Hoteles cerca de Ao Hin Khok, Ko Samet

Situated on the quieter,  west side of Ko Samet ,Le Vinarm Cottage and Spai s a lovely hotel to unwind and enjoy peace and quiet. You are collected at Ao Prao pier and transfer via the hotel speed boat  It has a good sized pool and a very nice restaurant ; breakfast offerings are extensive and the menu for evening meals has both Thai and western dishes. All are delicious! There is access to the way aside of the island via taxi which we'd recommend rather than walking as it's about 3km over hilly terrain. This is ideal if you fancy eating at more restaurants. We had a lovely, relaxing break at Le Vinarm and would thoroughly recommend.

Me gustó mucho el hotel; todo estaba limpio y las camas eran cómodas. El desayuno fue maravilloso, todo estaba delicioso y fresco. Si cierran las mosquiteras de la casa, los mosquitos no les comerán por la noche. La playa era excelente; no tuvimos problemas para encontrar tumbonas. Volveremos a este hotel el año que viene.

Después de la reserva, los escribí sobre Trip.com, pero nunca tuve una respuesta. Cuando fuimos allí personalmente para preguntar el día antes de la entrada, la dama del front desk se retiró mi teléfono de mi mano sin preguntar, para “verificar la reserva”. En el primer piso, en el frente de una piscina, se ha llegado a una habitación amplia, con el baño dividido en tres secciones. En el cuarto de baño, la ventana no puede abrirse, y no hay ventilador. Hay una caja de seguridad, un saco de playa, dos paraguas, un refrigerador, una caldera e incluso una máquina Nespresso. No obstante, aunque hay dos tazas y dos vasos, hay sólo una cápsula de Americano y una cápsula de Espresso, y tienes que comprar el agua, bastante caro, en el bar. La cama estaba mojada, por lo que despertamos la mañana siguiente, nos sentíamos como si estuviéramos dormidos en la playa. En la habitación siguiente, la gran televisión estaba peligrosamente desapareciendo de su stand de 360°, y el balcón estaba sucio, con sólo el baño sin lugar a ducha, tienen pocos empleados y muchos gerentes, y los empleados hacen lo que pueden por muchas horas al día. Las opciones de desayuno son muy limitadas para las personas con una dieta vegetal. Las toallas de playa no siempre están disponibles en la zona de piscina. Sin embargo, la playa de arena blanca es fácilmente accesible, y hay muchas mantequillas y aves alrededor de la propiedad. Es muy romántico y natural.

Maravilloso hotel justo en la playa. El personal encantador y las habitaciones eran muy cómodas. Buena piscina. El restaurante también es muy bueno. Ubicación conveniente para el pueblo principal y otras playas.

Este lugar es una buena opción si tienes tiempo, prueba este hotel, la ubicación no está muy lejos, puedes caminar solo 1 minuto y verás el océano y puedes nadar frente a este hotel, aparte de eso, hay música en vivo, muy buena música, también la habitación está muy limpia (le pregunté al personal si este hotel solo estaba en renovación. Entonces, si tenemos tiempo, tomaremos este hotel nuevamente.

I had an amazing stay at Kira Baya on Koh Samet and would definitely recommend it overall. Ace and the rest of the staff were incredibly friendly, attentive, and always made us feel welcome throughout our stay. The rooms were exceptionally clean, very well maintained, and we felt comfortable from the moment we arrived. Both breakfast and dinner were enjoyable, with good variety and quality. We also really appreciated having access to the kayak, which added a fun touch to the experience. One thing to note, as others have mentioned, is that the beach in front of the property is quite stoney and could benefit from some cleaning. Additionally, the hotel is located at the far end of the island, so getting around requires some planning. There is a shuttle service available, but it is not included in the stay and not directly provided by the hotel, which is something other hotels tend to handle better. That said, I was able to rent a scooter for 100 THB per hour, which gave me a great opportunity to explore the island independently. Overall, despite a few minor inconveniences, this was a fantastic stay with excellent service, and I would happily return

La habitación del resort tiene todo lo necesario. La cama es cómoda y el desayuno es muy variado. Disfruté mucho del café. La piscina también está bien y es agradable para refrescarse. El personal me ayudó a subir al autobús con mi equipaje.

Bonito dúplex de dos niveles. Dos camas tamaño queen en el nivel superior, con puerta corrediza de cristal y aire acondicionado propio. Sofá cama doble grande y televisor enorme en la planta baja. Nevera y hervidor de agua. Ducha y aseo separados. Una pequeña zona de estar común justo afuera. Los propietarios se comunicaron muy bien y fueron muy serviciales. Alquilamos una moto por 300.

Nice resort on a fine beach, it's well designed with majority of the rooms facing the swimming pool The only downside may be it is not connected to the drop off point, and there isn't much choice for the breakfast

The most important thing about this place is its owner. Alex is a wonderful and friendly local islander. He truly puts his heart into what he does and does everything possible to make your stay as comfortable as it can be. Have a problem? Just talk to Alex and he’ll do his best to help. Need advice? Ask Alex! I think the main idea is clear As for the place itself, it’s calm and quiet, yet close to the central part of the island where all the main shops are located. The beach is a 3-minute walk away, another one is about 5 minutes away — everything is nearby. The hotel has its own bar and a private area, peaceful and relaxing. The main issue is mosquitoes, but that’s not really the hotel’s fault — after all, there’s nature right behind the fence, and a very unusual one at that. We even saw a giant stick insect on the property for the first time ever, lol 🙂 The bungalow has all the basic essentials: a bed, air conditioning, a toilet, a shower, and a kettle. It might be nice to have a wardrobe or some storage for clothes, but that’s just a small nitpick. If you’re not picky and don’t need five-star service, but appreciate a warm and genuine welcome, I can highly recommend this place!
