La propietaria estaba muy entusiasmada y nos ayudó a reservar un coche para el aeropuerto. El coche conducía muy bien y de forma constante, ¡y era más barato que agarrarlo! Desayuno incluido, opcional, la ubicación también es buena, tranquila en el ruido, la habitación es limpia y grande. Nuestra habitación tiene un pequeño balcón, y es muy cómodo sentarse en el balcón por la noche ... En general, estoy satisfecho.

El Sr. Phong fue un anfitrión excepcional, y su casa es muy acogedora. Su esposa e hijo son muy amables y disfruté mucho del desayuno que me preparaban cada mañana. Fue muy atento y me brindó mucha información útil; me recomendó algunas sastrerías y me dio una visión general de los lugares que visitar y las actividades que realizar. Incluso me ayudó a reservar mi transporte de Hoi An a Hue, lo cual me pareció una buena opción considerando la distancia y la planificación lógica que debía hacer. La ubicación es excelente y muy céntrica: todo está a pocos pasos.

La localización es buena si quieres cafeterías, tiendas de ropa y restaurantes por alrededor. Las chicas de recepción son muy amables y atentas. Lo único malo podría decir que los huéspedes no son tan abiertos a hablar o hacer amistad, noté un ambiente un poco incómodo con los huéspedes y me tocó en la habitación con una chica que hablaba por teléfono en voz alta. Pero un buen lugar por lo general.

The hotel is close to the beach, about a 5-minute walk away. The rooms aren't very big but they're clean and the beds are comfortable. The price is reasonable considering the location. The staff are friendly and helpful when needed.

I’ll say right away that I didn’t enjoy my stay here; everything just went wrong from the start. I didn’t like my spot in the dorm, I expected a bed with a door like on pictures, but it only had a curtain, and realizing I had booked for a week, I asked to cancel the reservation. The receptionist had to check everything with the manager, and honestly, I didn’t understand anything. In the end, they told me they couldn’t cancel because they already had some system in place, and basically, they just didn’t care. They said it was too late—well, how’s that supposed to work? Was I supposed to come a week earlier just to check the hotel? They mentioned some Trip.com rules, even though I submitted the request through the website. Calling support didn’t help either—it was just a bot. Thanks for the “support.” Then somehow another bed was found. In the room, the air conditioner was set to 21°C—it was freezing, I got sick, and not just me, almost everyone in the room was coughing. The remote was with the administrator, who kept turning it on and off so the AC could “rest.” It was ridiculous—sometimes you’re sweating, sometimes you’re freezing. Eventually, after everyone complained, they set it to 25°C. The Wi-Fi kept disconnecting, very unstable. I saw a cockroach in the room, right in my “capsule,” and a huge one in the shower. The café upstairs is overpriced, probably just for the ”view”. Maybe other rooms have different conditions, but everything I’m describing applies to the first floor. The only positive thing was the cleaning ladies — they were always cheerful, chatting, changing towels, and bringing water. The rest of the staff, unfortunately, were not helpful. Overall, I had an unpleasant experience with both the hotel and Trip.com support. After this, I’ll never book for more than a couple of days.

We had a wonderful stay at this villa. This booking was a gamble since we barely got any picture of the room we're bout to stay in. However, both the interior and exterior looks splendid and beyond what I expected. The staff was extremely friendly and helpful thorough the whole trip, esp the lady at the counter. Will be seeing them soon in the future when I have the chance to come back to Hoi An. This is definitely one of my favorite accomodation I've ever been to, a total 10/10 no flaw. P/S: The bath tub was too big that it took me at least 15 mins to fill up XD Very relaxing to be submerged with water. Mình có chuyến đi chơi rất là tuyệt ở đây. Chị lễ tân rất tận tình, kể cả bác bảo vệ cũng thiết đãi tụi mình rất nhẹ nhàng tình cảm. Thật sự chưa ở đâu mà cho mình cảm giác như ở nhà như vậy. Không gian là một điểm cộng lớn (cho dù lúc mình book phòng mình chỉ xem được 1 bức ảnh minh họa). Rất là may khi cọc phòng trước và khi đến nhận phòng thì thực sự quá ok vượt sức tưởng tượng của mình. Dù vị trí villa không nằm cùng phía với chợ Hội An những vẫn rất gần những điểm đi chơi, tiện lợi cho việc du lịch của mọi người. Rất là recommend villa này cho cả nhà ạ! (Trên hình mình có để bữa sáng đi kèm, ngày thứ hai mệt quá mình ăn lun khỏi chụp choẹt gì)

Firstly I would like to say the staff here are really wonderful, particularly the receptionist with the glasses who checked us in and out 21/01-24/01. He was so friendly, polite and helpful - cannot fault him at all 10/10. Having a TV with Netflix on was great, as was having a lamp on the side table. However, cleanliness was not great - stains on the pillowcases and bedding and the bed generally did not feel clean. The bed was also very low and mattress pretty hard. Also an old mattress in the hallway right outside our room. The wall cabinet under the TV looked like it was about to fall out so we were too scared to put anything on it. Bad smell in wardrobe. Everytime we left for the day and returned to the room, it would have a new, bad smell. Sometimes from the drains, or smoke, or damp. Mould on walls clearly painted over. Air con would just go on and off constantly. 40,000 per KG for laundry - very overpriced given the linens quality in the hotel (stains and smell etc). The shower was TERRIBLE, hardly any water pressure at all. Really hard to even wash, although it was hot. The shampoo / shower gels bottles were dirty and broken. Towels also with stains. Dirty flip flops provided. Whilst cheap, this is a very tired hotel with below standard cleanliness, with staff who are doing their best with what they’ve been given. Would not stay again or recommend. Special thanks to the receptionist who got us a hairdryer, as one is not given in the room. Thank you!!!

I stayed here last year and enjoyed my stay mainly because it's in a good location, so I booked again for this year. Compared to last year the place is very well used maintenance and repairs are forgotten about and the price is quite high now nearly double, it's in decline no improvements. It states the room will be cleaned Daily, but I arrived when Tet was on so no cleaning for 2 days, no water, or fresh towels for 2 days, it got cleaned on the Saturday but not the sunday, the following Saturday no cleaning again. I did talk with the front desk staff who said day off on Saturday and she doesn't want to pay extra money for staff public holiday wages for Tet. As with most cheaper buildings there's a lot of street noise 8 floors Up it's quite loud. And when the price is cheaper it's a cheap place can't complain but as they are pricing 800- 900k per night which is the same price as the better building across the street disappointment and fair value become an issue. There is only one drain between the toilet and shower meaning the whole floor fills up with water from the shower and stays wet all day. The air conditioning is new but the filter is dirty, yes my towel and linen were very worn as per the photo. I will not be Returning here again.
