Impeccable upclass hotel with great service! The hotel room as clean and big. It had all kinds of amenities. The beds were comfortable and there were different selections of pillows. The only minus is that it was warm in the room, we would had preffered a little lower temperature, however we presume this is because of central heating. The staff was excellent. From the moment we arrived and during the entire stay. They provided very good service and were very professional and friendly. Not all spoke English, but that was absolutely no problem. It’s easy to use different apps for translation. So the welcoming and care during our stay was very good. The staff at the gym and particularly the dining area was also very helpful and super ambassadors for the hotel. The reason eating of location is a little lowering that we wanted to explore the area of «the old city». We were well aware that we had to walk a few kilometres to get there. If you are looking for the modern part of Hohhot with shopping malls etc, the location is very good. Overall a very good experience! We can truly recommend Shangri-La hotel Hohhot.

Very good hotel and a very nice Hohhot city! Was the perfect last night after our Inner Mongolia road trip. Very good service and excellent English speaking support made our stay very comfortable. Also the breakfast was very good with a comfort local and international food.

El hotel es único. Los niños estaban muy contentos y decían que vivían en un palacio. Si vienes a Manzhouli, no te pierdas el Hotel Matryoshka. La habitación es muy amplia, el piso es alto y las instalaciones son muy elegantes. Se nota que el diseño del hotel es excelente. Un buen hotel también necesita una buena gestión. Se recomienda mejorar la higiene del restaurante y optimizar el desayuno. Cientos de personas se reúnen a la vez para comer. Por muy ricos que sean los platos, no son muy apetitosos, y el desperdicio de comida también es grave.

Room was exceptionally clean and comfortable, with tasteful decor and well-maintained facilities. Service was excellent—staff were attentive, polite, and always ready to help. Housekeeping was consistent and thorough throughout the stay. A quiet and relaxing environment that made for a very pleasant experience. Highly recommended for both business and leisure stays in Hailar.

They were always available to assist with any requests. ●The hotel offered a fitness center, pool, and spa, which I found very convenient during my stay. The gym equipment was top-notch. The breakfast buffet was delicious, with a variety of options to choose from. The food was well-prepared and presented, making it a delightful start to the day. ●The hotel is located in a central area, making it easy to access restaurants, shops, and tourist attractions. ●Overall, my stay at this hotel was exceptional. Very nice, clean room. Comfortable bed. Swimming pool and its shower facilities were excellent. Would recommend anyone who is passing through Chifeng.

康巴什新開的五星酒店，中式胡桃木色裝修，大氣內斂，低調奢華。入住時工作人員熱情送上藍色哈達和鹹奶茶，有賓至如歸的温馨氛圍。客房分佈在兩棟樓，一樓有室內連廊打通，走去吃早餐也很方便。 房間和公區各項設施都很新，浴室乾濕分離，配有智能馬桶，浴缸還配了浴鹽，鏡子燈光適合女士化粧。 地理位置也很優越，距離噴泉廣場和博物館僅需10分鐘車程。酒店地下停車車位充足，最驚喜的是有充電車位，自駕出行住這兒簡直不要太方便。 唯一缺點是早餐供應到9:30就結束，雖然入住時前台工作人員有提醒，還是沒能起得來嚐嚐這邊早餐的味道。
