Situado en el centro turístico, cerca de la estación de autobús del aeropuerto. Bienvenido a las bebidas incluyendo sangre fresca, salchichas,  Spmante, etc. Gracias por enviarme a mi amigo al hotel para ofrecerle un servicio de bebidas. La habitación es muy limpia, el baño, el baño y el cuarto de baño son nuevos y bien limpiados. También deberían ser lo menos posible. Dispone de turbo, caja fuerte, minibar y nevera. No puedo controlar la temperatura del aire acondicionado en mi habitación, incluso en el invierno. Los alimentos del restaurante son frescos y deliciosos, pero el número de japoneses es grande y dos personas pueden comer una mejor.

From the very beginning, Luca's communication was superb. He ensured that everything was perfectly arranged for our arrival, making the check-in process smooth and hassle-free. Luca went the extra mile by accommodating our dietary restriction, providing us with a breakfast that perfectly suited our needs. Luca's attentiveness didn't stop there. He even helped us secure reservations at a restaurant we were eager to try, and the dining experience turned out to be fantastic. Throughout our stay, Luca was always available and happy to answer any of our questions, making us feel like valued guests. His genuine care and attention to detail truly made our stay memorable and enjoyable. I cannot praise Luca and Quattro Canti Suites enough for their outstanding service. Muy bien, a un paso de la famosa calle Etnea, lamentablemente la estructura no tiene ascensor (pero no importa si va al gimnasio para hacer el paso). El desayuno es a los mínimos, pero a la tarifa, el personal muy amable es muy disponible. El precio, considerando que estuvimos en el cumpleaños, ajustado a la media, tal vez ligeramente más alto. Si voy a Catania volveré a Ba Valentino.

La ubicación es buena, abajo es la calle comercial más importante de Qatar. Comer y beber es completa. Entre 10 minutos y 5 minutos hay muchos supermercados grandes. Entre en el centro de la iglesia principal y en menos de 10 minutos el mercado de frutas y hortalizas. El hotel no es grande, pero limpio. El personal del hotel es entusiasta. El Wi-Fi no es fuerte, no hay dientes ni remolques. La ubicación del hotel es un problema. Pero lo encontramos en McDonald's.

The hotel is dissapointing. Has a good location and wifi, but unfortunately it is very dirty. Location is very good, close to the Piazza del Duomo. Parrarel to the main street. Contactless check in and check out. Good wifi connection. Dirt everywhere - dusty floors, dust in the bathroom, dirty sink and toilet. Rust in the shower. Paint peeling from the wall in the bathroom. View from the window (room nr 1). Dirty wall from coffee. Dirty coffee machine. I contacted with the customer service via WhatsApp and I was told I can try another room, which bathroom condition was disguisting as well. I decided to stay in the one I was check in already. They have told me that they have scheduled deep cleaning for winter (I was staying there in September).

Gran hotel muy buen situado. Excelente trabajo de recepción y una maravillosa y amplia habitación. Cama enorme y comodisima, buena wifi, servicios y buen desayuno muy variado. De lo mejor que hay en la ciudad. Buen cuarto de baño y un trato acorde a la categoría del hotel. Recomendable!!!

These rooms (not suites) are in an excellent location. 10/10 In the old building, they are all ( I think there are 6 or 7 rooms total) on the 3rd floor and luckily enough there is a private elevator especially made for the rooms. Breakfast is served in the room and they explain that it is ”Italian breakfast” meaning that it consists of one tea or coffee and one croissant or a local sweet. Served in a very small tray with no extra plates or napkins quite difficult to enjoy. The rooms are as pictured in the photos on the hotel's site. Perfect mattresses, and excellent Wi-Fi. They have given great importance to design (of which they seem to be very proud of..) which is nice but according to my personal experience has quite a few ”mistakes” which make one's stay a bit not so perfect..For example (in my room) on one side of the bed there was a big gap which was quite likely to fall in, especially at night. Also, the lighting was not enough.. Some rooms have no view at all, luckily I chose one with a view which of course was more expensive. !! The worst part is the entrance of the building which is simply ...awful and dirty . It is a sort of internal small yard as most of the old buildings in the historic center have, but this one was one of the worst. Garbage was all around and even the entrance to the private lift was in total decay. As a result, I do not find a good value-for-money relationship. P.S When I booked the room they gave me a non-refundable price which I accepted and paid since it was just a week before my arrival. 2 or 3 days later there was an explosion at the Etna volcano and the news was all around the media in my country so I thought I could postpone my trip for a couple of days. So I called them and asked, if I could change the dates to just a few days later always according to THEIR availability. They simply refused telling me that it was NOT refundable. I explained that I was NOT asking for a refund but a change of dates always according to the dates that suited THEM. But they did absolutely NOTHING not even trying to be polite. Of course not wanting to lose my money I went, but I found that not only unprofessional but also rude.!!
