Pasamos 5 noches en este hotel con media pensión, error total. Comidas: El desayuno un auténtico desastre. Han puesto franjas horarias para desayunar y evitar aglomeraciones, pero todas las franjas estaban a reventar de comensales. Entiendo que tienen que cambiar el protocolo frente la Covid pero la distancia social brillaba por su ausencia. Colas de media hora para que te tuesten el pan o para coger un café. Muy mal organizado. La cena algo mejor, ya que no había tantos comensales, no obstante la variedad de platos escasa, colas interminables y lo peor, el agua cuesta 4€, un auténtico robo en mi opinión, después de haber pagado 1.600€ por las 5 noches en media pensión. Habitación: Cogimos una grande con vistas al mar, muy bonita, amplia y limpia, nos encantó. Zonas comunes: La piscina muy llena, la gente deja la toalla a las 9 de la mañana y más tarde no hay quien consiga una hamaca. El bar de la piscina está muy bien para tomar algo, pero no para comer, la comida es muy mala. La playa: Es una cala muy bonita y muy pequeña, estaba a reventar de gente, tendrás suerte si consigues poner tu toalla, pero olvídate de la distancia de seguridad. Se supone que hay una zona concedida al hotel (sin hamacas), pero está llena de gente igual, clientes y no clientes. En general una decepción, no volveremos y tampoco no recomendaremos.

Hemos pasado 4 noches fabulosas en el hotel a finales de septiembre. Han sido nuestras primeras vacaciones desde que comenzó la pandemia y no han podido ser mejores. El hotel fabuloso, la habitación preciosa, muy amplia y la cama comodísima. El baño espectacular. Las instalaciones en general preciosas, la piscina, el hall de entrada, la recepción.. La única pega es que en la piscina hay poco sol por la tarde y el agua estaba bastante fría. Respecto al personal, solo puedo decir cosas buenas, las chicas y el chico de recepción encantadores, no quiero decir nombres para no olvidarme de nadie, pero todos nos han tratado fenomenal y con nuestra hija/terremoto de 7 años se han portado fenomenal. Reservamos solo alojamiento y desayuno y el desayuno muy bien, aunque echamos en falta aceite de oliva y leche caliente (que no fuera la de en polvo de la máquina) y sobres de cacao soluble para no utilizar la máquina que era demasiado chocolate. Aunque tengo que decir que el aceite en cuanto lo solicitábamos nos daban sobres. Cenamos 2 noches en el restaurante a la carta y estaba todo riquisimo y la atención por parte de los camareros perfecta, en especial una chica que nos aconsejó con los vinos (perdón pero soy un desastre con los nombres) La localización del hotel para nosotros era ideal, ya que queríamos conocer el Algarve en general pero tampoco queríamos estar en ninguna de las ciudades más grandes. Era nuestra base para recorrer de este a oeste toda la zona con un trayecto máximo de 1,5 horas hasta el Cabo de San Vicente. Lo dicho unas vacaciones maravillosas y un hotel para volver y para recomendar.. Muchísimas gracias por todo

moderno, con una increíble vista a la playa de Salgados, impecable alojamiento e infraestructura de ocio única, un lugar para relaj**** y pasar momentos inolvidables.

En el hotel se le da la bienvenida con un vaso de champán, un hermoso toque para comenzar la vacación. Las zonas públicas son hermosas. La habitación también fue bien presentada y me disfruté de la decoración a lo largo de todo el tiempo. La piscina es muy bonita con salón de estar y un bar de piscina muy agradable, la atención se mantiene con crema solar y agua al lado. El hotel está muy bien situado, y el hotel está muy bien situado. Los únicos atrasos de este resort es la zona, Albufeira fue un poco mucho y el hotel recomendó a algunos otros restaurantes y áreas para probar, no todas las habitaciones tienen vistas al mar, así que pagaré la actualización y la playa no es grande y muy rocosa sin embargo ellos En el hotel, el hotel está situado en una zona de la ciudad, donde se encuentra el centro de la ciudad, donde se encuentra el centro de la ciudad. Adoro hoteles W y este es un buen ejemplo de uno.

Great return flight on Jet2. Flight arrived at Faro airport around 09.30 a.m. and we were directed to a coach for the hotel; with 2 other couples, we were the last passengers off the bus at our hotel at 12.20 p.m. (a journey almost 3 hours. in a taxi it takes 45 mins). When we presented ourselves at reception we were told that the rooms were not ready, and would not be available till 3.00p.m. ????This hotel has 111 rooms + 10 suites ?????? We (all three couples) were pensioners, and had been up since 04.00 that morning for our 06.45 flight from Newcastle. We were tired and I simply did not believe what the young lady on reception told us. We were not offered any refreshment. When we returned to reception at 3 p.m., I asked the same young lady if she had any rooms available. She laughed and said ”No”. I did not smile or laugh. After such callous & unkind treatment, I vowed to find as many ways I could not to put any of our money into this hotel. There are no kettles or any way of making tea/coffee in the room, which was otherwise fine. Although we made a direct request to the hotel (through the travel agent) for a disabled (walk-in) shower, the hotel was unable to accommodate our request. In the event, the shower was manageable, and the room + balcony was very pleasant. Fortunately, we had brought our own travel kettle + tea/coffee/ milk. The food (half-board) was overall good, with lots of salads & fruit; however, even a bottle of water at dinner was charged for. We paid for a taxi back to Faro airport, 40 mins cost Eu60. this enabled us to grab some breakfast (07.30 start).

We stayed here for a week commencing Saturday 06 May 2023 (2 couples). This is a really nice hotel with plenty of space, and the whole resort is spotlessly clean. We were welcomed on arrival by some very friendly staff. We arrived about 11.30am, but the rooms were not to be available until 16:00. However, if I gave my mobile number, they would call me as soon as they were ready. We went off for a drink at the Pool bar and received the call about 13:00...excellent. Our room was a Garden/Pool view room (with partial sea views). As far as I am aware, this was a standard room. The room was huge, and had ample storage space. Very comfortable king size bed. Rain shower with separate toilet with bidet. Kettle with coffee and tea (decaffeinated coffee available from reception). There is also a small fridge. The balcony has two seats and a table. Daily maid service. Towels and bed-linen changed at request. Our package was Half Board which meant that breakfast and lunch was taken in the Ocean Buffet restaurant. There was one other Restaurant available: Prima Donna Restaurant (more on this later). The food in the buffet restaurant was very good with plenty of choice and good quality (It's hard to produce excellent quality on this scale). The service staff in this restaurant were also very good and attentive. The Pool Bar, which is only open during the day, is an al-la-carte restaurant serving a good range of very good food. Good service and friendly staff. You can order as little as 1 bucket of chips, and also share meals. We found this a food way of keeping the cost of meals down at lunchtime, when we didn't require much anyway. Prima Donna restaurant: This is offered as an alternative to the Buffet in the evening. The hotel will allow you €15.00 per person against the cost of the menu. For us, this restaurant was very disappointing as there is very little by way of an Italian atmosphere. The food was OK, but not worth spending the extra on. The staff inn here were, in my view, pretty inexperienced and without the personality you might expect in an Italian restaurant. This is definitely an area where the hotel could do better. There is a small amount of entertainment which takes place three nights a week in the lobby bar. The guitarist on Monday was quite good, the female singer on Wednesday was really good, and the male singer on Thursday (I think) needed to inject a bit more feeling and life into his act. The bar service in this area was usually slow, saved only by the personality of the barmen. Special praise should go to Carlos Santos who was always attentive and with a great personality. There is an excellent beach about 10 minutes from the hotel alnog a wooden walkway. I have two complaints: The cost of the drink was on a par with what you would purchase on George Street in Edinburgh. The other is that water should be provided free of charge in a resort like this, as water is an essential part of this type of holi

Visto lo céntrico del hotel, pedí una habitación en la parte trasera y no se oía nada. Un remanso de paz. Además, en breve están aislando todas las ventanas exteriores de forma especial para aislar completamente del bullicio que se puede firmar a algunas horas en la calle, de forma puntual. El cariñoso trato de Ana fue la guinda perfecta a una estancia que, aunque corta, era especial por ser, también, mi cumpleaños. Me prepararon el desayuno incluso estando el comedor cerrado provisionalmente por mejoras. Ana me hizo sentir como en mi casa. Volveré seguro! Gracias Ana!! Desde el corazón de otro mejicano…

The hotel has perfect location for the Albufeira just on old town the beach just behind the hotel ,15mins walk to the to city center where the big supermarket cafes shopping center the room so brigth and big enough plus kettle tea and coffee,water ,the only down side is there is bars with very loud music is bite problem,I high recommend .
