這裏應該是老酒店完全翻新的。房間非常漂亮，有格調，每一件物品都很講究，衞生間偏小，淋浴水量微小，可能是老的樓改的原因。不過值得一住。晚上樓下的酒吧看上去很不錯。房間的點餐口味很贊！而且快！有個小問題，前台押信用卡時，必須要帶芯片的。

Horrible experience with Service & Unnecessary charges a) After charging $40 + taxes, they give $30 free meal voucher every day. After Day-1 i realised it was more economical to not use the $30 voucher. Sounds strange but its very Interestingly structured. One orders an Avocado toast for $29 (within budget) from the in room menu.The guy delivers in 30mins with a bill of $52 of which its $29 of food, $10 of delivery charges and $13 of taxes totalling to $52. So 1st you are charged $40 as City charged and in lieu of that the coupon of $30 for food given to you even if u stuck to your understanding $30 you would have paid more than $52 means extra $22 It gets more interesting when they tell you, that you cant use this $30 for breakfast. This is like a Ponzi scheme. b) One of the rudest In-room dining call you will ever attend. I asked what is XXXXX, revert: you should read about it, this is not in my job profile, I only take orders. Fab experience 😍 c) I requested that since i was lactose intolerant could the hotel be kind to deliver 1/4 cup of Almond milk, just enough for a cup of tea. I am told that is possible and then a full cup of milk with $10 + taxes = $13 is charged for simple request of Almond milk. d) You are not eligible for even a single bottle of water in a so called 5star hotel or so. e) Servicing the room was not in list, had to go twice over to reception to ensure that room no is added to list of rooms to be serviced in the day. f) The Coffee machine wasnt working and one had to request for a simple electric kettle to warm water for tea/coffee. g) The Jet spray in the washroom commode was jammed and not working.

Aunque leí algunas críticas negativas en internet sobre las largas esperas en el ascensor y el ruido de los coches de policía, decidí probarlo por su excelente ubicación. Tras comparar precios en trip.com, pude reservar un hotel a muy buen precio dos semanas antes de mi partida. El hotel en general es tan nuevo como las fotos compartidas por otros huéspedes en internet. Hay unas 60 habitaciones en cada planta (según la disposición de los números a lo largo de la escalera), pero por suerte no oímos ruidos frecuentes de vecinos ni transeúntes como en un hotel de Tokio. Aunque ocasionalmente se oyen las sirenas de los coches de policía en la calle, o el ruido de los partidos de fútbol en el restaurante de la octava planta y el salón de banquetes de la séptima, en general es muy tranquilo. Las habitaciones son espaciosas y cómodas. La mesita auxiliar del escritorio se puede extraer para formar un ángulo de 90 grados con la mesa principal, lo que aumenta el espacio útil. Las rejillas de ventilación están diseñadas junto a la ventana y no soplan directamente sobre la cama, lo cual me parece muy bueno. Hay que pagar $40 adicionales al día para usarlo en restaurantes o para suscribirse al wifi en la habitación (los hoteles no ofrecen wifi gratuito como en Japón, Corea del Sur o Taiwán). No funcionaba en Starbucks ni en la tienda de regalos, así que nos tomamos algo en el bar del octavo piso y disfrutamos de la vista nocturna de los anuncios de Times Square. Encontramos una máquina expendedora en el séptimo piso donde podemos comprar bebidas y aperitivos a cualquier hora.

El hotel está justo enfrente de Central Park, cerca de museos y de la Quinta Avenida, y podrás ir andando a tiendas de marca sin necesidad de coger el coche. La habitación del hotel es espaciosa y tiene un diseño único, pero el baño es un poco pequeño. Si deseas desayunar tipo buffet en el hotel lo mejor es comprarlo en el andén. Porque el precio por la compra el mismo día en el hotel será de $75.

My stay at the Waldorf Astoria New York was exceptional in every way. From the moment I arrived, the service felt thoughtful, polished, and genuinely welcoming. Every staff member I interacted with was attentive without being intrusive, creating a sense of ease throughout my stay. The Deluxe Room was beautifully appointed—quiet, immaculate, and designed with a timeless elegance that reflects the hotel’s historic character. The bed was especially comfortable, and the room layout made it easy to relax and unwind after a long day. The hotel’s facilities were equally impressive. Common areas are stunningly restored, blending classic New York grandeur with modern comfort. Everything—from the lobby to the elevators—felt meticulously maintained. The location is unbeatable. Being in the heart of Midtown made it effortless to get to meetings, restaurants, and landmarks. Despite the central location, the hotel felt like a calm retreat from the city’s energy. Overall, my stay was smooth, comfortable, and memorable. I would gladly return and highly recommend the Waldorf Astoria to anyone seeking a luxurious and well‑run hotel in New York.

Very convenient midtown location, with walking distance to central park and time square. Easy subway ride from the hotel, with plenty of dining options. We rented Queen Suits on the 30th floor. They let us check in early at 9AM and late check out at 1pm. We very much appreciated it. The hotel also offer turn-down service in the evenings. The gym is very basic without a pool, but their price is very reasonable. Overall, I would highly recommend.

El tipo de habitación es genial. Hay un sofá cama en el salón de la suite, muy adecuado para viajar con niños. La habitación está separada de lo húmedo y lo seco, el agua de la ducha es muy buena y descarga, y los artículos de tocador son muy útiles. La ubicación del hotel es muy buena, muy cerca de la Estatua de la Libertad y de Wall Street, el sitio del World Trade Center.

El parque central de Ritz, ¿qué puedo decir? Todo es perfecto, especialmente cuando usted apunta a cada persona de servicio $10, mejor que la Plaza.
