On the first day of our stay at the Shangri-La Hotel, when we went to the reception, most of the staff did not speak English. However, a lady named Zoe Zhou helped us wholeheartedly and was extremely kind and professional. Sugar was also very helpful, and we are truly grateful to her. We had a lot of luggage and it did not fit into our suitcase, so we asked a male staff member to bring us a box. He not only brought the box but also kindly provided tape as well. This hotel was kinda bad because when my family got in their room we smelled cigarettes smells in our room and I told the receptionist it smells like cigarettes and they finally changed our room but when my family was trying to sleep but the other room was noisy and when we got ready for breakfast the hallway smelled like cigarettes the only floor that doesn’t have cigarettes was the 10th floor
