This hotel is simply perfect. From the beautiful location (I didn’t know they had such a lovely beach in Abu Dhabi!), to the beautiful spacious rooms and the impeccable friendly service! We also had late dinner at Buddha Bar which was incredible. I cannot recommend staying here more highly. I can’t wait to come back with my children for a longer stay as they also have an awesome kids club that my kids will love!

Todo perfecto, habitaciones grandes y modernas Restaurantes con muy buena comida y presentada con mucho gusto. Todo el hotel está súper limpio. La atención de todo el personal es increíble. La playa es preciosa (lastima que el agua esté tan caliente)

Acabamos de pasar una semana en el hotel y han sido unas vacaciones de lujo. Empezando por el personal de la recepción siguiendo por el de la piscina, de los restaurantes, de las habitaciones y el gimnasio. Todos y cada uno de empleados son excepcionales. Especial mención para Patricia; una gran profesional y siempre dispuesta a ayudar. Una gran alegría saber que alguien español trabaja en el hotel y habla tu idioma. Nos ha encantado la opción de todo incluido ya que la calidad es estupenda. Sin duda volveremos pronto. P.Martin

Park Hyatt hotel earns 5 stars when it comes to service and luxury. The reception staff were extremely polite, presentable and proactive. They gave us a turtle toy when they say we had a toddler checking in, when we asked for late checkout it was offered without hesitation or making a big fuss about it. The pools are great but would definitely benefit from a shading system like trees or shade sails. The sun lounges were too close to each other on the pool but by the beach they were well separated. I love that the towels are present on the lounges saves time and effort to go collect from a booth. The beach itself was the highlight of my stay despite the water being hot due to summer season, I still enjoyed it alot. One recommendation to make the experience a 10 out of 10 is to make a walking track on the sand to protect our poor feet from the heat as it is a long walking distance to reach the lounges and the actual beach. The kids club needs more attention, it is tiny and messy inside. The outside area is good but too hot for summer. I would definitely repeat my visit when prices are a bit budget friendly because when it comes to customer service the staff here definitely stand out. I tried their buffet breakfast and the food, service and variety were excellent. The bakery section behind the pasta bar needs to have a wider entrance to make the access easier. Thanks for the lovely experience and stay!

La primera vez que estuve en la playa de Rotana, me encantaba la hospitalidad y las saludas. Comí en el restaurante Garden y tuve una experiencia muy agradable allí con una deliciosa comida y una hospitalidad memorable. En el hotel, no pude encontrar mi billete de camarero y el Sr. Francis me acercó, aunque estaba un poco pánico, pero me mantuvo cómodo al ofrecerme y mi novia café árabe y me explicó acerca de Beach Rotana. Fue una experiencia realmente sorprendente y definitivamente recomendaré Beach Rotana a toda mi familia y amigos ❤️

De hecho, creo que dejar el mal feedback para este hotel debido a algunas cosas, estaba esperando de este hotel, cuando vine con mi madre me sentí repentinamente como el hotel no se corresponde con las fotos en realidad de este hotel y estaba tratando de cancelar mi Reservar pero el viaje vino tenía alguna política y el tipo en la recepción era tan amable y profesional que cambia mi habitación con muy bonita habitación con balcón frente a la playa, mi madre ama esa habitación y yo cambiando de opinión. Cuando empiezamos a salir por unos días, me da cuenta de que es un hotel muy agradable, la gente es amable y muy respetable, siempre sonriendo y tratando de lo mejor, el bufete fue excelente, gracias a su chef por cocinar una comida deliciosa y nos encanta eso, ¡La habitación era muy limpia y los trabajadores eran muy amables y amables, especialmente Mohammed estaba limpiando mi habitación 514 él muy amable y tan respetuoso con los ojos brillantes!!!! ¡Mi madre ama ese lugar que nos disfrutamos mucho y la seguridad fue útil y respetuoso! Gracias chicos nos disfrutamos mucho! !!! Me encantaría volver la próxima vez tal vez 🥰 Muchas gracias! El servicio es excelente! Volver la próxima vez!

I have lived here for just under 3-years and have been in an excellent position to witness the activities of the staff over a prolonged period. With only limited and isolated exceptions, the current Rotana team is superior, whether it is front of house, the hospitality staff, or housekeeping, everyone delivers excellent service to the customers and are wonderful ambassadors for the Rotana brand. I would especially like to highlight the superior efforts of Nursida and Tracey who have looked after me so well. I just couldn't do what I do without their care and attention. Thank you
