My time here was really enjoyable. I was made to feel welcome from when I first walked through the door. The staff are extremely friendly, polite and helpful. I would also highly recommend the food, they have a wide variety of different choice from the menu. I tried many different things over my week stay and was all extremely tasty. Would recommend anyone to use the hotel for business or pleasure.

This venue/hotel has a lot of work to do. I booked a two-night stay for a business conference. To be fair, the conference, reception, and bar staff were lovely, helpful and friendly The room itself was basic. Only found the kettle when packing to leave as it was packed away in a drawer! No water was available in the room, so I had to go back to the bar to get a glass of water. There was a constant smell that I originally thought was coming from the bathroom but wasn't. It was musty and damp which kept catching the back of my throat and making me gag. The room wasn't cleaned, or the bed made during my stay - due to a shortage of staff - a note was pushed under the door. It is what you expect from Raddison! You can tell it is due to have a refit. The pricing should reflect that. I did say to the reception staff I should have stayed across the road at the Premier Inn.

I recently had the pleasure of staying at the Holiday Inn Express Wigan and was thoroughly impressed with my experience. From the moment I arrived, I was greeted with warm and friendly service from the staff. The room itself was clean, comfortable, and well-appointed with all the amenities I needed for a pleasant stay. The bed was comfortable, the shower was hot, and the Wi-Fi was fast and reliable. The hotel also offers a complimentary breakfast each morning, which was a great way to start the day. The selection of food was impressive, with a variety of hot and cold options to choose from. The location of the hotel is also excellent, with easy access to the town center and nearby attractions. Plus, the ample on-site parking made it easy to come and go as I pleased. Me quedé aquí el año pasado y le di 5 estrellas hemos dejado una estrella por dos razones Si quieres una bebida caliente del bar no puedes poner la carga en la habitación y tienes que pagar por separado en la máquina esto es muy complicado y lento si estás cansado y yo requerido ayuda de dos miembros de personal útiles También nuestra habitación en el primer piso fue muy ruidoso podíamos oír todo a la puerta de la puerta continuamente Pero esto sigue siendo un excelente ejemplo de la marca y todo el personal son brillantes
