中規中矩的度假村酒店，設施一流的，服務沒太感覺哈，因為都是自己服務自己~泳池多，還有沙灘池，海浪大，下不去海，房間大，洗衣房配備齊全~體驗感不錯。但2月份不建議大家來，影響體驗感，天不好，風大，有雨~

The hotel is at a really convenient location across Waikiki beach with many food options around the area. Other than that, there’s nothing really special about the hotel. The service from the staff was lacking, when we had an issue with the room, they kept asking what we wanted rather than offering solutions. We had to fight for the basics. What you see in the pics is not what you get. The hotel buffet is not worth the price, I would strongly advise against it. Rooms were dirty, run down, and a very strong mold and wet smell. The wait for the front desk is always really long. Check in took about 45 times. Phone lines to reach front desk takes a long time as well. For the price I would stay somewhere else as I know there’s better hotels along the beach that would value the business.

El pueblo de Kona es el mejor! Cuando llegamos, nos tomamos en un viaje de coche del resort por el campanario Shanen, que nos dejó en “Hale 1” - uno de sólo dos alas hereditarias. En nuestro primer servicio de desplazamiento, el personal de mantenimiento de la casa dejó una colección completa de 7 magnetos refrigeradores. El servicio excelente continuó en la actividad de lanzamiento de Kilo Kai, donde un día Cam nos llevó a una expedición de snorkeling privado y el día siguiente «Pu me llevó a la canoa y me puso en una tabla de paddle de pie. La cena de Isla Roots fue excelente la noche de nuestra llegada, y todos nos sentamos en una mesa, así que las interacciones con los demás huéspedes fueron fáciles y agradables. El personal José y Daniela comieron con nosotros, como si nos saludara a casa. Las piscinas y los restaurantes en el sitio fueron excelentes.

Consider it a happy little accident. I had missed my flight home because of the Pearl Harbor Memorial Day Parade and was stuck an extra day on Oahu. I looked to see what was the cheapest hotel room available and the Ka La’i popped up which surprised me. Booked the room quick because the Honolulu Marathon was the following day and almost every hotel was sold out. I got an ocean view suite with a King bed as my room and loved it. Bathroom was amazing, bed was super comfortable and overall the suite was spacious. Although it had a kitchen it didn’t have a dedicated dining table, even a small one. Only thing in the sitting area was a glass coffee table that was long enough for my needs of just a late night pizza dinner. Staff was helpful and even as I was checking out, I casually asked if I could tour the Penthouse suite because I had always wanted to book it. The 2 front desk workers escorted me to the Penthouse and gave me a little tour. It was impressive. Definitely would stay there again soon.

La vista del hotel frente al mar es muy hermosa, y la vista del campo de golf de Makai al lado también es hermosa. Desde el alféizar de la ventana del hotel se puede ver el mar, y muchas personas surfean cada mañana y cada noche. 빅아일랜드 7박 중 4박을 머물렀습니다. 부분오션뷰에 사우스윙 끄트머리라서 수영장 및 하푸나비치 출입구와 다소 멀었지만 저도 그렇고 아내와 아이들이 가장 만족했던 숙소입니다. 자연 속에 있기 때문에 숙소에 초파리도 생기고 라나이나 복도, 객실 구석구석은 연식이 느껴집니다만 가히 최고라 할만한 하푸나비치 접근성과 적당히 놀만한 패밀리풀과 어덜트풀, 수준급의 피트니스룸과 샤워시설, 투숙객 무료인 LG세탁기와 건조기에 세제까지, 무엇보다 주출입구의 상징적인 뷰는 아직도 생생합니다. 바로 근처 만타 식당이 있는 리조트로 오고가는 셔틀도 있습니다. 조식은 아이들에게 경험시켜 주고 싶어 하루 이용했는데 사실 가격대비 실망스럽습니다. 피코 카페의 커피와 빵, 무스비나 핫도그 등은 아침을 간단히 해결하는데 도움이 됩니다. 아쉬움도 분명 있지만 종합적으로는 별 5개입니다. 아이들이 더 커서 빅아일랜드에 오게 되면 다시 투숙하자고 했습니다.

Muy bueno, pero un poco caro. La vista del hotel es estupenda. La ubicación está cerca de todos lados. Podrás contratar diversos tours. Es necesario solicitar en recepción zapatillas para la habitación. El restaurante Lolu tiene una buena relación calidad-precio.

It’s not a bad hotel. But it’s far from extraordinary and simply put: not worth the price. For USD 1300+ per night without anything I neither like roaches in the bathroom nor bird poo on me within minutes sitting in their lounge. After all I came to a hotel - not a zoo… And I dislike humid smell and limited fan-steering for the AC as well. So honestly said - I would not go again
