The hotel is quite clean and nice. I booked for a night king bed room. The room is spacious and clean, quite nice. However, there is no plug point besides the bed, only have usb port where not all electrical charger is fit and cannot be used. For the toilet, the water draining system is bad, cannot drain water at all during showering. For the access card given, one cannot open the door. I went to reception and inform the issue, the receptionist checked and asked another staff to assist me to my room and help me open. We walked till my room and the card cannot open as well. The staff then told me is because of the lock has running out of battery, need another 10 minutes to go down and get physical key to open the door. He then brought the manager comes and she could open the door with her card. So eventually is the second access card problem. I not sure the problem is with the receptionist or the lock got problem. Not a pleasant experience to kee me waiting standing outside my room for them to sort the issue

Hotel muy recomendable. Tenga en cuenta que hay dos hoteles Royale Chulan: The Curve y Damansara, en el que nos alojamos. Están muy cerca uno del otro. Elegimos Damansara porque nos pareció que valía la pena y estaba a solo 4 minutos a pie de The Curve. De hecho, nos impresionó mucho este hotel tan bonito a un precio razonable. Los recepcionistas fueron muy amables. El aparcamiento es práctico y el coste por entrada era de RM4.

Para mí reservar la habitación con trip.com fue una muy buena experiencia. El problema que tuve estuvo relacionado con los servicios recibidos en el hotel. Entiendo que la fecha que seleccioné era una fecha principal (festival festivo), creo que la gerencia debería considerar esto para brindar una buena experiencia al cliente. Me di cuenta de que el limpiador de la habitación era el único que limpiaba todo el piso, por lo que mi familia y yo pudimos registrarnos finalmente alrededor de las 7 p.m. El limpiador parece cansado, la habitación está limpia, pero después de eso necesito pedir algunos artículos. No hay obsequio complementario ni nada, pero estoy muy feliz porque los hombres de la sección de conserjería fueron de gran ayuda. Se las arregló para ayudarnos con una habitación primero mientras esperaba que la segunda habitación estuviera disponible para nosotros. Espero que Hilton, al ser un hotel de cinco estrellas, mejore esto, ya que realmente impactará nuestra experiencia de estadía en Hilton.

Es sorprendente que un hotel de cinco estrellas sólo proporcionaría dos botellas de agua potable y no una máquina de café, sólo ofrecer c⁷offee instantánea, así como dos bolsas de té, cada una de té negro y verde. La piscina de lavabos en mi habitación estaba parcialmente cerrada, lo que resultó en un drenaje lento. Además, las ventanas del gran lujo están completamente selladas, por lo que es imposible obtener aire fresco. Sin embargo, debido al ruido de una familia con niños en el octavo piso y a una mejor protección sonora, necesito cambiar las habitaciones debido a un frío grave, su posterior disposición del décimo piso. Durante mi estancia, me di cuenta de una tendencia en la que la mayoría de los huéspedes extranjeros, especialmente los occidentales, fueron asignados típicamente a pisos superiores. Espero que no sea mi sensibilidad y que el hotel no discrimina por diferentes etnias, especialmente dado que pague por mi estancia!

The room is a bit dusty. There is a sofa bed in the room but it is not set up by default. If you need an extra bed, there is an additional charge of RM98. The hotel will then prepare the sofa bed and provide extra bed sheets, pillows, blanket, towels and toothbrush.The RM98 charge also includes breakfast for one person

El desayuno me sorprendió gratamente; el arroz con pollo, el nasi lemak y el roti canai estaban todos deliciosos. Sin embargo, en la zona de la piscina hacía muchísimo viento y el agua estaba heladísima; en cuanto me metí, me dio un frío que me hizo tiritar enseguida. Al hacer el check-in, nos ofrecieron palomitas y galletas que a los niños les encantaron. Se puede ir andando al centro comercial de enfrente y al parque temático i-City. En general, quedamos muy satisfechos. 😊

Our room was good (though the bed side was spotted with a used bandage on the ground and under the bed were visibly dirty and dusty when we were looking for a missing sock), otherwise the food and service at Charcoal restaurant were great! But when it came to the pool area, that was a different story. There were hardly any sunbeds, super few. When we asked where we could put our stuff, they basically shrugged. Naturally, we were pretty annoyed and very unhappy – did they seriously expect guests to just dump our belongings on the floor if there weren't even any seats or tables provided? We asked for just a chair, whatever at that point, to just leave our belongings. Still no action. We asked the manager. Waited 10-15 mins then luckily a couple stood up and left, finally some place to leave out things. When the manager showed up I told him how dissatisfied we were, and he said he'd pass it on to management. But guess what, the very next morning, we went back, and it was the exact same situation. All the sunbeds were taken, and nowhere to put our bags. Nothing changed. For a 5-star hotel, you'd think they'd sort something out when guests are left with no options. But nope, nothing was done then, no effort at all to even help find a chair. Plus, that place itself could easily fit another 15-20 sunbeds, spaciously. We didn't understand the reluctants of being stingy on providing enough seating for hotel guests.

Tuve una estadía maravillosa en el Marriott Hotel. La habitación estaba limpia, era cómoda y estaba bien equipada con todo lo que necesitaba. La cama era especialmente cómoda y dormí muy bien todas las noches. El personal fue increíblemente amable y se esforzó para que mi estadía fuera agradable. El desayuno buffet era delicioso y tenía muchas opciones. La ubicación central del hotel era perfecta para explorar la ciudad, pero mi habitación era tranquila y pacífica. En general, recomiendo encarecidamente el Marriott Hotel por su excelente servicio, comodidad y conveniencia.

We’ve stayed here few times and every time it’s not a disappointment. Love the hotel rooms, breakfast spread the amenities, shopping and the convenience of having everything under one roof. The journey from airport to hotel and vise verse wasn’t that long. Took about ~40mins with good traffic. The grab price still manageable. The breakfast was immaculate. The rooms is spacious and the stuffs are helpfull. All in all LOVING IT.

I had a pleasant stay at Bangi Resort Hotel. The front desk staff were especially friendly, welcoming, and very helpful throughout my stay, which made the check-in and overall experience smooth and enjoyable. The Heritage Room was comfortable and well-maintained. The hotel environment is generally peaceful. Overall, a positive experience, largely thanks to the excellent service from the front desk team.
