WOW!!!! maravilloso lugar, habitaciones increíbles, personal excelente!! Le recomendamos quedarse aquí. Teníamos una relajada, lujosa descanso por una semana aquí. Todo el personal del resort fue muy amable, útil, amable, divertido y atento. La habitación tenía una vista increíble y siempre estaba bien servida. Las comidas y las bebidas eran grandes con opciones para dietas restringidas. Los desayunos eran grandes con una buena selección. Las piscinas eran tan agradables para relajarse junto a la playa y grande frente para el snorkeling y el deporte del agua.

The staff are very friendly and helpful and make you feel like family. Good choice of food as there are 2 restaurants to eat from. The strung band that entertained us was amazing. The guys had voices of angels. This is a Samoan family owned business, and it was lovely that the head of the family greets everybody individually and makes you feel so welcome. The staff are amazing, nothing is a problem and they have the best cuppacino on the island. One of the baristas is the top in Samoa officially! The room was lovely in the garden view. Beach was amazing! Swept daily! Snorkel gear and kayaks are available to use. A big resort with lots of different kinds of accommodation available. As a solo traveller, I felt safe and cared for, and met some amazing staff and guests. Brilliant for families and kids of all ages. Transport to and from airport. Free parking for hire cars, I recommend this resort!

The facility was clean and modern, but the shower didn't drain fully leaving a slippery puddle away from the drain hole. Housekeeping wasn't consistent. On separate occasions the mirror was left wet, the bins unemptied, the towel unchanged and the bed not made up properly. The programmable safe didn't open once locked, and the key card had to be reprogrammed to give access to the room. Once, while resting in my room in the early afternoon, someone tried to enter my room but the latch stopped them. I quickly checked outside, thinking it might have been housekeeping, but no one was there except someone - a burly obese island man in singlet, shorts and jandals - walking quickly around the corner. I believe it was another guest who'd somehow gained access to electronic access cards, and who was raiding other guest's rooms. It was after that incident that my key card failed to work, and I had to visit reception to get it reprogrammed. The staff were generally courteous and kind, but really only going through the motions to fulfil their role. No one stood out as loving the work they do. The egg station couldn't make poached egg. That had to come from the kitchen, and they had to boil the water first and it was an inordinately long wait. In a previous visit to Samoa, at a hotel in Savai'i, the egg station had a pan with simmering water for poached eggs, and they delivered poached eggs as quickly as any other style of egg. I visited other hotels for events around Apia on this visit. I'm now open to staying at other hotels after this visit.

No puedo comenzar a expresar mi gratitud a Joán y a Pablo. El amor que han puesto en este hermoso lugar es más allá de mí! Ayuda, amable y tan acomodable! Llegamos tarde y Paul salió de su camino para llevarnos a buscar unos snacks, etc., porque no teníamos tiempo, pero él logró ayudarnos y se fue completamente de su camino para hacer esto. ¡Es increíble despertarse hasta el hermoso amarillo! Las hojas frescas y limpias. Paul es un cocinero sorprendente, cualquiera que se sienta como él la chupará y siempre se hace con tanto amor! Ellos han hecho de nuestra experiencia una hermosa, deseo que me quedé allí durante dos semanas porque tan pronto como me fui a la Tanoa, lamento estar allí. Deseo tener que decir adiós. Espero realmente volver con mi marido y bebé. Así que puedo ver a Joán y a Paul de nuevo. I would like to thank the lovely staff at the insel Furman for making my frist trip too samoa, with lovely friendly people eg. Patricia and tumama with your lovely welcome every morning and the lady's who do the house keep 4x stars too you guys room are lovely and clean eg. Elina and table.then the great service and food at the restaurant great work guys .would all so the the night guards always friendly in the morning after working all night you guys have made my frist visit to this beautiful place so much more enjoyable thank you again

The worst accommodation experience we had during our entire visit to Samoa. Please do not book with them. Prior to booking, I checked the bad reviews and spotted a few that had me in two minds. However, I proceeded to book it due to the photos, location, advertising, price and the good reviews. We had booked a 'deluxe suite'. Well we arrived at 1030pm after a late flight in, was shown to our room by one of the cuzzys of the accommodation. We walked into a 1 double bed, 1 towel, stinky as all s@@t bathroom not to mention how dirty it was. So I gave it all a quick clean, went to the toilet...the toilet moved from under me as the whole bloody seat was broken. There wasn't alot we could do, so my partner 6ft4, my son and I all shared the bed and towel the next morning. Unfortunately, I had booked our final 3 nights there, long story short we had asked for a refund...we were told they would not charge for the first night and would discount it off the other 3 nights. To their defence, they apologized for the 'mishap', however we wanted a full refund of the other 3 nights as we did not want to come back....another long story short...we have been told that there will be no refund. We are staying at another hotel, while paying for moatoga. I'm so ropeable,don't do it to yourselves. It's a dive! I wish I had taken photos!
