DON'T COME TO THIS PLACE. It will ruin your trip. I've been to many countries and hotels, and this is the WORST experience I have EVER had. We were trapped outside the building because of the failure of the door lock(fyi this hotel is located inside a hybrid building). I understand that the whole building suffered, not only because of our key. However, it took a long time for them to come and unlock it for you, because there is no staff in the building during night. Luckily , we met another yguest who also lived in the building, so we managed to get inside and we did also tell the staff on phone that we got inside. What's worse, our door key was not working so we couldn't get into the hotel unfortunately, then we called again for many times, we failed to reach them. Until they picked up the call, they just kept repeating the same words: our staff is coming. They did not listen to our problem clearly: we were inside the building . After I repeated our situation many times , they then realised that we actually got inside and were MAD at us. Their attitudes were extremely terrible and put the blame on us -yelling at us that we did not tell him we got inside. In fact I told him many times but he just didn't wanna listen to us carefully. Eventually, they opened the door for us remotely. After a while, a staff came to us to check the card, and he found out that our card wasn't sensitive to get into the door, so he gave us PIN, which is good, andpromised to change the card the morning after. Nevertheless, when i asked the receptionist, she had no idea what happened at all, then of course we didn't get our card changed. The card was occasionally usable, which is very disturbing and worrying . Of course, our mood is seriously disturbed by this event. I have no trust in them anymore. Feel very paranoid. It is ok to encounter some issues. What matters the most is how you handle an issue. Obviously, they handled it terribly without professionalism. Worst customer service I've ever encountered. NOT RECOMMENDED.
