La propietaria estaba muy entusiasmada y nos ayudó a reservar un coche para el aeropuerto. El coche conducía muy bien y de forma constante, ¡y era más barato que agarrarlo! Desayuno incluido, opcional, la ubicación también es buena, tranquila en el ruido, la habitación es limpia y grande. Nuestra habitación tiene un pequeño balcón, y es muy cómodo sentarse en el balcón por la noche ... En general, estoy satisfecho.

El apartamento es bonito, con todas las comodidades. Tiene cocina completa y un baño bonito. La cama también está bien, ¡PERO la ropa de cama es de pésima calidad! ¡Cambien esa porquería! 🥲🥲. The location of the Homestay is perfect. It is only 2 minutes by foot to the night market and then you can go across tthe bridge to the Ancient town. The host was lovely and he offered some information on when the lanterns start at night, the night market etc. The room was big and everything was clean. The bedsheet however was rather thin but I am sure you can ask for a thicker blanket. There was a refrigerator and the aircon worked as well. All in all I had a great stay and it was also really quiet. I would recommend this for everyone who wants to stay at a good location for exploring Hoi An and its surrounding areas!

No se puede acceder en coche al callejón, pero no supuso un gran problema ya que estaba muy cerca de la carretera principal (excepto que, cuando llegué, llovía muchísimo, así que subir los pocos escalones se convirtió en un pequeño inconveniente. Lo mismo hizo la persona de turno de noche, que se ofreció a cargar mi dispositivo para que no tuviera que dejarlo en el suelo. Está cerca del aeropuerto y hay restaurantes en las inmediaciones, aunque nosotros fuimos a otras cafeterías, así que depende del itinerario de cada uno. La zona común también cuenta con duchas y aseos, lo cual es genial si tienes un vuelo tarde. Me encanta que también haya agua potable. La habitación tenía una pequeña cocina con microondas, placa eléctrica, fregadero, lavavajillas, hervidor de agua, utensilios, tazas y cuencos, etc. Hay una Smart TV para ver YouTube. Las paredes son delgadas, por lo que es posible que se oiga el agua, pero aparte de eso, no hay problemas con el ruido ni con las conversaciones de otras habitaciones. Como no hay ventana, al principio puede haber un olor a aire estancado, pero desaparece al encender el aire acondicionado.

In the end, they told me they couldn’t cancel because they already had some system in place, and basically, they just didn’t care. They said it was too late—well, how’s that supposed to work? Was I supposed to come a week earlier just to check the hotel? They mentioned some Trip.com rules, even though I submitted the request through the website. Calling support didn’t help either—it was just a bot. Thanks for the “support.” Then somehow another bed was found. In the room, the air conditioner was set to 21°C—it was freezing, I got sick, and not just me, almost everyone in the room was coughing. The remote was with the administrator, who kept turning it on and off so the AC could “rest.” It was ridiculous—sometimes you’re sweating, sometimes you’re freezing. Eventually, after everyone complained, they set it to 25°C. The Wi-Fi kept disconnecting, very unstable. I saw a cockroach in the room, right in my “capsule,” and a huge one in the shower. The café upstairs is overpriced, probably just for the ”view”. Maybe other rooms have different conditions, but everything I’m describing applies to the first floor. The only positive thing was the cleaning ladies — they were always cheerful, chatting, changing towels, and bringing water. The rest of the staff, unfortunately, were not helpful. Overall, I had an unpleasant experience with both the hotel and Trip.com support. After this, I’ll never book for more than a couple of days.

The hotel is clean and reasonably priced; its proximity to the beach makes it very convenient for taking walks and watching the sunrise. The rooms are tidy, and the staff are friendly and attentive. It is well worth the experience.

We had a wonderful stay at this villa. This booking was a gamble since we barely got any picture of the room we're bout to stay in. However, both the interior and exterior looks splendid and beyond what I expected. The staff was extremely friendly and helpful thorough the whole trip, esp the lady at the counter. Will be seeing them soon in the future when I have the chance to come back to Hoi An. This is definitely one of my favorite accomodation I've ever been to, a total 10/10 no flaw. P/S: The bath tub was too big that it took me at least 15 mins to fill up XD Very relaxing to be submerged with water. Mình có chuyến đi chơi rất là tuyệt ở đây. Không gian là một điểm cộng lớn (cho dù lúc mình book phòng mình chỉ xem được 1 bức ảnh minh họa). Rất là may khi cọc phòng trước và khi đến nhận phòng thì thực sự quá ok vượt sức tưởng tượng của mình. Dù vị trí villa không nằm cùng phía với chợ Hội An những vẫn rất gần những điểm đi chơi, tiện lợi cho việc du lịch của mọi người. Rất là recommend villa này cho cả nhà ạ! (Trên hình mình có để bữa sáng đi kèm, ngày thứ hai mệt quá mình ăn lun khỏi chụp choẹt gì)

I stayed here last year and enjoyed my stay mainly because it's in a good location, so I booked again for this year. Compared to last year the place is very well used maintenance and repairs are forgotten about and the price is quite high now nearly double, it's in decline no improvements. It states the room will be cleaned Daily, but I arrived when Tet was on so no cleaning for 2 days, no water, or fresh towels for 2 days, it got cleaned on the Saturday but not the sunday, the following Saturday no cleaning again. I did talk with the front desk staff who said day off on Saturday and she doesn't want to pay extra money for staff public holiday wages for Tet. As with most cheaper buildings there's a lot of street noise 8 floors Up it's quite loud. And when the price is cheaper it's a cheap place can't complain but as they are pricing 800- 900k per night which is the same price as the better building across the street disappointment and fair value become an issue. There is only one drain between the toilet and shower meaning the whole floor fills up with water from the shower and stays wet all day. The air conditioning is new but the filter is dirty, yes my towel and linen were very worn as per the photo. I will not be Returning here again.
