UUsuario invitadoMy husband and I had a wonderful stay at the Morpheus. The hotel is visually stunning, both inside and outside. The staff were very friendly and helpful - they made our stay feel extra special because it was my husband's birthday and our (belated) wedding anniversary as well. I actually made a note about my husband's birthday on my hotel booking (via Trip.com) 2 months prior, I was thinking I'll just make the note and maybe the hotel can do something about it closer to the time, or not at all... So I was surprised that the hotel directly responded to that note within a couple of hours of my booking.
When we checked in, they presented us with a glass of warm tea for each of us. Then they gave us a key card with our names and 'Happy Anniversary' printed on it, and another key card with 'Happy Birthday (husband's name)' - which we could keep after check out. We were escorted to our room by Samuel who kindly showed us how to operate all the tech in our room and what was chargeable and complimentary in the minibar. They decorated our room with birthday balloons, a bouquet of fresh flowers, fresh fruit and a bottle of wine. There was also a handwritten card from the hotel manager (Donna Lee). Room service staff came shortly after with a complimentary birthday cake. House Keeping staff also came in the early evening for turndown service and gifted us with 2 small bottles of room fragrance.
In the evening we had a nice light snack and drinks at the hotel restaurant/bar L'Attitude. And then in the morning we ordered breakfast in our room and the kind Room service staff had set up our table for us in fine dining restaurant style within minutes.
Our only negative comment is that the gym doesn't open until 10am, which is pretty late for a hotel gym especially when the hotel check out time is 11am. But the staff were still able to let my husband in to use the gym earlier, it's just unfortunate that the sauna and steam room wasn't operating yet at that hour so he couldn't enjoy the full facilities.
We have stayed at many 5 star hotels around the world and I have probably only ever written a few online reviews. But I was compelled to leave a review for the Morpheus because it was truly impressive in many aspects and I highly recommend it. In hindsight, everything that I have mentioned should be expected from a 5 star hotel, but it's the hotel staff that pays attention to the small details and exceeds your expectations that sets them above and apart from the other hotels. We will no doubt stay there again in the future and we will be looking forward to it =)

HHing keungIt has been over 5 years not stay in this hotel. This time made me not much excited. Regards the room service, there are only 2 bottles of water provided and it's much behind others. the saunna room still keeps same and it's the only point I forcast. Unfortunately, there still no wet towel provided, no slipper provided, the good thing is not much people use the room. the view is nice and this is the selling point.
I might not stay again unless the room rate is attractively.

Rrachelthan125Disfrutamos mucho de nuestra estancia. El servicio de transporte gratuito al aeropuerto y al autobús a la frontera de Zhuhai Hengqin hizo que viajar fuera extremadamente cómodo. El hotel también fue muy atento; nos consiguieron habitaciones comunicadas e incluso nos prepararon una tarta de cumpleaños de cortesía, un detalle encantador. Dado que hay varios hoteles dentro del hotel The Londoner, asegúrese de dirigirse al mostrador de facturación correcto. Una mención especial a un miembro del personal de recepción que amablemente se ofreció a llamarnos un taxi; se lo agradecimos mucho.

Como inconveniente, la nevera estaba completamente vacía. Habría sido agradable que el hotel ofreciera algunos refrescos, bebidas de frutas o incluso algún aperitivo local de Macao de cortesía para completar la experiencia.
La ubicación es excelente; todo está conectado dentro del complejo, lo que facilita mucho los desplazamientos. Lo mejor de todo es que la famosa panadería Lord Stow's (hogar de las icónicas tartas de huevo portuguesas) se encuentra justo abajo.
En resumen, una estancia lujosa y cómoda con un servicio e instalaciones excelentes. Muy recomendable para una escapada familiar.

RRenz AngeloRoom was great and the decoration is superb. My wife and I really enjoyed the room. Big thanks to housekeeping for very good service and granting all of my request. However I felt a bit annoying when I arrived at the lobby during my check in process. I work for night shift and after work I had to prepare everything to surprise my wife for our anniversary. My struggles and sleepless night is unexplainable. When I came to lobby there’s a long queue for check in then when it’s my turn the receptionist didn’t want to continue my check in process since I don’t bring my passport with me, I only have my bluecard and a picture of my passport. Still he didn’t want to accept. I hope he could’ve make atleast consideration. Imagine that I would have to go back again and again and again. I felt so exhausted, tired and annoyed. Hopefully you can do better next time. But also thanks to the Filipino guy in the reception for showing empathy and kind gesture. If you were not there at that time i dont know what to feel. You make my anger a little less..

Jajaja, esto es un servicio extra que ellos ofrecen, así que es normal que no lo hagan. Se podría decir que fue una estancia decente, nada del otro mundo. Me he alojado aquí varias veces y esta vez también me pareció bien. La mayoría de los hoteles en Macao son bastante cómodos. De los hoteles en la misma categoría de precio en los alrededores, esta vez simplemente miramos cuál ofrecía el mejor descuento y nos quedamos en ese.

Ssk_23Hay una razón para cobrar este precio en este lugar. Afortunadamente, tengo un Macau Pass para poder tomar el autobús y no tener que esperar el autobús lanzadera. Está un poco lejos de la estación de tren ligero. No se recomienda caminar desde la estación de tren ligero si tienes mucho equipaje o niños. Hay autobuses lanzadera más frecuentes a Lisboa, pero en realidad se tarda entre ocho y diez minutos en llegar andando.

MMs HungEl hardware del hotel es antiguo, pero los materiales utilizados cuando se construyó eran sólidos y todavía se siente como un hotel resort de lujo cuando entras al lobby. La habitación es lo suficientemente grande y la vista despejada al mar es refrescante❤️
El personal del hotel está bien formado y es digno de un hotel de cinco estrellas.
Lorie, en particular, siguió presentando las habitaciones y las instalaciones del hotel con una sonrisa. También recomendó a los invitados un desayuno con una relación calidad-precio muy alta. UUsuario invitadoLa tienda está siendo renovada y la habitación olía a agua de Tenna al principio. El hotel mejoró decisivamente mi habitación. La nueva habitación es súper grande y súper limpia. En comparación con otros hoteles nuevos, estoy muy satisfecho. Se ve que la decoración es buena. Un poco antigua, ¡pero aceptable! El metro es muy bueno. Se tarda unos 10 minutos en llegar andando al Sun Life o al Lisboa Hotel.
