¡Tuve una estadía increíble en el Hilton Guatemala City! Siento que este hotel ha recibido bastantes críticas negativas, y si bien es cierto que es un poco antiguo, tiene un aire histórico y rústico que combina con el estilo colonial del edificio. Las habitaciones eran amplias, con camas muy cómodas, y el baño también era muy agradable. El personal de recepción fue muy amable y habla inglés, lo cual es una ventaja y muy útil si no sabes mucho español. En cuanto a la ubicación del hotel, sí, está un poco alejado del centro de la ciudad, pero no demasiado. Es fácil pedir un Uber desde aquí y las compañías de tours también te recogen en este lugar.

Overall the stay was good, staff were helpful, breakfast buffet was okay, the only thing is minor maintenance. Lot of small things that need fixing or adjusting such as AC louvers not working in both rooms we had. Would stay here again, just recommend that management focus on keeping the minor issues from becoming major ones

While the hotel was very clean there was this smell of cheap toilet airspray everywhere. The employees where kind and the meal service was very good. The room was ok. But the bathroom didn't even had an air extractor. Overall all i can say is that is overpriced.

Allan, the host of this serviced apartments was super nice and communicative prior to my arrival. The apartment was clean, renovated properly, and has all the things you would need to prepare your own food in the kitchenette.

Muy bueno hotel, la cocina es completa. Las instalaciones alrededor están completas, también está muy cerca del centro comercial, la calle de la noche es también segura, la puerta tiene seguridad, el hotel tiene un estacionamiento exclusivo

The hotel was ok clean but didn’t have elevators so had to take stairs up to the 3rd floor, also no parking for the cars only a few outside and no swimming pool

Мы сходили на завтрак в другой отель, который мне понравился намного больше, и на последнюю ночь в городе мы выбрали его. Когда вернулись, я спросила про места. И тут оказалось, что они есть, но нам могут дать номер за $50 сверх, а заселят за те деньги, что мы уже заплатили (а это $150) только после 13. Я решила, что это перебор. Мы поехали в музей, и когда вернулись ближе к 13, номер нам дали. Мы не спали ночь и из-за такого поганого отношения сотрудников отеля чувствовали себя разбитыми. Номер был хороший, но очень слышно гудение машин с улицы. Завтрак хороший. Залог попросили дать кэшем, положив его в конверт, который не запечатали. Просили $60, сдачу с $70 не дали, сказали, что вернут мои же. Так берите $50, если мои же вернёте. Вывод: дорого и поганое отношение сотрудников. Если прилетаете ранним рейсом, не бронируйте этот отель. Парковки в отеле бесплатной нет, поэтому за машиной мы ездили на следующий день. Берите другой отель, там и парковка, и завтраки лучше, и нет сотрудников, которые номера в наличии не дают.

Después de comparar el sitio web oficial y Ctrip, siento que la reserva con Ctrip se puede realizar en segundos. El personal de recepción fue muy acogedor y la habitación estaba muy limpia. La única queja que tengo es que la recepción está en el último piso y no en el primer piso. Llegamos alrededor de las 9 pm y no había personal abajo para ayudarnos con nuestro equipaje. La ubicación es en el centro de la ciudad, muy conveniente para el aeropuerto. Baja las escaleras y gira en la esquina hacia la Plaza de la Iglesia, donde hay mucha comida deliciosa. Encuentre un lugar al aire libre por la noche, que sea muy fotogénico.
