Sunway Resort Hotel

¡El mejor hotel para 2023! Desde el estacionamiento hasta la entrada y la salida, todos son excelentes. Su personal es amable y acogedor. Las habitaciones están bien y son verdaderamente cómodas. Me encanta todo, repetiré muchas veces ♥️♥️♥️♥️♥️♥️♥️♥️♥️♥️♥️♥️♥️♥️♥️♥️♥️♥️♥️♥️♥️♥️♥️♥️♥️♥️♥️♥️♥️♥️ ♥️♥️♥️♥️ 🎉🎉🎉🎉🎉🎉🎉🎉🎉🎉🎉🎉🎉🎉🎉🎉🎉

Disfruté en el hotel, que se siente nuevo y cómodo. La habitación tenía una gran vista de la piscina y el parque temático. El servicio también fue excelente. Me quedaré de nuevo.

Vestíbulo muy agradable, el registro fue muy fácil (obtuve una mejora a la habitación con balcón para ambas habitaciones) y ¡también logré cumplir con mi solicitud de interconexión! La habitación estaba esencialmente limpia en un 99%, excepto por el área recortada sobre la cama (había polvo allí). El baño es limpio, espacioso y el pequeño espejo LED es ideal para maquill****. Fue una estancia muy agradable, la piscina es genial, el hotel está a pocos pasos del centro comercial Sunway Pyramid. Definitivamente regresaré de nuevo, ¡salud para el equipo de sunway resort!

En general, con la actualización gratuita a la vista del balcón, la piscina para niños, el hermoso paisaje (que da a la laguna) y la habitación mejorada, me encanta. Junto con el puente cubierto que conecta con el centro comercial, es de hecho uno de los mejores hoteles recomendados para familias. Le encantará tener bañera para su habitación de lujo. Aún así, disfrutamos de las vacaciones en casa.

The location are superb because it just attach with the Sunway Lagoon and it has a VIP access to Sunway Lagoon, no need to queue so long from the main entrance. Sunway Resort are my most favourite kid friendly hotel such as the Level 5 Kid pool and the Level 1 have a kids corner buffet area. The in charge manager in the Level 1 are so helpful and kind to serve some beverage for visitors when waiting the long queue for breakfast buffet. All the staffs such as lobby receptionist, safety guard duty on pool, room cleaner, restaurant waiter and etc are so responsibility. My sons are very enjoy and happy during this 3 days 2 night at there. I’m sure will come back again.

Very well located, and ideal for families with small younger children, as there are many entertainments for them such as the Sunway Lagoon Park and the separate Swimming pool designed for the little ones, the room was clean and the staff were extra friendly

This is my second time staying at this hotel, and this time, I specifically booked an upgrade to the Grand Deluxe Room for a total of 5 nights. The location of the hotel is impeccable, and the room space is quite generous. However, considering the nightly rate of over RM800, the value for money is not high. The room facilities and amenities also leave much to be desired. It's surprising that a five-star hotel would only provide two bottles of drinking water and no coffee machine, only offering instant c⁷offee, as well as two tea bags, each of black and green tea. Furthermore, the handwash basin in my room was partially clogged, which resulted in slow drainage. I reported this to both the staff and the receptionist, but it still hadn't been fixed by the time of my check-out. Additionally, the windows in the grand deluxe room are completely sealed, so it's impossible to get any fresh air. When I requested a higher floor upon check-in, they initially assigned me to the eighth floor. However, due to noise from a family with children on the eighth floor and less-than-ideal soundproofing, I needed to change rooms due to a severe cold, their subsequent arrangement of the tenth floor. During my stay, I noticed a trend in which most foreign guests, especially Westerners, were typically assigned to higher floors. I hope this wasn't my sensitivity and that the hotel doesn't discriminate based on different ethnicities, especially given that I paid for my stay!

Superb vacation with waterpark ventures suitable for kids. No need to go sunway lagoon as this is aldy sufficient for small kids. Great breakfast with a lot of choices. Will repeat again❤️
