Location of the room was amazing - really close to all amenities, and 5 minutes walk to the center of Catania 2 minutes from breakfast, and evening meals and drinks Very modern inside the room - shower was really powerful, fridge that worked very well, and TV. The coffee maker was an excellent edition. Access was very well organized, with key codes and card access - made us feel very safe There was a power shut down twice for the block - lasting for a few hours - we just went out! Came back and it was all turned on. The key codes did not work and we were stuck out side - however, the company sorted this out straight away - and we were left waiting for minutes only - they were amazing. Communication was excellent, and fast I would stay here again, and would highly recommend Thanks!

It was very nice to stay at a Palazzo. The room is very beautiful and clean and the location is great! You can see the sunken ruins of an ancient Roman Amphitheater, the grand marble Monument to Vincenzo Bellini, the bustling daily street market of Fera o' Luni, and walk straight onto the famous shopping street, Via Etnea. And also catch the bus 434 to go to the very beautiful beaches of Giovanni Li Cuti, Aci Castello, Acitrezza… Andrea was fantastic and always helpful. Highly recommended!

What a fantastic place. We needed one last night in Catania bear the amphitheatre and we got lucky. Huge rooms- including an upstairs kitchen and sitting area, toif terace, and done with a modern and clean finish and a super comfy bed. Views of Etna from upstairs roof terrace. Loved the coffee machine and the little extras. For what we got - one of the best rooms we have ever had and at a very reasonable price indeed. Cannot recommend enough.

Instalaciones: No hay zapatillas, ni cepillo de dientes, y solo una taza en el lavabo. Sin embargo, proporcionan cuatro botellas de agua al día, lo cual es un detalle muy considerado. El baño es un poco pequeño y las toallas se cambian cada dos días. Limpieza: Había mosquitos en la habitación cerca de la entrada, pero nos proporcionaron espirales antimosquitos. Entorno: Está situado junto a las estaciones de tren y autobús, a 5 minutos a pie con el equipaje. Es una pensión típica. El centro de Catania parece bastante descuidado, pero en realidad hay muchos bares y restaurantes agradables cerca, y sorprendentemente, todos eran muy buenos. Desayunamos en una cafetería en la intersección durante tres días, y no fue caro. Servicio: Incluso puedes comunicarte por WeChat, aunque no siempre responden con rapidez, pero se nota su amabilidad. No es una recepción 24 horas; para el check-in y el check-out se requiere aviso previo. También preguntan sobre tu experiencia en el alojamiento.

Set in a historic building in the centre of Catania, this B&B stands out for its traditional style and the quality of its service. Despite the lively atmosphere of the neighbourhood, the rooms are quiet, full of light and – hey! – the ceilings are frescoed! The owner is always available via WhatsApp: he brings breakfast to your room at the agreed time and was very helpful in letting us leave our luggage in storage early in the morning and check-in, even though the room wasn’t ready yet, so to let us enjoy the city.

Staff are very friendly, food is good. Breakfast had plenty options. The highlight was the rooftop bar especially at night. The downside was no bottled water in rooms, we had to pay for any water.

L'albergo è in una posizione buona, di fronte al mare ma non troppo lontana dal centro, il parcheggio a soli 10 euro è molto comodo, per ciò che è concerne alla colazione sia il dolce che salato vanno bene sia per varietà che per gusto inoltre cosa non banale la sala è molto ariosa con accanto la piscina (che è attiva dalle 9:30 del mattino). Sia lo staff dell'hotel che del ristorante sono stati disponibili, spiace che il ristorante al quarto piano non sia aperto e questa comunicazione non l'ho letta, ma senza dubbio è una mia mancanza. La camera comunque è di giuste dimensioni ed ha un balcone sul mare quindi ottimo, il letto mi è sembrato abbastanza comodo. Credo che il rapporto qualità prezzo dell'albergo possa starci, ce qualche nota negativa, confermo che il condizionatore fa un po' di rumore, magari per qualcuno può risultare ”invasivo”, nella nostra camera il pulsante dello scarico era ”poco funzionante” dovevi girare il tasto e poi premerlo per tirare l'acqua. Grazie comunque a tutti per l'ottima ospitalità e la tanto cordialità riservataci.

Hotel bardzo czysty. Obsługa super. Śniadania niestety pozostawiaja wiele do życzenia. Ale grafitykacja jest super kawa.

Vengo spesso in questo hotel: la struttura è abbastanza nuova e la maggior parte delle camere è accogliente. Questa volta ho prenotato una tripla, nonostante fossimo in coppia (non c’erano doppie libere). Non è stato un problema, anzi… la stanza era più grande, con un letto singolo aggiuntivo che non guasta mai. Ho apprezzato molto anche il bagno nuovo e pulito. Unico neo: la finestra, meravigliosamente grande, ma non oscurabile. Quindi, indipendentemente dall’orario, entrando in camera ci si sente un po’ abbagliati dal sole 😄. Ho fatto una richiesta specifica che questa volta non è stata soddisfatta subito, ma mi è bastato chiedere per vederla prontamente esaudita. Anche la colazione si fa sempre rispettare, anche se l’ultimo giorno siamo arrivati un po’ più tardi (credo verso le 8:30-9:00) e la frutta era già finita, a causa di uno stormo di comitive spagnole che, in effetti, avevano già “saccheggiato” anche il giorno precedete. Diciamo che per me il rapporto qualità prezzo è giusto, non una cosa da poco in questi anni. Grazie sempre allo staff, alla prossima!
