One of the best hotel experience here in Da Nang. This is the first time that our family stays in Da Nang and we chose Monarque randomly. The level of services from the staffs the moment we got out from the taxi was amazing. There were staffs helped carrying our baggage and opened the door. The check in process was smooth and we were served cold towels and drinks while waiting. Once the check in was finished, we were taken to our room by a lovely attendant Sophia and almost 5 mins later after we got our room; the luggage were delivered. The picture was our room’s view. We couldn’t ask for a better location.

I had a wonderful stay at Courtyard by Marriott Danang during my trip with my son. The hotel is brand new and exactly as shown in the photos — modern, beautiful, and very well maintained. The room was spotless, comfortable, and matched the pictures perfectly, which is always reassuring. One thoughtful feature we really appreciated was the filtered drinking water provided in the room. There was no need to buy bottled water throughout our stay, which was not only convenient but also an environmentally friendly touch — definitely a big plus point. The location is excellent, with plenty of lovely cafes and massage places nearby, and having a convenience store right beside the hotel made everything even more convenient. What truly made our stay memorable was the impeccable service. The hotel’s policy is to issue only one room key card, but when I explained that my son and I would be heading out separately at times, Jo at the front desk understood our situation and kindly arranged for a second card. That is genuine hospitality — putting guests’ needs first, beyond simply following policy. A big compliment to Jo for such thoughtful and human service. Breakfast was also excellent, with a wide variety of choices. Although it gets very busy during peak hours, Sumin stood out with a warm smile and attentiveness to guests despite the crowd. Her positive energy and dedication did not go unnoticed. A special compliment to Sumin as well. Overall, this was a fantastic stay, and I would definitely choose this hotel again on my next visit.

Melia Vinpearl Danang Riverfront es un lugar fantástico para alojarse. Las habitaciones eran espaciosas y ofrecían mucha comodidad. This hotel is awesome! I plan our anniversary at this hotel and ask for some decorations. And the hotel heard it and provided what I want, and extra give us a lovely small strawberry cake with some fruits. Really appreciated it very much. Everything is good, cleanliness, environment, high floor with good scenery view, nice bed and pillows. Only small disadvantage is the location is quite far from city (around 4km), but it’s ok because we using grab service which is reasonable fare for us. Definitely will come back and stay at this hotel again!

Las toallas están tan desgastadas que se rompen al secarlas. Lo bueno es que el desayuno es decente, las ventanas panorámicas ofrecen vistas a la calle principal (bueno, la vista depende de la suerte), la habitación es espaciosa, la ubicación es excelente y hay aparcamiento subterráneo.
