Very nice hotel, clean, tidy and plenty of attentive staff. We used as a base for exploring Jersey so didn't really use the hotel facilities - except the breakfast which was excellent - although for us it would have been nice if breakfast had started a little earlier maybe 7:30am? (it ran from 8am to 10am which was OK). Late on the last evening when packing we found we couldn't open the room safe as it had malfunctioned, it was after 11pm, but it actually showed the hotel staff in a very good light as the receptionist tried her best to help, the restaurant manager said opening the safe was the priority, and eventually after about twenty minutes the porter did manage to open the safe (”mechanically” - but that's another story!), so all was good ...... the problem was the electronic device - hotel staff were excellent and problem was solved! Overall very good, would stay again.

Este es un hotel maravilloso en una ubicación fantástica. Hay una caminata de colina al hotel tengo problemas de rodillas pero lo hice en 5 minutos. A la frente hay un número de autobús 15 que te lleva al aeropuerto y a la capital. También tiene espacio para casos. I got the superior room with the sea view which was refreshing. The location is probably the best for the most part of a tourist- close to the city centre and bus station (for going to tourist attractions outside town which would be too expensive with a taxi) as well as very close to the harbour for the Condor Ferry (if you want to visit the other Channel Islands like Guernsey in same trip)

Excellent hotel, front staff very friendly & helpful. Room was clean & everything you would need, ( a fridge would have been handy) 10-15 minutes walk to town & sea front. Breakfast fine & plenty of choice, good evening menu. Spa was excellent with infinity pool, jacuzzi, cold plunge pool, sauna & steam room at no extra charge. Would definitely recommend.

La cama es difícil de dormir y ya está en una decadencia. La salud en general también es más general, pero es buena a precios baratos, y el desayuno.

El hotel está en el suroeste de la isla, muy ubicada, muy conveniente para jugar desde el aeropuerto. El equipo jugado desde el hotel es muy conveniente, el autobús es un poco problemático y la carretera es muy oscura por la noche. El entorno del hotel es bueno, pequeño pero es un hotel de alto nivel, el servicio no dice nada. También puede alquilar bicicleta y prestar atención a la seguridad de la bicicleta. El avión también tiene desayuno para llevar a la habitación.(Todas las imágenes son reales, sin espionaje)

El hotel es un hotel muy bueno, el servicio era excelente y el desayuno era delicioso y mucho de él - también un gran gimnasio !

非常到位的服務，前台很熱情，客房服務也很到位： 1.每次打掃房間後都會幫忙摺好睡衣，補充水和食物，並留下打掃者的姓名 2.前台接電話很快。我們遇到了三個問題，都在5分鐘之內解決。 3.地理位置極佳，距離bus station衹有3分鐘路程，背後就是市中心（central market），距離所有網紅餐廳都很近（除Oyster box等在海邊的餐廳外） 4.酒店很乾凈，客房大，設施新，尤其是衞生間，配套設施很足且用的Th White Company套裝。

La ubicación está en el centro de la ciudad de Jersey, caminando al puerto cerca de 10-15 minutos, el espacio es grande, hay cocina, muy limpio, el precio no es caro, muy recomendado!!!!
