DDoreen TeuchertHe estado en este hotel Hilton varias veces. La ubicación es grande, con mucho estacionamiento alrededor si quieres evitar las tarifas de estacionamiento del hotel. Las habitaciones son básicas pero muy cómodas. Siempre solicito una habitación de patio, ya que esto es más tranquilo. El desayuno es un producto orgánico, no muy extravagante, pero lo suficiente como para no estar cansado de comer el mismo desayuno cada día. Encuentro a los receptores un poco repentino, especialmente cuando se ingresa y parece muy aleatorio que recibe una cookie al ingresar.

LLambert_I stayed at the nhow Hotel Berlin with friends for 6 nights around New Year's. While there were some positive aspects, overall, the experience felt quite inconsistent for a 4-star hotel. The positives: - The room was clean, and the beds were comfortable. - Soundproofing between the rooms was good. - The staff was very friendly and welcoming. However, there were numerous issues that detracted from the experience: - Reservation Mix-Up: I had specifically requested two single beds instead of a double bed, but this was not reflected in the room assignment upon arrival. - Missing Amenities: Basic items in a hotel like bathrobes and slippers were missing from the room, and we were told to order them via room service. Unfortunately, the app didn’t work, and no one at the reception answered the phone despite multiple attempts on different days. - Light and Noise Issues: While the rooms were soundproofed well from other rooms, we could hear everything happening in the hallway. Additionally, there was a gap under the door, letting light from the corridor into the room at night, which made it impossible to have complete darkness. - Wellness Area: The wellness area was underwhelming. There was no jacuzzi, only a sauna and a hammam, and the hammam was out of service. The gym locker room lights stopped working after a certain time, and towels were unavailable later in the day. - Misleading Information: A brochure in the room mentioned that phone chargers were available via room service. However, we were told at the reception that these were no longer provided for free and had to be purchased for €20. While the hotel wasn’t bad overall, these recurring small issues added up and left us feeling that the service didn’t meet the expectations for a 4-star establishment. It’s a shame because we did enjoy our stay to some extent, but the lack of attention to detail was disappointing. If I return to Berlin, I won’t rule out staying here again, but I’ll definitely check other options first.

AAmarFromUKLocation Walk 7 minutes in one direction and you are at Checkpoint Charlie. Walk 10 mins in the other direction and you are at the Mall of Berlin. Walk 20 mins in another direction and you are in the Museum area of Berlin. Loads of restaurants, supermarkets and stores right next door to the apartment. Wonderful location. Can walk everywhere, plus the subway station is right outside. Room Large. Clean. It's a studio apartment, so in one room you will have your bed, sofa, coffee table, desk, wardrobe and TV. Then in another room you will have your kitchen and another room is your bathroom. Bedroom Bed is comfortable, but for some reason, despite having a 1 double bed, the duvets supplied were for 2 single beds, rather than one big bed. Plug sockets near the beds are useful, but they are not VERY near, but close enough. The room is large and clean. The TV is small and because of the size of the room, it's almost hard to see. Yes it's on a wheeled table so you can bring it closer to the bed, but the power cord limits the range of movement. It is a Smart TV though so you can cast your android phone to it. Not iOS There is a balcony area with tables and chairs which is nice. The AC is wall mounted as if it was a TV. It did cool the room which is surprising as the room is big. Bathroom Super clean. Towels and such changed daily. It's a bathtub with a shower combined. And now I am going to be SUPER picky when I say this......do NOT let this impact your decision to stay here or not, but the water pressure is good but not great. But that may be because I like to feel like the water is really shooting at my skin. Also, the shower head holder kept sliding down. Annoying, ever so slightly, but not a deal breaker Kitchen So useful. It's a large kitchen with a fridge plus freezer. Induction hob with 2 rings. Sink, dishwasher. Plates, bowls, cups, tea saucers and cups, cutlery, cooking pots, frying pans, utensils for them, cutlery for eating, kitchen knives, tea towels, sieves... all great and all provided. There was one review that said it only offered 1 plate set.... we had several and it was very very useful. Laundry The apartment has a laundry room. 3 washing machines, 3 drying units, an ironing board and good steam iron. Even the powder is provided and having a laundry room was super useful. It's on -1 floor of the West side of the building. Breakfast The breakfast room, on the 8th floor does have an amazing view, and the room is lovely - everything is white with stone-coloured chairs, super clean... as if designed by Apple It's a half-buffet style, cereal, pastry, cheese, and cured meats are all help yourself. Eggs, tea and coffee are on request. I didn't like this. The staff are wonderful and very polite and well trained, but, for me, I prefer less interaction and would have preferred a full buffet-style where I can help myself to whatever I wanted without having to ask. Gym and Sauna Also on the 8th floor. The gym has wonderful views, there is a seated bike, treadmill, rowing machine, weight bench and some dumbbells. Max weight was 10kg for the dumbbells so really its more of a cardio room. Service. We arrived around 11pm, but reception is not open. You have to scan a QR code, fill in all your details, upload a photo of your passport.... then wait after it successfully registers you you can open the doors. Or you can pop into the security office where the guy will hand you a key. Much easier, but you are not explicitly told. But, the service is good here. Everyone is very polite, very helpful, all speak English. Cannot fault them at all. Just wish the reception was 24 hours The location is great, the room is large and clean, the laundry room is useful and the gym and breakfast room have great views. It is expensive which is the only hesitant thing about returning here, but it is comparable in price to other similar hotels but here you get a much larger room with a kitchen. Great stay!

TTan Leong TeikLa ubicación y el aspecto físico del hotel eran buenos. Sin embargo, el servicio, especialmente del encargado de noche, era HORRIBLE. Reservamos 3 habitaciones dobles. Tenga en cuenta que el precio es diferente entre las habitaciones dobles y las dobles. Llegamos tarde por la noche debido a retrasos en el vuelo y estábamos muy cansados. Durante el check-in nos dijeron que no había más habitaciones dobles porque el hotel estaba lleno. ¿Qué sentido tiene pagar más por habitaciones dobles si el hotel no las reserva para nosotros? Cuando pedimos que se añadiera una cama adicional, nos dijeron que no había suficiente espacio para ella. Esto no es cierto, ya que ya habíamos estado en las habitaciones y eran grandes y con mucho espacio. Después de mucho regateo y después de que el encargado de noche hiciera un espectáculo entrando en la oficina del hotel durante unos minutos, volvió para decirnos que podía cambiar una de las habitaciones y poner una cama adicional. Seguíamos sin estar satisfechos, así que insistimos en que el hotel podía hacer algo para rectificar el problema. Después de otra ronda de montaje, el encargado de noche volvió y dijo que ahora podía añadir una cama extra a otra habitación y que también nos daría un descuento del 50% para 2 de las habitaciones. Además, dijo que podíamos llevarnos las 2 botellas de agua mineral (que son de pago) gratis. Los frigoríficos de las habitaciones tienen sensores para detectar si se han llevado las bebidas. Al día siguiente, nos pusimos en contacto con la recepción para asegurarnos de que no nos cobrarían. La chica que nos atendió lo comprobó y nos dijo que había una nota que decía que no nos cobrarían. Cuando recibí el extracto de mi tarjeta de crédito, encontré un cargo por las 2 botellas de agua mineral. 16 euros. Ridículo. A lo largo de esta dura experiencia, debo decir que la actitud y los modales del encargado de noche fueron realmente malos. Por ejemplo, no recuerdo haberlo visto sonreír en absoluto, ni siquiera cuando vino a hablarnos por primera vez sobre las habitaciones. Esto estropeó nuestras vacaciones. Hilton es una marca de hoteles de alta categoría, pero el servicio nos deja un sabor de boca muy amargo.

UUsuario anónimoLa ubicación estaba bien y la habitación también, pero hay dos hoteles en Berlín con el mismo nombre pero direcciones diferentes, lo que facilita la confusión. Mi compañero se confundió y acabó en el otro hotel. Se lo comuniqué al hotel y me dijeron que mucha gente se había quejado, pero que no les importaba, culpando a los huéspedes de no comprobar bien la dirección. Esta actitud es problemática. Aunque las direcciones permiten distinguir dos hoteles, los nombres no deberían dar lugar a malentendidos. Sabiendo que ya estaban causando una gran confusión, siguieron alimentándola. No volveré a alojarme allí.

Das Frühstück ist mega klasse, abends legt im Innenhof ein DJ auf und der Service und Aufmerksamkeit der Mitarbeiter ist sehr gut. Das Stue ist uneingeschränkt empfehlenswert und wir kommen gerne wieder beim nächsten Berlin-Aufenthalt.

UUsuario invitadoUn albergue con un diseño que pretende ser de estilo neo-estilo, algo que, en principio, queda claro por su nombre. No hay baños privados en las habitaciones, todas están en el mismo piso con varios baños/duchas por piso. También hay varias cocinas. Los baños, al menos el de hombres, son un desastre, siempre falta papel higiénico y se dejan botellas de cerveza tiradas. Un polaco entró al baño delante de mí, se dio cuenta de que no había papel higiénico, maldijo ”kurwa”, cerró la puerta de golpe y se fue. Fue divertido. Aunque esto no es una pregunta para el personal, que sinceramente intenta supervisar y limpiar todo, sino para los huéspedes. El diseño de las habitaciones recuerda a un campo de pioneros soviético, paredes desnudas, camas y televisor, una ventana, aunque con cortinas opacas. Las habitaciones están más o menos limpias, pero se proporciona limpieza por un suplemento. Por lo general todo lo que allí se ofrece requiere un pago adicional o un depósito. Si quieres una toalla, deja 20 euros; Si quieres cocinar, aquí tienes un juego de ollas, detergentes y un sacacorchos; Déjame 50 euros. Es la primera vez que veo cocinas que no tienen tazas, tenedores o sartenes. Esto para mí es una tontería. Pero hay una máquina expendedora de dulces y café de pago por 2 euros. No hay dispensadores de agua ni teteras para hervir agua; como truco puedes llenar el inodoro con agua, calentarla en el microondas en un vaso de papel de una máquina de café y preparar allí té con una bolsita traída extraoficialmente del desayuno. El personal no es muy amable entre sí, la chica, cuando tomó un depósito de 20 euros y dio una toalla, prometió cambiarla todos los días, la recepcionista se negó, pidiendo 5 euros por un cambio de toalla. Pero intentan ser educados mientras lo hacen. La recepción no está abierta las 24 horas, hasta las 21.00 horas, pero es posible entrar después de esa hora. El acceso al territorio del albergue y a las habitaciones se realiza mediante tarjeta llave. La comida en la cantina también se vende con fichas, por cierto, es la primera vez que veo esto ;) El desayuno es muy modesto, muy básico y siempre lo mismo, 2 tipos de yogur, ensalada de frutas, huevos cocidos, varios tipos de jamón/salchichas en lonchas y 2 tipos simples de queso, bollos básicos baratos, pepinos/tomates, café de caldera. La ubicación está apartada, pero hay una parada de tranvía cerca. Se tarda bastante en llegar al centro, más de una hora en transporte público. Aunque el barrio de Köpenick es en general muy histórico, siempre ha sido una zona de clase trabajadora. Ahora hay allí muchos ucranianos y polacos. Desde el punto de vista natural, el lugar es hermoso, la confluencia de dos ríos y vegetación por todos lados. Hay un salón cerca del albergue, por lo que los residentes no tienen reparos en pasar el rato, beber cerveza, fumar ********* y escuchar música a todo volumen justo debajo de las ventanas. En general, como en aquel chiste: ”-¿Qué son los sentimientos encontrados? -¡Es cuando tu suegra se ahoga en tu coche!”
