Hoteles en Ko Samet con balcón

The Samed Resorts group offers the guests a free boat shuttle service to Samed Island (even free car parking), which I find very convenient. The staff helped us loading the baggage to the boat and from the boat to the hotel. Ban Ploy sea is located right next to the pier with a few minutes walk. The check-in went smoothly. The staff was so helpful and friendly. He even offered me an upgrade room with the sea front view for 2 nights. The room was clean and comfy. At the back of the resort is a log house cafe, offering tasty cakes and fancy drinks. I feel really relaxed lying on a private beach. In the evening we were so lazy to go out, just had dinner at the hotel‘s restaurant every night. It was not cheap but everything was delicious. Overall, we are very satisfied. Highly recommended!

Hermosa ubicación. Personal agradable. La comida estaba bien, pero nada especial. Definitivamente regresaría. Vale la pena, excepto que tenga en cuenta el horario del barco hacia la isla. Llamamos al hotel dos veces antes de ir y acordamos con el personal que llegaríamos al muelle de Ban Phe después de las 5 de la tarde, pero cuando llegamos allí nos dijeron que era demasiado tarde para un barco y que tendríamos que organizar otro transporte. ¿Por qué exactamente llamamos para arreglarlo, y por qué diablos aceptarías y luego básicamente nos arruinarías en el último minuto? No es un buen comienzo.

Un hotel pequeño y agradable cerca del muelle y la playa. Las habitaciones están limpias; ofrecen dos botellas de agua y dos paquetes de café, leche en polvo y azúcar a diario, pero por alguna razón, no hay té. Aunque me habría gustado, ya que no tomo café. La habitación también tiene ventilador, pero es bastante ruidoso, al igual que el aire acondicionado básico. Wifi gratis. Nos alojamos dos noches y no limpiaron la habitación. Por lo demás, todo estuvo bien.

El Silversand fue la estancia perfecta en Koh Samet. Nuestro jardín estaba limpio y espacioso. Toallas se ofrecen todos los días sin preguntar. Me disfruté realmente del desayuno, era delicioso con la mejor vista a la playa. Mi única falta era el espuma de agua en el duche no era el mejor, pero no se llevó de nuestra experiencia.

If you’re looking for a place of relaxing, hearing the whispering of waves, focus in yourself, here is the place! Recommended! 🌟 I had a beautiful time here since my first step in till the day of step out. 🥰 welcoming with the white tea aroma had already impressed me. My room is a bit small for two but trust me! You don’t wanna stay in the room all day while the beautiful nature is calling outside. Apart from wonderful view right in front of my room, you can have your own moment of sunrise every morning, cozy and nice relaxing a whole day long, walking to see the sunset is less than 10mins. There is great service and the room keeps cleaning which they have never disturbed your staying. They serve nice breakfast here both international buffet and Thai style. This place might be far away from other happening restaurants in the busy beaches but their dishes are acceptable, Thai dishes are good taste, fresh pizza served right from the oven while drinks, cocktails 🍹are good here! Some missing in the menu but I think they hear it. 😉

A nice hotel with very helpful staff. Choosing a seaside room on Trip was not clear, we ended up with a room further off the beach than I prefer. Staff moved us to a preferred room, without hassle. The breakfast is suitable for farang if you cannot do spicy. The beach is very clean, as is the water and with a morning tide you can see fish and crabs moving about. The resort is next to a roped off swim area shared by several hotels. A close-by dock serves those who want go on a snorkle trip but I dont know where to sign up for this. You will need a taxi or rent motorcy to get to town but there are two small stores about 5 minute walk if you need snacks, water, etc. There is no ATM nearby and only one on the whole island so have plenty of baht since many places on the island do not accept credit card. Our only issue was that the pool's PH level was way off and caused a bit of irritation for the boys and I could not, at all, open my eyes underwater. Hopefully this is a one-off event. Otherwise, the staff was exceptional, helped us rent 2 motorcy and had them delivered. The room was cleaned each day, bed was not too hard, and AC worked great. You get a fridge, water, and coffee in room.

El hotel tiene un Elephant Café cerca del muelle, que puede organizar lanchas rápidas y estacionamiento por 500 baht por persona. Después de llegar al muelle, alguien lo ayudará a llevar su equipaje al hotel. El hotel está a 10 minutos de la playa. Habrá espectáculos de música y fuegos artificiales por la noche, y el desayuno del hotel también es excelente. Aunque el hotel tiene grupos de edades superiores e inferiores, todas las instalaciones se consideran aceptables.

Ya me había alojado antes en Flamingo Villa (en la habitación con vistas al jardín), pero esta vez decidí quedarme en la habitación tipo loft, que al parecer se llama Habitación Familiar. Flamingo Villa es un poco peculiar, ya que el ”hotel” son básicamente tres habitaciones dentro del hotel Samed Your House. Nuestros vecinos incluso llamaron a nuestra puerta para intentar registrarse. Para registrarse, hay que llamar al número de teléfono de Flamingo Villa, ya que alguien saldrá a recibirte. En resumen: Flamingo Villa es genial, ¡pero prepárate para matar un montón de mosquitos! Los dueños hacen un buen trabajo encendiendo incienso para intentar ahuyentarlos, pero hay fuentes por la zona y los mosquitos son un verdadero problema. Diría que maté al menos 10 en nuestra habitación, así que es importantísimo asegurarse de cerrar las puertas correderas cada vez que entres y salgas. La Habitación Familiar era fantástica. La planta baja es básicamente una sala de estar con un sofá cama grande y una televisión grande con altavoces excelentes. El baño está separado de la ducha. Las escaleras que llevan al altillo son bastante empinadas, pero una vez arriba, el lugar es realmente agradable. Hay dos camas matrimoniales en el altillo, y la pared de cristal y la puerta corrediza separan el dormitorio de la sala principal, lo cual es genial porque el dormitorio tiene su propio aire acondicionado y el cristal evita la entrada de mosquitos. Las camas eran cómodas, pero ten cuidado porque el techo es muy bajo. La vista desde el altillo es muy tranquila, y es evidente que los dueños dedicaron mucho tiempo a decorar el lugar (el árbol de Navidad todavía estaba puesto cuando estuvimos allí). El hotel está a 5 minutos a pie de la playa de Sai Kaew, y el muelle del ferry está a solo 10 minutos a pie; aunque también puedes tomar un minibús si lo prefieres. El hotel está cerca de restaurantes y tiendas, y hay dos 7-Eleven cerca de la playa. La última vez que estuvimos en Koh Samed alquilamos una moto, pero la playa de Sai Kaew parece ser la más bonita de la isla, así que simplemente nos quedamos allí. Me encanta Flamingo Villa y estoy segura de que volveré a alojarme allí en el futuro.

Si te toca un bungalow lejos de la playa, no te da la sensación de que estás cerca. Es un buen paseo. Muy básico, pero tiene un supermercado, que es muy útil. 

Saikaew Villa 65 is less than a 5 minute walk from the songthiaw drop off to get to the accommodation, after the 10 minute taxi ride from Ban Phe pier. We booked 3 Superior Twin rooms for family but the rooms were definitely not 'superior'. The rooms lacked any finesse, with a broken lampshade, gaps under the doors for mozzies to get in, a broken light in the bathroom and a leaking sink pipe, dodgy fridge connection and dead batteries in the aircon remote. The room itself was clean and the service for room cleaning was good, but the surrounding area around the rooms was dilapidated, with broken down storage buildings, remnants of building works and rubbish bags and cleaning equipment on display in the walkways each day. There was a definite lack of attention to detail. It was backpacker style but not with a backpacker price tag. I booked the rooms on a balcony, with a view of the courtyard garden, but there was nowhere to sit outside the room, no chairs provided, just small tables. The location is very good, a minute or so walk away from the beach. The attached restaurant, 'Joe's', was very efficiently run and the service there was excellent (thank you to the waiting staff, who were very friendly and helpful). For 60 baht for the day, a deckchair could be rented with an umbrella right on the sea front, and the restaurant staff provided towels for the deckchairs when asked. If you plan on spending little time in your rooms, and you don't mind the outside appearance of the accommodation, then Sai Kaew 65 is a great place to base yourself for all that Sai Kaew and Koh Samed has to offer.
