Месторасположение отличное. ”Уставший” отель, раньше это явно было на высоком уровне. Завтрак не брала, поэтому оценить не могу. Не смотря на очередь на ресепшене работают быстро. Отдельно хочу написать про освещение в номере выбранной мною категории ”делюкс”... В ванной перегорела лампочка, в комнате ни торшер, ни настольная лампа не работали, в одной из прикроватных ламп, также света не было.

Easy check in, very friendly, helpful check in staff. Lovely room, large comfy bed, good bathroom, great shower.  Somewhat disappointed by very limited on site Mexican restaurant food & it was quite poor in terms of portion and lacked any real flavour.  We had issue with getting bed made up and asked on 3 different occasions over our 3 night day. Jen on reception promised it would be done for out return to hotel in afternoon but sadly it was not and in spite of her further requests it was never done.  On check out when I told her it still hadn’t been done she agreed this was not good enough as she had been assured by housekeeping it would be done previous day.  Jen said she was sending 30,000 points to my Marriott account to compensate for our disappointment and they would show up within 48 hrs. That was 28 April , it’s now 14May and still nothing……… I really expected much better from a hotel of this standard. Westin you have let the Marriott group and us down.  You really need to deliver on your promises.  So disappointed ☹️☹️☹️☹️

Hotel did not change sheets when requested, only the towels despite requesting changes foe both. Room service just tossed the sheets on a chair and added fresh towels to the room. Had to call the hotel externally as the phone did nor have a power source, in order to request things. Front desk staff ranges from pleasant to childishly unprofessional. Many other staff working food or cleaning either don't speak English, or speak a limited amount. Otherwise, clean rooms and relatively inoffensive. Breakfast is NOT 15 dollars. It's two prices depending on who you ask among the staff members.

El hotel fue reconstruido por un centro comercial construido en el siglo XIX. Las instalaciones de la habitación son muy generales, especialmente las puertas, que se llaman sencillas. La habitación es lejana del hall, debe pasar por todo el centro comercial. Parece que hay una vía ligera cercana y la noche se oye silenciosamente que los vehículos se rodean en la habitación. El centro comercial es un edificio histórico, hay muchas personas cuando hay actividades de vacaciones. Hay muchos restaurantes en el fondo del hotel, hay algunos sabores buenos.

Clean/Dedicated Staffs/Facility: This Hilton is our fav place to stay when in Cleveland. As soon as we get checked in, we were welcomed (thank you, Caden!). As we arrived late at night after a long road trip, his warm welcome and communication to ensure us a comfortable stay meant a lot. At midnight, a couple of staffs were very kind to search my lost bag. Overnight Manager MJ checked on us before our checkout. Great communication during our entire stay. There is a great selection of healthy food and beverages available for 24 near the front desk. Room was very clean with comfortable beds and pillows. We’ll keep coming back here! Thank you, all dedicated staffs.

I was traveling to Cleveland for a conference and preferred an apartment style hotel to stay out to cook meals and generally not stay at the convention center hotel. I highly recommend ROOST Cleveland - the location is incredible and there's a lot of cafes and a grocery store in walking distance. I was also able to quickly take the bus to visit some museums on my last day! The space was so big and luxurious and cozy; having the ability to do laundry and run a dishwasher made being it feel like I was right at home.

El hotel está muy bien situado en el centro de convenciones, y se encuentra en el centro de convenciones, y también se ha acondicionado el coche.

免費WiFi一定要註冊會員才行，沒有別的選項，有點煩，衞生還可以。位置有點偏，但是價格好的話可以住。
