I would honestly give this hotel more than full marks if I could. It exceeded our expectations in so many ways, and considering the reasonable price, it offered incredible value for money. My family booked two rooms for three nights. Before arriving, we had a rather unpleasant experience at our previous hotel where we were bitten badly by what seemed to be bed mites. As a result, we contacted this hotel before check-in and politely requested that the rooms be thoroughly cleaned and that all bed linens be changed. From the moment we arrived, the staff showed genuine care and professionalism. They kindly asked about our situation and reassured us that both rooms had been deep cleaned. We were welcomed with cold towels, refreshing welcome drinks, and delicious desserts, which immediately made us feel comfortable and cared for. When we entered our rooms, we were pleasantly surprised to find an air purifier already prepared for us. The rooms were spotless and impeccably clean. Everything felt fresh, and we could immediately see the effort the hotel had put into ensuring our comfort. Most importantly, every member of the staff was incredibly warm, friendly, and sincere. The hotel also provides complimentary afternoon tea. While the selection is not extensive, it is more than enough for a relaxing break with a cup of tea. The kids’ playroom is conveniently located nearby, which made the experience even more enjoyable for families. Another wonderful surprise was that the hotel treated each guest to a complimentary bowl of traditional Vietnamese noodle soup for dinner. It was delicious and became one of the highlights of our stay. Before arriving, I was a little concerned because guests need to climb a short flight of stairs to reach the lobby. We were travelling with an elderly family member and a stroller, so I worried it might be inconvenient. However, every single time we needed assistance, the staff immediately stepped forward to help carry our luggage and stroller. Their attentiveness truly impressed us. Since the hotel is located beside a main road, transportation could have been slightly challenging, but once again the staff went above and beyond. Whenever our Grab arrived, they would help us call the driver closer to the entrance and even hold umbrellas for us during hot weather, making it much easier and safer for our family to get in and out of the vehicle. We stayed for three nights, and every morning the breakfast was varied, plentiful, and delicious. There was always something different to enjoy, which made breakfast something we looked forward to each day. Overall, we are extremely satisfied with our stay. The cleanliness, thoughtful service, excellent hospitality, and attention to detail made this one of the most memorable hotel experiences we have had. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting the area, especially families with children and elderly travellers. Thank you to the entire team for making our stay so comfortable and enjoyable. This was a hotel that I spent a long time researching before booking. It had excellent reviews and a very high rating online. Unfortunately, my experience was a case of “looks great from a distance, but not quite as impressive up close.” Let me start with the positives. The lobby is beautiful, with a charming vintage design that creates a great first impression. The front desk staff were friendly, helpful, and communicated well in English. Upon arrival, we were offered cold towels and refreshing welcome drinks, which was a nice touch after a long journey. We decided to have lunch at the hotel’s restaurant. The food was average—not particularly memorable, but enough to satisfy our hunger. The staff escorted us and our luggage to the room. At first glance, the room looked acceptable, but as someone who is quite particular about cleanliness, I quickly noticed a significant amount of dust on various surfaces. I tried not to dwell on it because, for me, the most important thing is a clean and comfortable bed. Unfortunately, that night became the worst part of our stay. I barely slept during my first night. Throughout the night, I felt as though something was biting my skin, and I found myself constantly scratching. It was extremely uncomfortable and frustrating. The following morning during breakfast, a staff member kindly asked how we had slept. I honestly explained my experience and mentioned that I felt I had been bitten by something during the night. I requested that the bed linens be changed. To their credit, the staff responded immediately. They informed the front desk, and shortly afterwards a manager came to speak with us personally, apologised sincerely, and arranged for a deep cleaning of our room. At that moment, I truly appreciated their attitude because they made me feel that they genuinely cared and were actively trying to solve the problem. We then left for our day of sightseeing. When we returned to the hotel that afternoon, I was genuinely surprised. The room felt completely different from the day before. It smelled fresh and clean, every surface had been thoroughly wiped down, the floors were spotless, and even the musty smell that I had previously noticed was gone. The room finally felt as clean as I had expected from a highly rated hotel. As an additional gesture, the hotel offered me a complimentary 20-minute herbal bath treatment as compensation. I thought that was a thoughtful gesture and appreciated the effort they made to make things right. Most importantly, I slept wonderfully on the second night. For service and recovery, I would honestly give the team more than full marks. While the initial issue should not have happened, the way they handled the situation was professional, sincere, and efficient. As for breakfast, it was decent and perfectly acceptable. There was enough variety, although I believe there is still room for improvement. I would still recommend this hotel. The location is excellent, with many attractions and the riverside within easy walking distance. Regarding the facilities, they are all on the smaller side. The swimming pool is beautiful but quite small. The gym is compact, and the children’s playroom is also rather limited in size. None of these were deal-breakers for us, but they are worth noting for future guests. Overall, while the stay did not start well, the outstanding service recovery and excellent location left a positive final impression. No hotel is perfect, but what matters is how they respond when something goes wrong—and this hotel handled it exceptionally well.

If you are looking for a cozy boutique-style hotel close to Hoi An, this is the perfect place. The hotel has a warm and relaxing atmosphere, the breakfast is excellent, and the beach, although not very large, is clean and well maintained. We always managed to find available sunbeds. The entire staff—at reception, housekeeping, and the restaurant—were extremely helpful, friendly, and always smiling. We divided our 10-day holiday between two hotels. We chose Boutique Hoi An Resort because it is closer to Hoi An. At first, we were slightly hesitant because it is a four-star hotel and this was our first visit to Vietnam, but its awards and excellent reviews gave us confidence. It turned out to be a wonderful choice, especially compared with the second hotel we stayed at, which was a large and crowded five-star resort. Thank you to the entire team at Boutique Hoi An Resort. Risemount Premier Dejé mi corazón en este lugar y definitivamente lo llamé mi hogar cuando estuve en Da Nang. Me alojé allí muchas noches y me quedaré muchas más cuando regrese a Da Nang. Desde el primer día que llegué, el vestíbulo y el resort son simplemente MAGNÍFICOS y HERMOSOS. Un vestíbulo enorme con un diseño cuidadosamente elegido e inmediatamente sentí la cálida sensación de servicio y una estancia increíble. Hay muchísimas cosas que me ENCANTAN de este lugar y las detallaré con detalle. HABITACIÓN: Me alojé en cuatro habitaciones diferentes: la Elite Deluxe, la Junior King y la suite Santorini. Mi favorita, sin duda, la que está junto a la piscina. La habitación era enorme y olía de maravilla. La cama, ¡Dios mío!, era de las camas más cómodas en las que he dormido. Dormí muy bien. La temperatura era muy agradable y el ventilador fue una ventaja en los días calurosos. Había suficientes artículos de aseo, desde nevera hasta té y café, y los suministros se reponían a diario. PISCINA: ¡INCREÍBLE! Otra de las mejores cosas de este resort es que la piscina es enorme y la temperatura del agua es agradable. ¡Mis largos matutinos y chapuzones vespertinos son simplemente encantadores! COMIDAS: El desayuno de la mañana consistía en una gran variedad de opciones deliciosas, desde comida occidental (pan, mantequilla, tocino, huevos y repostería) hasta asiática y vietnamita. Lo he probado todo y estaba riquísimo. ¡El café Saigón era una pasada! * El bar Elixir junto a la piscina también sirve cócteles deliciosos, cervezas heladas y servicio de almuerzo/cena (¡sí! Pasé demasiado tiempo en el resort y casi no salgo, jaja). SERVICIO: Equipo de primera clase de Risemount, permítanme expresarles mi más sincera gratitud por todo lo que han hecho por mí durante mi estancia. Estuve muy enferma durante mi primera semana, pero me cuidaron muy bien, y ustedes también celebraron mi cumpleaños en este viaje; fue muy especial y conmovedor. Señorita Lieu (la extraño y gracias por usted), el gerente de alimentos y bebidas y su equipo, el equipo de la división de habitaciones (Oficina Principal, conserjería, HK, SEC), básicamente todos fueron increíbles. Todos ustedes son la cara visible de la excelente industria hotelera. El servicio fue cálido, amable, educado y simplemente un beso del chef. Gracias, gracias, gracias. Si me permiten un pequeño comentario, diría que el suministro diario de agua potable en la habitación no era suficiente para el clima cálido de Vietnam durante todo el año. Siempre he tenido que pedir más y está bien cobrar el precio adicional, pero en dos ocasiones solicité más agua. La recepcionista me respondió repetidamente que solo nos daban dos botellas de agua al día (era una botella pequeña) y que si queríamos más, no era gratis. Lamentablemente, mi solicitud telefónica no fue atendida. Esperé media hora y tuve que caminar hasta el vestíbulo para pedir personalmente más agua y sí, me la podían cobrar. Otro inconveniente es que el aislamiento acústico es bastante deficiente; si eres sensible al ruido, deberías buscar y elegir una habitación más tranquila. En resumen, creo que ya he dicho suficiente sobre mi agradable estancia en Risemount Premier, y estoy deseando volver a casa :)) Les mando todo mi cariño y mi grandeza. F

A Wonderful and Comfortable Stay – Highly Recommended! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ We had a really wonderful stay at Distay Beachfront Suite Danang and were very happy with our experience. I travelled with my three daughters, and we were all so happy and comfortable throughout our stay. My girls especially loved the unit and really enjoyed staying here. It made our family holiday in Da Nang even more enjoyable and memorable. The unit was spacious, luxurious, clean, comfortable, and very well maintained. Everything we needed was provided, and the unit looked exactly like the pictures. We felt very comfortable throughout our stay. The location is also excellent, right in front of My Khe Beach. It is very convenient, with plenty of places to eat nearby, including Halal food options. Han Market and shopping areas are also within easy reach. The check-in process was very smooth and convenient. One day before our arrival, the team contacted us and added us to a WhatsApp group for easy communication. When we arrived, they came to meet us and personally brought us to our unit. The check-out process was equally easy and hassle-free. What we appreciated most was their hospitality and excellent service. Every day, the team would message us on WhatsApp to check if everything was alright and whether we needed anything. We really appreciated this thoughtful and attentive service. Overall, we were very satisfied with our stay. The unit was comfortable, the location was great, and the service was excellent. Most importantly, my three daughters and I had such a happy and enjoyable holiday here. If we come back to Da Nang again, we will definitely stay here again. Melia Vinpearl Danang Riverfront es un lugar fantástico para alojarse. Las habitaciones eran espaciosas y ofrecían mucha comodidad. El vestíbulo era abierto y acogedor, lo que creó una excelente primera impresión. Aunque tuvimos algunos problemas durante el check-in, el personal del hotel solucionó todo rápidamente. Felicitaciones a ellos por su eficiencia y por enviar una bandeja de frutas como disculpa, ¡un gesto muy considerado! El hotel está convenientemente ubicado cerca de muchos restaurantes y a poca distancia a pie de Vincom Plaza (centro comercial), lo que hace que sea fácil explorar la zona. La vista desde el balcón era absolutamente impresionante. El único inconveniente fue la construcción en curso durante la noche, pero no eclipsó la experiencia en general. ¡Muy recomendable!

Mi amiga y yo nos alojamos en una habitación doble durante cuatro noches. Desde nuestra habitación podíamos ver el océano, aunque no justo enfrente. Incluso pudimos ver el Puente del Dragón, aunque a lo lejos. La piscina infinita en el piso 19 ofrecía una vista fantástica de la playa justo enfrente. El desayuno era variado y delicioso. No supimos usar la televisión de la habitación, así que no pudimos ver YouTube ni Netflix. Hay muchos restaurantes y spas cerca del hotel, y la playa está justo al lado, así que es una ubicación ideal para disfrutar a poca distancia a pie. También recibimos un cupón para una cena durante nuestra estancia, que usamos la última noche. Como ya habíamos cenado, solo pedimos un plato para compartir, ¡pero el personal fue muy amable y atento! La encantadora empleada que nos atendió al hacer el check-out escuchó nuestras historias del viaje y disfrutamos mucho charlando con ella. Nos comentó que estaba estudiando japonés, lo cual nos alegró mucho.

This hotel is awesome! I plan our anniversary at this hotel and ask for some decorations. And the hotel heard it and provided what I want, and extra give us a lovely small strawberry cake with some fruits. Really appreciated it very much. Everything is good, cleanliness, environment, high floor with good scenery view, nice bed and pillows. Only small disadvantage is the location is quite far from city (around 4km), but it’s ok because we using grab service which is reasonable fare for us. Definitely will come back and stay at this hotel again!

이 호텔의 장단점은 명확하다. 여기엔 단점을 먼저 적어본다. 처음 방에 들어선순간 지하실에서 나는 쿵쿵한 곰팡이냄세가 진동했다. 건물전체에서 이런 냄새가 나는데 구조적 문제같다. 벽사진을 보면 왜그런지 짐작할수있다. 이호텔의 유일한 단점은 바로 이것이다. 다른점은 시내에서 멀다는것인데 오토바이를 렌트하면 해결된다. 시내에서 대략 10분거리.
