Un hotel de 5 estrellas lujo que debería tener solo 3. El servicio poco amable, la carta del único restaurante para cenar escasa. Las habitaciones sucias y el hotel viejo. La vista a la playa Dana sobre el parking y la playa privada del hotel no existe es una pocilga llena de basura. Nos marchamos antea de tiempo porque era un timo. Wifi no funcionaba y buffet vacío....

En primer lugar, quiero dar las gracias a Vincenzo y Claudia C por la recepción. La habitación era muy limpia, gracias Giusi, en el primer piso del hotel ,realmente hace su trabajo muy bien con atención a los detalles, la mayoría de las veces que rara vez encuentra incluso en 5 hoteles estrellas,es un otro bien. El hotel es muy cómodo, muy bien situado, muy limpio y cuenta con un gran aparcamiento privado y seguro.

El aparcamiento propio del hotel es un poco caro, según modelo, hasta 18 euros al día. Sin embargo, hay un gran número de plazas de aparcamiento público de peaje a ambos lados de la carretera fuera del hotel. No hay dinero para las pausas para el almuerzo, hasta 4,5 euros al día, lo que es muy rentable. La habitación estaba limpia, la cama era muy cómoda y nuestra habitación tenía una pequeña terraza frente al mar, y era muy cómodo dormir por la noche escuchando el mar. El desayuno era muy bueno, y había algunos bocadillos de postre sicilianos locales, lo que fue especialmente satisfactorio. El hotel está a unos 20 minutos en coche del centro de Catania. Afortunadamente, no vivíamos en el centro de la ciudad, sino que vivíamos en un hotel un poco remoto pero alejado de la costa. (Hay una carretera entre el hotel y el mar, y los amigos que son especialmente sensibles al ruido pueden oír el sonido del coche durante el día). Además, la piscina está abierta según las condiciones meteorológicas. Cuando vamos, está lloviendo y la piscina está cerrada.

El hotel es fantástico, la parte más céntrica de Catania, en medio de la iglesia y la plaza del Elefante, pero muy tranquilo y privado. Todo el hotel tiene un buen olor a aroma, simple pero no simple, la cama es muy cómoda, insomnio todos los días. El personal es muy bueno, el inglés está bien, hay mucha gente deliciosa alrededor, también te darán consejos. Hay artículos de tocador caseros, cuidadosamente elaborados con fruta siciliana, genial. Hay una sala de spa privada en el primer piso, debe reservar con anticipación, la técnica es muy buena ~ rentable. La habitación es muy amplia, Italia ha vivido la habitación más grande, jajaja

El pero : no se entiende que bajo el tejadillo del exterior de un hotel de 4 estrellas durmieran 4 indigentes ,la acera de alrededor llena de plásticos y papeles y malas olores. No quiero parecer una “ insensible “ con este tema ,aunque la sensación era de malestar y mala conciencia,pero ese lugar no parece el más adecuado para que esas personas vivan.

Io e il mio compagno abbiamo soggiornato presso questa fantastica struttura nei giorni dedicati alla festa di S. Agata. Una location da togliere il fiato :soffitti affrescati, mobili di pregio, un sogno! Abbiamo soggiornato presso una splendida camera con balcone su via Etnea, non ci è mancato nulla: un letto comodissimo, cuscini soffici, grande spazio, frigo bar già fornito, angolo per il te, TV, riscaldamento a temperatura davvero piacevole. Tutto molto pulito, le spugne per il bagno candide! Non plus ultra: il silenzio. Sebbene fossimo(per nostra amata scelta) su Via Etnea, una volta chiuso il balcone non si percepiva nessun rumore, eccellente davvero. Sul pianerottolo un utilissimo angolo ristoro con bollitore sempre acceso e tutto ciò che occorre per un buon infuso. Utilissimo anche il distributore per caffè e bevande. Non è previsto il servizio colazione ma non se ne sente la mancanza in quanto basta scendere in strada per gustare tutto ciò che si desidera. La signora Serafina e suo marito sono delle persone splendide, ci hanno davvero fatti sentire a casa. Non vediamo l'ora di tornare!

Very good location for this hostel. I recommend if you’re visiting Catania and only need a place to sleep! The staffs are friendly and for the price it is worth it. Everything is walkable by distance, even to the airport is possible! Took me 55 minutes (I did it 5am in the morning, I don’t recommend doing it any other time of the day) as it might get busier..the pavements are okay but not the best for pedestrians

Wifi está disponible en la recepción. La ubicación es buena. No recomendaré el hotel debido a la ruda personal que me acusó de poner una llave en la puerta equivocada (hay dos puertas antes de la recepción). En ese momento estaba muy cansada después de caminar todo el día, pero me ordenó esperar hasta que terminó hablando en el teléfono con la cara enojada. Me desconectó que casi dañaba la puerta haciendo clic en la llave demasiado y los demás clientes no podían usarla entonces tengo que pagar por el daño. Entonces tuve que mostrarle que puedo usar las llaves en el lugar correcto y girarlas correctamente. El hotel está muy bien situado.

Catania nos dejó un recuerdo loco. El dueño del bed and breakfast se escapó y no nos entregaron las llaves. Esa noche fue el carnaval de la playa en Catania. El hotel es muy difícil de decidir. La habitación no es grande, pero lo hace. Pero no entiendo por qué nunca hay un plug al lado de la cama. The bathroom is ok but there is nothing to place the toiletries in the shower, so you’re forced to either bend over in a very small space either open the shower multiple times and make a mess. El hotel está muy bien situado a lo largo de la calle, desde la estación de tren y autobús de Palermo Centrale, y a 10 minutos en coche del aeropuerto de Catania. El edificio es antiguo pero muy bien mantenido. Las habitaciones estaban espaciosas y limpias sin escenas. Un poco ruido durante la noche debido a algunos sonidos externos, quizás máquinas de aire acondicionado, pero nada mucho. El desayuno era simple, pero saboroso, pan fresco y café grande para ordenar. Una palabra especial sobre Francesco en la recepción, que estaba en el aire con arreglos, siempre tenía un gran consejo sobre los lugares para visitar y fue incluso instrumental para recuperar el bolso de mi esposa, olvidado en un tren.

El hotel es fantástico, la parte más céntrica de Catania, en medio de la iglesia y la plaza del Elefante, pero muy tranquilo y privado. Todo el hotel tiene un buen olor a aroma, simple pero no simple, la cama es muy cómoda, insomnio todos los días. El personal es muy bueno, el inglés está bien, hay mucha gente deliciosa alrededor, también te darán consejos. Hay artículos de tocador caseros, cuidadosamente elaborados con fruta siciliana, genial. Hay una sala de spa privada en el primer piso, debe reservar con anticipación, la técnica es muy buena ~ rentable. La habitación es muy amplia, Italia ha vivido la habitación más grande, jajaja

The picture that appears when searching for this hotel is deceiving because the hotel is not on a big piazza and is not the building shown. The hotel is not on a particularly busy street (this is good), at least not on the weekend that we were there, and it is in a good location to see the main sites in Catania. We had a lovely room, which looked like it was recently updated and modernized. One glitch - I am 5'2” and my feet didn't touch the floor when sitting in the lavatory! There is a good selection of breakfast items, and I particularly recommend what I think was a pistachio cake with frosting of some type (it was delicious!). The hotel staff was friendly and welcoming. My extended family had some laughs trying to figure out how to open the elevator door from the inside. If you are American, you may want to ask the desk staff before getting in it or risk feeling very dumb! The hotel is about 10 minutes from the airport, which is convenient for an early flight.

En el B&B Elephant's Smile de Catania he encontrado cosas absolutamente inesperadas ...por ejemplo ... no es de todos los días y en la normalidad, si no estás en el hotel, incluso de un cierto espesor, encontrar limpieza, la limpieza y la saneamiento de todos los lugares comunes, para no hablar de las habitaciones, realmente elogios, esto es seguir ...la limpieza primero, déjeme un elogio especial y un agradecimiento a los que se ocupan de ello, con lena y la capacidad ...!!! Luego, la posición a decir poco único, cerca de la estación con posibilidad de hacer entrenamiento por la mañana en un pie reservado entre el ferrocarril y el mar, maravilloso! , a pocos pasos del Duomo y, por lo tanto, todo el centro de Catania ... .. y luego ...lui ... Mateo ...host espectacular para toda la gestión del sorriso del elefante, empaticamente especial, hemos llegado incluso a la confianza, confianza, sabiduría, disponibilidad en todo, siempre y de todos modos, amable, inteligente, intellectual ....la terminaré aquí porque de lo contrario sería prolix y logorroico ...ma la merezca todo esta evaluación caro Matteo ...gracias a todo y pronto ...!!!
