We had a glitch with checking in on arrival but after they sorted this and compensated us for the mess up i couldn't fault this hotel. The rooms are clean and comfortable. The position is perfect as are the phenomenal views. We had an ocean view so sat on our balcony every night to watch beautiful Waikiki sunsets We were provided access to the longboard room which provided a great breakfast and in the evenings drinks cheese and dips snacks and pasta the service here was fantastic Amenities are fantastic. Great gym and included yoga and plates sessions. Activities also available but we ran out of time for this I highly recommend this amazing resort

房間設施與景色可以説是夏威夷頂級的，但是酒店服務差到不可思議。前台服務人員言語傲慢無禮（不知道是不是種族歧視），入住時並未告知信用卡授權，收取400及700美金2筆授權，暫時錢還沒有追回；離店需要接駁車去villa取行李，電話了25分鐘都無人接應，後來是致電客房點餐的人員才叫來接駁車。酒店有2家餐廳，簡餐餐廳服務人員比較友善，正餐餐廳服務人員非常無禮，倒水/倒酒都需要自己來，前菜吃完了香檳都沒有上。建議**不受氣的寶寶不要去，真的會被裡麪的工作人員氣出內傷。以及，房間mini bar裏的零食是過期的。

Consider it a happy little accident. I had missed my flight home because of the Pearl Harbor Memorial Day Parade and was stuck an extra day on Oahu. I looked to see what was the cheapest hotel room available and the Ka La’i popped up which surprised me. Booked the room quick because the Honolulu Marathon was the following day and almost every hotel was sold out. I got an ocean view suite with a King bed as my room and loved it. Bathroom was amazing, bed was super comfortable and overall the suite was spacious. Although it had a kitchen it didn’t have a dedicated dining table, even a small one. Only thing in the sitting area was a glass coffee table that was long enough for my needs of just a late night pizza dinner. Staff was helpful and even as I was checking out, I casually asked if I could tour the Penthouse suite because I had always wanted to book it. The 2 front desk workers escorted me to the Penthouse and gave me a little tour. It was impressive. Definitely would stay there again soon.

Sugerir a todos que presten más atención al aire acondicionado en su habitación, especialmente el ruido de la máquina, mi aire condominio era extremadamente viejo acompañado de ruido insoportable que literalmente me despertó al apagar el auto ( modo de ahorro de energía). La vista del hotel frente al mar es muy hermosa, y la vista del campo de golf de Makai al lado también es hermosa. Desde el alféizar de la ventana del hotel se puede ver el mar, y muchas personas surfean cada mañana y cada noche. Las tarifas del servicio de aparcacoches y del complejo deben abonarse en el hotel por separado, pero tienen una buena relación calidad-precio. De hecho, el dispositivo está desactualizado, sigue siendo el cargador para iphone4, pero puedes ir al supermercado en Princeville Centre para alquilar un DVD. Sumérjase en el hotel y no quiera ir a ningún lado.

빅아일랜드 7박 중 4박을 머물렀습니다. 부분오션뷰에 사우스윙 끄트머리라서 수영장 및 하푸나비치 출입구와 다소 멀었지만 저도 그렇고 아내와 아이들이 가장 만족했던 숙소입니다. 자연 속에 있기 때문에 숙소에 초파리도 생기고 라나이나 복도, 객실 구석구석은 연식이 느껴집니다만 가히 최고라 할만한 하푸나비치 접근성과 적당히 놀만한 패밀리풀과 어덜트풀, 수준급의 피트니스룸과 샤워시설, 투숙객 무료인 LG세탁기와 건조기에 세제까지, 무엇보다 주출입구의 상징적인 뷰는 아직도 생생합니다. 바로 근처 만타 식당이 있는 리조트로 오고가는 셔틀도 있습니다. 조식은 아이들에게 경험시켜 주고 싶어 하루 이용했는데 사실 가격대비 실망스럽습니다. 피코 카페의 커피와 빵, 무스비나 핫도그 등은 아침을 간단히 해결하는데 도움이 됩니다. 아쉬움도 분명 있지만 종합적으로는 별 5개입니다. 아이들이 더 커서 빅아일랜드에 오게 되면 다시 투숙하자고 했습니다.

Loved the pools (they are huge and all connected) and the breakfast buffet is delicious. Everything is beautiful around the hotel, the ocean views and the sunsets are marvelous. The hotel is really nice and the staff is so friendly. the rooms are clean and spacious, and the hotel is really near from the Wailea shops where you can find everything (there is an ABC store there)… We loved it!.

It’s not a bad hotel. But it’s far from extraordinary and simply put: not worth the price. For USD 1300+ per night without anything I neither like roaches in the bathroom nor bird poo on me within minutes sitting in their lounge. After all I came to a hotel - not a zoo… And I dislike humid smell and limited fan-steering for the AC as well. So honestly said - I would not go again
