I would honestly give this hotel more than full marks if I could. It exceeded our expectations in so many ways, and considering the reasonable price, it offered incredible value for money. My family booked two rooms for three nights. Before arriving, we had a rather unpleasant experience at our previous hotel where we were bitten badly by what seemed to be bed mites. As a result, we contacted this hotel before check-in and politely requested that the rooms be thoroughly cleaned and that all bed linens be changed. From the moment we arrived, the staff showed genuine care and professionalism. They kindly asked about our situation and reassured us that both rooms had been deep cleaned. We were welcomed with cold towels, refreshing welcome drinks, and delicious desserts, which immediately made us feel comfortable and cared for. When we entered our rooms, we were pleasantly surprised to find an air purifier already prepared for us. The rooms were spotless and impeccably clean. Everything felt fresh, and we could immediately see the effort the hotel had put into ensuring our comfort. Most importantly, every member of the staff was incredibly warm, friendly, and sincere. The hotel also provides complimentary afternoon tea. While the selection is not extensive, it is more than enough for a relaxing break with a cup of tea. The kids’ playroom is conveniently located nearby, which made the experience even more enjoyable for families. Another wonderful surprise was that the hotel treated each guest to a complimentary bowl of traditional Vietnamese noodle soup for dinner. It was delicious and became one of the highlights of our stay. Before arriving, I was a little concerned because guests need to climb a short flight of stairs to reach the lobby. We were travelling with an elderly family member and a stroller, so I worried it might be inconvenient. However, every single time we needed assistance, the staff immediately stepped forward to help carry our luggage and stroller. Their attentiveness truly impressed us. Since the hotel is located beside a main road, transportation could have been slightly challenging, but once again the staff went above and beyond. Whenever our Grab arrived, they would help us call the driver closer to the entrance and even hold umbrellas for us during hot weather, making it much easier and safer for our family to get in and out of the vehicle. We stayed for three nights, and every morning the breakfast was varied, plentiful, and delicious. There was always something different to enjoy, which made breakfast something we looked forward to each day. Overall, we are extremely satisfied with our stay. The cleanliness, thoughtful service, excellent hospitality, and attention to detail made this one of the most memorable hotel experiences we have had. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting the area, especially families with children and elderly travellers. Thank you to the entire team for making our stay so comfortable and enjoyable. This wasn’t just good service—it was genuine hospitality. We would definitely stay here again.

La habitación era muy agradable y confortable para una persona, pero todavía lo suficientemente grande para una pareja. Pero ellos pensaban en poner un mat para que no me deslizaría. Das Boutique Hoi An Hotel ist ein wunderschönes Hotel mit einem traumhaften, sehr gepflegten Tropengarten und kolonialem Charme. Der Pool ist schön designt, groß und sowohl für Schwimmer wie Badende geeignet. Auch der Strand ist schön. Kilometerlang und für asiatische Verhältnisse recht sauber. Das Spa-Center, das die Managerin Mai perfekt im Griff hat, ist ebenfalls empfehlenswert. Das Frühstück fällt etwas ab, was uns aber nicht störte, da wir keinen Wert auf Frühstücken legen. Absolut störend war das Verhalten des Empfangsmanagers bei unserer Ankunft. Auf inakzeptabel penetrante Art und Weise hat er versucht, uns Massschneider, Konzertveranstaltungen, Ausflüge oder anderweitig kommissionierte Dienste aufzudrängen. Ein Besuch der Altstadt von Hoi An lohnt, anders als Instagram und zahlreiche Reiseberichte suggerieren, NICHT. Hoi An mag früher mal pittoresk und zauberhaft gewesen sein, leider heute aber unter den Auswirkungen eines Backpacker- und Overtourism-Sndroms übelsten Art. Wer gut essen möchte, bleibt am besten im Hotel, wo es ein sehr gutes Barbecue-Buffet gibt oder geht links die Straße lang, wo man einige nette Lokale findet.

Me quedé allí dos noches y los alrededores eran una ciudad tranquila y normal. Puede haber muchos lugares de karaoke para los japoneses. El desayuno incluye una selección de platos occidentales y asiáticos. Es delicioso. Un hotel prefabricado de dos plantas renovado a partir de un antiguo mercado. Hay una lavadora, secadora y espacio de trabajo nómada en el segundo piso, por lo que es conveniente poder lavar la ropa mientras se realizan trabajos sencillos. Al ser un edificio prefabricado, cuando llueve el sonido de la lluvia en el tejado ruge. La ducha se enciende un rato después de encender el calentador de agua eléctrico. El ambiente es elegante y limpio. No recomendado si buscas un resort en Da Nang.

Overall, we had a good stay. The hotel was clean, and the location was perfect for us. The only downsides were that housekeeping was only provided every three days and that we had to pay a 2 million VND deposit, which was inconvenient at the end of our trip because we had to exchange the money again after it was refunded. We also suggest installing blackout curtains, as too much light came through the windows early in the morning. Other than that, everything was great.

Mi amiga y yo nos alojamos en una habitación doble durante cuatro noches. Desde nuestra habitación podíamos ver el océano, aunque no justo enfrente. Incluso pudimos ver el Puente del Dragón, aunque a lo lejos. La piscina infinita en el piso 19 ofrecía una vista fantástica de la playa justo enfrente. El desayuno era variado y delicioso. No supimos usar la televisión de la habitación, así que no pudimos ver YouTube ni Netflix. Hay muchos restaurantes y spas cerca del hotel, y la playa está justo al lado, así que es una ubicación ideal para disfrutar a poca distancia a pie. También recibimos un cupón para una cena durante nuestra estancia, que usamos la última noche. Como ya habíamos cenado, solo pedimos un plato para compartir, ¡pero el personal fue muy amable y atento! La encantadora empleada que nos atendió al hacer el check-out escuchó nuestras historias del viaje y disfrutamos mucho charlando con ella. Nos comentó que estaba estudiando japonés, lo cual nos alegró mucho.

Nos trasladaron a un hotel al otro lado de la calle, donde las condiciones eran pésimas, como en un hotel de una estrella. Había sábanas tiradas por el suelo del pasillo, las camareras hacían mucho ruido por las mañanas y era imposible dormir. Deberíamos habernos alojado en el edificio con recepcionista.

이 호텔의 장단점은 명확하다. 여기엔 단점을 먼저 적어본다. 처음 방에 들어선순간 지하실에서 나는 쿵쿵한 곰팡이냄세가 진동했다. 건물전체에서 이런 냄새가 나는데 구조적 문제같다. 벽사진을 보면 왜그런지 짐작할수있다. 이호텔의 유일한 단점은 바로 이것이다. 다른점은 시내에서 멀다는것인데 오토바이를 렌트하면 해결된다. 시내에서 대략 10분거리.
