I had a wonderful 6-night stay at Monarque Hotel Da Nang, and it was truly one of the most memorable hotel experiences I’ve had. What impressed me most was the impeccable hospitality from every staff member. They consistently checked in to make sure everything was comfortable and whether I needed any assistance. It wasn’t just the big things, but also the small thoughtful gestures that made me feel genuinely cared for - staff would shield guests from the sun with an umbrella when walking outside, warmly open the doors and welcome you back with smiles every time you returned, and even leave cookies and a good-night card in the room. The breakfast selection was excellent with plenty of variety, and the complimentary afternoon tea was a delightful bonus. Throughout my stay, I genuinely felt treated like royalty. To top it all off, the hotel even offered complimentary transportation to the airport upon checkout, which was a very thoughtful touch. If I could offer one small piece of constructive feedback, it would be regarding the Wi-Fi. The signal was occasionally weak and disconnected from time to time. However, this was a minor issue compared to the overall outstanding experience. Thank you to the entire Monarque Hotel team for making my stay so comfortable and memorable. I would not hesitate to stay here again and highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Da Nang.

This was a hotel that I spent a long time researching before booking. It had excellent reviews and a very high rating online. Unfortunately, my experience was a case of “looks great from a distance, but not quite as impressive up close.” Let me start with the positives. The lobby is beautiful, with a charming vintage design that creates a great first impression. The front desk staff were friendly, helpful, and communicated well in English. Upon arrival, we were offered cold towels and refreshing welcome drinks, which was a nice touch after a long journey. We decided to have lunch at the hotel’s restaurant. The food was average—not particularly memorable, but enough to satisfy our hunger. The staff escorted us and our luggage to the room. At first glance, the room looked acceptable, but as someone who is quite particular about cleanliness, I quickly noticed a significant amount of dust on various surfaces. I tried not to dwell on it because, for me, the most important thing is a clean and comfortable bed. Unfortunately, that night became the worst part of our stay. I barely slept during my first night. Throughout the night, I felt as though something was biting my skin, and I found myself constantly scratching. It was extremely uncomfortable and frustrating. The following morning during breakfast, a staff member kindly asked how we had slept. I honestly explained my experience and mentioned that I felt I had been bitten by something during the night. I requested that the bed linens be changed. To their credit, the staff responded immediately. They informed the front desk, and shortly afterwards a manager came to speak with us personally, apologised sincerely, and arranged for a deep cleaning of our room. At that moment, I truly appreciated their attitude because they made me feel that they genuinely cared and were actively trying to solve the problem. We then left for our day of sightseeing. When we returned to the hotel that afternoon, I was genuinely surprised. The room felt completely different from the day before. It smelled fresh and clean, every surface had been thoroughly wiped down, the floors were spotless, and even the musty smell that I had previously noticed was gone. The room finally felt as clean as I had expected from a highly rated hotel. As an additional gesture, the hotel offered me a complimentary 20-minute herbal bath treatment as compensation. I thought that was a thoughtful gesture and appreciated the effort they made to make things right. Most importantly, I slept wonderfully on the second night. For service and recovery, I would honestly give the team more than full marks. While the initial issue should not have happened, the way they handled the situation was professional, sincere, and efficient. As for breakfast, it was decent and perfectly acceptable. There was enough variety, although I believe there is still room for improvement. I would still recommend this hotel. The location is excellent, with many attractions and the riverside within easy walking distance. Regarding the facilities, they are all on the smaller side. The swimming pool is beautiful but quite small. The gym is compact, and the children’s playroom is also rather limited in size. None of these were deal-breakers for us, but they are worth noting for future guests. Overall, while the stay did not start well, the outstanding service recovery and excellent location left a positive final impression. No hotel is perfect, but what matters is how they respond when something goes wrong—and this hotel handled it exceptionally well.

If you are looking for a cozy boutique-style hotel close to Hoi An, this is the perfect place. The hotel has a warm and relaxing atmosphere, the breakfast is excellent, and the beach, although not very large, is clean and well maintained. We always managed to find available sunbeds. The entire staff—at reception, housekeeping, and the restaurant—were extremely helpful, friendly, and always smiling. We divided our 10-day holiday between two hotels. We chose Boutique Hoi An Resort because it is closer to Hoi An. At first, we were slightly hesitant because it is a four-star hotel and this was our first visit to Vietnam, but its awards and excellent reviews gave us confidence. It turned out to be a wonderful choice, especially compared with the second hotel we stayed at, which was a large and crowded five-star resort. Thank you to the entire team at Boutique Hoi An Resort. El hotel tiene unas vistas maravillosas, con colores vivos, y está céntricamente ubicado, cerca de todos los restaurantes que queríamos visitar y de la playa. El servicio fue bastante deficiente: no nos cambiaron el jabón dos días seguidos, el lavamanos estuvo vacío durante dos días y no nos cambiaron el papel higiénico en los dos últimos días de nuestra estancia de 4 noches y 5 días. El hotel está un poco deteriorado y necesita una reforma. La puerta de la ducha no cerraba, así que nuestro baño se inundaba a diario, y con las zapatillas puestas, la habitación estaba mojada en algunas partes la mayor parte del tiempo. La decoración del comedor de desayunos era muy bonita, pero como somos vegetarianos/veganos no nos gusta mucho la comida local, y el personal no comprendió nuestras preguntas. En general, estuvo bien para un desayuno continental. El personal fue amable y bien intencionado.

¡Perfección absoluta! ¡Una vista panorámica del amanecer de 180° y la mejor escapada en Đà Nẵng! Nuestra estancia de 5 noches en DiStay Beachfront (Wyndham Soleil) fue sencillamente increíble. Reservamos el apartamento de esquina de 90 m² con dos habitaciones y superó con creces nuestras expectativas. La impresionante vista panorámica de 180 grados de la playa de Mỹ Khê desde el balcón era espectacular; nos despertábamos con el amanecer sobre el océano cada mañana. El apartamento era espacioso y estaba muy bien equipado: dos baños completos, camas king size, sofás cama y todas las comodidades necesarias para una estancia familiar confortable. Tener acceso a la piscina del Wyndham Soleil fue una gran ventaja, y la playa está justo enfrente: ¡una comodidad inmejorable! Un agradecimiento especial a Le, la propietaria, y a su personal. Fueron increíblemente atentos y serviciales. Cuando llegamos temprano el primer día, Le amablemente nos ayudó a guardar nuestro equipaje y nos contó que también tiene otros apartamentos en el edificio. Su hospitalidad marcó la pauta para una estancia maravillosa. La ubicación es perfecta para familias. Cuando empezó a calentar la tarde, a los niños les encantó refugiarse en el potente aire acondicionado, y a nosotros nos encantó que el edificio proporcionara sombra natural a la zona de la piscina desde el mediodía en adelante, lo que la hizo agradable hasta las 7 de la tarde. Además, hay infinidad de restaurantes y cafeterías locales a poca distancia a pie: tantos platos deliciosos y asequibles como Bánh Mì, Bún Cá, Cau Laus, Bahn Xeo, Phở Ga/Bo y Cà Phê que ni siquiera necesitamos ir a los restaurantes del hotel. El único inconveniente: al estar justo en primera línea de playa, se oye el centro de actividades cercano, los espectáculos culturales y las fiestas en la playa. Si eres de los que se acuestan temprano (antes de las 10 de la noche), el ruido podría molestarte, pero para nuestra familia, que normalmente se acuesta entre las 11 y la medianoche, fue perfecto. En resumen, DiStay BeachFront Suites nos brindó una escapada perfecta. A mi esposa e hijos les encantó, y a mí también. Da Nang es una ciudad preciosa, pero este apartamento hizo que nuestra experiencia fuera realmente inolvidable. ¡Muy recomendable!

La habitación es fantástica, pero me pareció que el hotel podría mejorar su sistema de descarga, ya que el agua tarda en llenar la taza antes de poder volver a descargar. Hay bastante suciedad en una esquina de la habitación, pero en general todo es maravilloso. En cuanto a las instalaciones, me encantan todas, especialmente la piscina cubierta y el gimnasio.

Mi amiga y yo nos alojamos en una habitación doble durante cuatro noches. Desde nuestra habitación podíamos ver el océano, aunque no justo enfrente. Incluso pudimos ver el Puente del Dragón, aunque a lo lejos. La piscina infinita en el piso 19 ofrecía una vista fantástica de la playa justo enfrente. El desayuno era variado y delicioso. No supimos usar la televisión de la habitación, así que no pudimos ver YouTube ni Netflix. Hay muchos restaurantes y spas cerca del hotel, y la playa está justo al lado, así que es una ubicación ideal para disfrutar a poca distancia a pie. También recibimos un cupón para una cena durante nuestra estancia, que usamos la última noche. Como ya habíamos cenado, solo pedimos un plato para compartir, ¡pero el personal fue muy amable y atento! La encantadora empleada que nos atendió al hacer el check-out escuchó nuestras historias del viaje y disfrutamos mucho charlando con ella. Nos comentó que estaba estudiando japonés, lo cual nos alegró mucho.

Service: The staff being friendly, attentive, and helpful. Facilities: The hotel is in a great location, close to the beach, restaurants, and shops. The rooms are clean, comfortable, and well-designed. The rooftop pool and spa are favorably. Food: The breakfast buffet gets high marks for being excellent and with a wide variety. Overall, The hotel offers a great combination of friendly service, a convenient location, and comfortable facilities. If you're looking for a relaxing beach vacation in Da Nang, this hotel could be a good option for you!

이 호텔의 장단점은 명확하다. 여기엔 단점을 먼저 적어본다. 처음 방에 들어선순간 지하실에서 나는 쿵쿵한 곰팡이냄세가 진동했다. 건물전체에서 이런 냄새가 나는데 구조적 문제같다. 벽사진을 보면 왜그런지 짐작할수있다. 이호텔의 유일한 단점은 바로 이것이다. 다른점은 시내에서 멀다는것인데 오토바이를 렌트하면 해결된다. 시내에서 대략 10분거리.

This hotel is awesome! I plan our anniversary at this hotel and ask for some decorations. And the hotel heard it and provided what I want, and extra give us a lovely small strawberry cake with some fruits. Really appreciated it very much. Everything is good, cleanliness, environment, high floor with good scenery view, nice bed and pillows. Only small disadvantage is the location is quite far from city (around 4km), but it’s ok because we using grab service which is reasonable fare for us. Definitely will come back and stay at this hotel again!
