The staff was phenomenal to deal with. Everyone was very kind and very professional. The rooms were clean and roomy. Can’t say enough good things about this place for business. Just on the outskirts of downtown, which I prefer. 10/10. Amy, the General Manager, was very accommodating with my Overnight UPS package. I checked for the package multiple times throughout the morning, when it finally delivered - she sought me out and hand delivered it to me. Front desk staff was great all week as well. Great place for business. Amy, if you see this - thanks for a great experience. You have a great staff. Front desk was always welcoming.

The hotel has everything you need for an overnight or extended stay. It appears new, is very clean, beds are comfortable, and is unusually quiet for a hotel by the interstate.. Has a full service bar, pool, guest laundry, and better than average breakfast. Front desk people are very friendly, especially Val. Decent number of restaurants within a couple miles. Will definitely come back when in the area.

El hotel está muy bien, pero no es muy agradable. Muy musty olor, creo que era una sala de fumadores que está bien - fumamos. Así que vamos a Walmart para comprar hojas. Recupere, limpias/nuevas hojas. Nos sentamos. Miré hacia arriba y hay un ”bug” que se arrastra por el tablero. Fui hecho. Volver a la recepción, chica diferente, muy dulce, nos dice que estará feliz de darnos otra habitación en una zona distinta del hotel, ya que no ”restamos” en la primera habitación, No hay comisión extra - está bien. 2o cuarto era mejor, todavía ponga nuestras hojas en la cama. Nos reservamos 2 noches pero la mañana siguiente nos dijeron a la Srta. Rude en el escritorio que nos ibamos y no quedaríamos otra noche. ¡Mi habitación de 40 dólares por noche se ha convertido en un costo de $129.00 para mi tarjeta de crédito. ¡Ella me dice ...”Espera, usted estuvo aquí por 2 noches” yo expliqué que estaba en una ciudad diferente la noche siguiente y quedé en un hotel diff y puedo probarlo! Entonces dije que tendría que llamar de vuelta el lunes y hablar con un gerente o podría llamar Choice ¡Pero ella les diría lo mismo que me dijo! ¡Y aparentemente el bar del hotel es el lugar para estar en la noche de viernes y si te gusta el olor de ****---correr allí! Si pudiera dar una revisión de -5, yo lo haría!
