Casas de vacaciones en Da Nang

We stayed in the 2 BR villa for 3N. The villa was run seperately from Ocean suites apartments, although they are all within the same vicinity. The hosts used Whatsapp to communicate with us days before our arrival and was very responsive on all the questions we had during our stay in the villa. We used the same Whatsapp communication to checkin & checkout of the villa and to call the buggy to pick us from villa to beach etc, it was all rather smooth. The villa building on the whole is rather dated, the water in the private swimming pool looked a bit dark, or greenish, and the pump does not seem to be running all day, seemed to be turned off at night. My kids were afraid to swim in the private pool, so we just swam in the main pool by the restaurant, which was near the beach. The beach tide was low when we visited, and we had to wander far out to be able to swim by the beach front. Food at the neptune restaurant was alacarte, no buffet seemed to be in operation even though its mentioned that they serve buffet. All sports, ie tennis archery had to be reserved in advance and there were charges. The kids club looked like a small dark room where the kids were contained in. The pool by the main Ocean suites apartment had a rough stone flooring, have to becareful when swimming. There wasn't much vibe by the beachfront, no music etc. Location wise, the villa is considered to be in Danang, but its far from the city center. taxi rides can take 30min and is about 15sgd per way. If one wants to visit Danang city more frequently, I would suggest to stay in a more city central location.

El hotel es un hotel excelente, a unos 15 minutos a pie del centro de la antigua ciudad. El personal es muy útil, ofrece muchas pistas sobre buenos restaurantes, spa, tiendas y lugares para visitar. Reservamos un viaje de día a Mi Hijo con el hotel, había un coche exclusivo para 4 personas y el precio era mejor que las agencias de la ciudad y también la viaje desde el hotel al aeropuerto de Da Nang fue más barato que agarrar. El hotel ofrece bicicletas gratis para los huéspedes, esto fue una gran sorpresa, hemos estado conduciendo por los campos de arroz (aproximadamente 20 minutos en coche) y a la playa (aproximadamente 40 minutos en coche) con la bicicleta y fue maravilloso. ¡Recomendación!

It’s like home away from home stay. The owners are very caring and friendly people. The room was huge, so was the bathroom The breakfast was so delicious and inexpensive. It was too much. I couldn’t finish it all. The walk to the beach takes only 5 minutes and on the way to it you pass through a little market where you can buy all kind of exotic fruits and vegetables. I would recommend this hotel to anyone.

Nos ha sorprendido gratamente la frecuencia con la que limpiaban y ordenaban todo; se nota que cuidan mucho el detalle. • Relación calidad-precio: Es, sin duda, un precio fantástico para los servicios y la atención que ofrecen. Es el lugar ideal si buscas tranquilidad, confort y un trato humano excelente sin gastar de más. ¡Repetiremos seguro!

El hotel está a poca distancia a pie del casco antiguo y del mercado nocturno, y hay muchos restaurantes cerca. Un banco que acepta tarjetas UnionPay está justo al lado. El servicio del hotel es excelente; en recepción te informan sobre las atracciones turísticas cercanas al registrarte. El desayuno debe pedirse con antelación en recepción, ¡y los huevos recién hechos, los fideos fritos y el zumo están deliciosos! El hotel puede reservar actividades en Hoi An y transporte a Da Nang, que es más barato que Grab, pero se requiere pago en efectivo. Inevitablemente, aparecieron muchas lagartijas de varios tamaños dentro y fuera de la habitación por la noche. Aunque no eran agresivas, fue un poco aterrador para los huéspedes primerizos. Por suerte, estábamos demasiado cansados ​​para pensar en ello.

Номер был старенький , но чистый. Мягкая кровать, чистое белье. Каждый день уборка. Персонал невероятно вежливый и каждый день интересуется , нужна ли какая-то помощь.

I had the best stay at Lux Annam in Da Nang. It is a luxury property featuring uniquely themed rooms, and we booked the Tu Du Room. The room was beautifully designed with luxurious finishing touches throughout. My favourite feature was the bathtub placed right in the middle of the room, and the bed was incredibly comfortable with the smoothest sheets. The bathroom was also a highlight, equipped with a smart toilet, wall water jets, and a rain shower that made the experience feel especially high-end. The location is quite secluded, situated within a residential housing estate, which can feel slightly unexpected at first. However, this also means it is very quiet and peaceful, away from the busy main streets, something we really appreciated. Do note that you will need to take a Grab to get in and out, and there are no convenience stores within walking distance. During our stay, we were the only guests apart from one solo traveler, so the pool felt like a private space, almost like a personal villa staycation. Breakfast is arranged via a menu sent on WhatsApp the night before, where you select your preferred options. Overall, I would consider Lux Annam a hidden gem for anyone looking to slow down, unwind, and avoid the usual tourist rush. We also visited a nearby spa, Navi Spa, which even provided complimentary pick-up from our location. I truly enjoyed my stay here and would recommend it for a quiet, restorative getaway rather than a location-based sightseeing trip.
