Wonderful place to stay, comfy beds and excellent food in the restaurant. The nightly turndown service was appreciated. I would have liked slippers to wear to the pool and the elliptical machine was broken the entire week I was there. I would like to say upon checkout that I asked for a bottle of water for my long Uber ride and it seemed to be an unrealistic request!?

A beautiful hotel, the property is clean and with many restaurants and amenities. The building has this old and classic style that really resonates with the city. Buffet breakfast has a lot options, and at nights we got a canapé party, they serve wine if you want alcohol. I only tried one of the restaurants, mole was delicious. The only downside was the location, it's not bad but there is nothing around, Uber is your best bet to move around and you get pretty fast to downtown or other areas. Room was nice and perfect. Thanks gor the great stay.

Aunque el hotel está un poco alejado del centro de la ciudad, a unos diez minutos, el ambiente del hotel es muy cómodo, la habitación es grande y hay una piscina con vista en el techo, donde se puede ver el volcán y la iglesia Entusiasta, tomó la iniciativa de ayudarme a resolver el problema del itinerario, ahorró mucho tiempo y facilitó el itinerario.

The only thing I don't understand. Why is there no hot water in the shower?

El problema fue que sali de madrugada y queria hacer la salida y no habia nadie en recepcion , seguridad ni estacionamiento
