- Gym Attendant Arnold went ABOVE AND BEYOND! Not only was he super friendly, but he personally escorted my mom to the changing room and ensured she felt comfortable. The entire gym crew & safeguard team showed incredible patience and care toward her – it meant the world to us!

We did hit one small snag: we ordered room service and discovered mould in a yogurt. We simply informed the team to prevent other guests from experiencing the same. Their response? IMPRESSIVE. They immediately apologized, checked their entire stock, assured us of food safety protocols, and waived our entire room service bill as a gesture of goodwill. No excuses – just accountability and action!

At checkout, **Front Office Manager Man personally apologized for the yogurt incident – a classy touch that showed real ownership. It wasn’t just about fixing a mistake; it was about valuing us as guests.

UUsuario invitadoMy husband and I had a wonderful stay at the Morpheus. The hotel is visually stunning, both inside and outside. The staff were very friendly and helpful - they made our stay feel extra special because it was my husband's birthday and our (belated) wedding anniversary as well. I actually made a note about my husband's birthday on my hotel booking (via Trip.com) 2 months prior, I was thinking I'll just make the note and maybe the hotel can do something about it closer to the time, or not at all... So I was surprised that the hotel directly responded to that note within a couple of hours of my booking.
When we checked in, they presented us with a glass of warm tea for each of us. Then they gave us a key card with our names and 'Happy Anniversary' printed on it, and another key card with 'Happy Birthday (husband's name)' - which we could keep after check out. We were escorted to our room by Samuel who kindly showed us how to operate all the tech in our room and what was chargeable and complimentary in the minibar. They decorated our room with birthday balloons, a bouquet of fresh flowers, fresh fruit and a bottle of wine. There was also a handwritten card from the hotel manager (Donna Lee). Room service staff came shortly after with a complimentary birthday cake. House Keeping staff also came in the early evening for turndown service and gifted us with 2 small bottles of room fragrance.
In the evening we had a nice light snack and drinks at the hotel restaurant/bar L'Attitude. And then in the morning we ordered breakfast in our room and the kind Room service staff had set up our table for us in fine dining restaurant style within minutes.
Our only negative comment is that the gym doesn't open until 10am, which is pretty late for a hotel gym especially when the hotel check out time is 11am. But the staff were still able to let my husband in to use the gym earlier, it's just unfortunate that the sauna and steam room wasn't operating yet at that hour so he couldn't enjoy the full facilities.
We have stayed at many 5 star hotels around the world and I have probably only ever written a few online reviews. But I was compelled to leave a review for the Morpheus because it was truly impressive in many aspects and I highly recommend it. In hindsight, everything that I have mentioned should be expected from a 5 star hotel, but it's the hotel staff that pays attention to the small details and exceeds your expectations that sets them above and apart from the other hotels. We will no doubt stay there again in the future and we will be looking forward to it =)

UUsuario invitadoIt was such a pleasant stay at the Okura hotel. We were there to celebrate birthday for 2 family members. The hotel decorated the room and offered a yummy birthday cake and stuffed bears wearing kimono. The kids were so happy. They also accommodated our request to arrange a room close to elevator (literately next to it) to my father-in-law who has reduced mobility. Thomas was supper helpful and nice. There is no in-dining breakfast as the restaurant is under renovation. Would like to come back when it is re-opened.

JJosephine HKI am happy they offered varieties of pillows, I choose the buckwheat which I had two quality nights of sleeping. The daily fruit was fresh, if they provide better coffee that will be perfect.
The view facing the bridge and Macau peninsula was always nice.

Maybe my expectation is a bit high after staying with Andaz, which provided an excellent and all-rounded experience. For example, we have made an earlier request for late check out when doing the check in, but get rejected by the check-in staff. They didn't consider your membership status nor the birthday. Please don't expect any perks or rewards. The room was not ready when we were there. So we stored our luggage at the front desk. When we came back, the stored luggage was not directly sent to your room. You needed to reclaim your stuff at the concierge. I was a bit disappointed. The location is not prime and at the far corner of the whole district. Staying here with the gold elite status and on your birthday will not bring you anything extra, even though you have made remarks earlier. Definitely, not the first pick in Macau.

El equipaje lo sube personal directamente a la habitación, aunque tardó un poco, como media hora. Al salir, puedes llamar con antelación para que vengan a recogerlo y guardarlo. Owen fue muy amable y nos explicó todo pacientemente. La única mejora necesaria es que mi amigo dijo que el edredón era un poco fino. Y yendo a la zona del Gran Canal para la cena, a menudo dábamos vueltas innecesarias. ¡Volveremos la próxima vez!

Ssk_23Hay una razón para cobrar este precio en este lugar. Afortunadamente, tengo un Macau Pass para poder tomar el autobús y no tener que esperar el autobús lanzadera. Está un poco lejos de la estación de tren ligero. No se recomienda caminar desde la estación de tren ligero si tienes mucho equipaje o niños. Hay autobuses lanzadera más frecuentes a Lisboa, pero en realidad se tarda entre ocho y diez minutos en llegar andando.
Servicio de recepción: Bueno, llegué alrededor de las 3:30, así que no hubo necesidad de hacer cola y rápidamente recogí la tarjeta de mi habitación, sin necesidad de depósito. ¡También obtuve un cupón especial del Wynn Palace, para que puedas tomar el teleférico exprés sin hacer cola! ¡Impresionante! 👍

El desayuno también puede ser refrescante, la papilla de cerdo desmenuzada con maíz está muy rica, recomendable.
Transporte conveniente, hay una parada de autobús enfrente.
La ubicación es muy buena, muy cerca del Grand Lisboa y no lejos de atracciones turísticas como las Ruinas de San Pablo. Está convenientemente ubicado cerca de la bulliciosa zona urbana.
El personal de recepción habla mandarín y es muy agradable.

El agua está bastante caliente, pero no hay sauna. El gorro de baño cuesta 50 $ y está prohibido nadar sin él. La cama y el colchón son amplios y cómodos. El depósito reembolsable es de 1000 $ y lo recuperamos 5 minutos después de la salida sin problemas.
