y tailandesa, para todos los gustos. Cada plato se prepara con ingredientes frescos y es increíblemente delicioso.
El servicio es excepcionalmente atento, desde el personal de recepción al momento del check-in hasta el personal de las aguas termales. Todos son muy amables y atentos, y cualquier solicitud es atendida con prontitud. ¡Esta estancia fue realmente maravillosa y sin duda volveré a alojarme aquí cuando esté en Kunming!

Debido a que íbamos a tomar un tren, le pedimos al personal del hotel que nos ayudara a recoger varias cosas y nos proporcionara tarjetas de salida. La actitud de servicio del conserje y. Las señoritas de la recepción fueron muy amables y realmente nos sentimos como en casa. Como somos chicas, la recepción tomó la iniciativa de darnos una habitación para no fumadores. Aunque la decoración de la habitación no era nueva, no había olor y la vista nocturna de Kunming desde el piso 26 era bastante buena.

JJas LWe booked a room at JEN Hotel last-minute and overall had a fairly pleasant experience. While the location is slightly further from the main city centre, it remains very convenient thanks to the subway station right beside the hotel.
The room was clean and well-maintained, and the staff were friendly and helpful throughout our stay.
That said, the bathroom layout is not particularly user-friendly. The shower door swings outward, making it difficult to move in and out comfortably. Because of its placement, the floor mat often gets pushed around or scrunched up, which adds to the inconvenience.
We were also disappointed that the website listed guest laundry services as available, but we were informed otherwise at check-in. This inconsistency should be addressed to avoid confusion for future guests.

TTraveller BernardLocated just 400m from Kunming Old Street where you find streets of food, gifts shops, shopping. Surrounding the hotel are also a few large shopping malls. If you are in for street food and shopping street, this hotel is right at the heart of the hustle. Celebrated New Year's eve there and the fact that people celebrate along the street pretty much tell you it is a popular street. I gave cleanliness 4 ratings not because it is not clean but the hotel feels pretty old.
