Staff are friendly and very accommodating. The location is excellent—right in the city and close to tourist spots, restaurants, and grocery stores. However, the shower heater sometimes doesn’t work, and there is occasionally an unpleasant smell coming from the water. Breakfast is decent—while the options are limited, it is filling. It mainly consists of Filipino dishes, which may not be very suitable for foreign guests’ tastes. Overall, everything else was satisfactory.

I had a very pleasant stay at this hotel. The room was clean, comfortable, and well-maintained, with everything I needed for a relaxing stay. The bed was cozy, and housekeeping did a great job throughout my visit. The staff were friendly, polite, and always willing to help, which made the experience even better. The location is very convenient, with easy access to public transportation, restaurants, and nearby attractions. Overall, I’m very satisfied with my stay and feel that the hotel offers great value for money. I would definitely consider staying here again and would recommend it to other travelers.

La habitación estaba muy bien, pero estaba muy tranquila y cómoda, aunque estaba un poco confusa con la puerta cerrada en el cuarto donde nos quedamos. La presión de agua de la ducha era muy baja, y no había agua caliente disponible, pero podíamos manejar durante nuestra estancia. En el hotel, el hotel se encuentra en una zona de la ciudad, donde se encuentra el centro de la ciudad. Una sugerencia para mejorar sería añadir una televisión inteligente o proporcionar acceso a servicios de streaming como Netflix para que los huéspedes puedan disfrutar de sus noches más, especialmente a la noche. En general, tuvimos una agradable estancia.

The hotel is a very relaxing place. The swimming pool is also great. The breakfast buffet is also worth having. Very nice experience

Al ser un hotel de ciudad pequeña de Filipinas y de otros que he estado.. es el mejor por sus instalaciones. Debe de reformar su mobiliario ö bien rehabilitado. El servicio de habitaciones merma algo. El WIFI ha estado 2 días sin suministro; intuyo debe de ser por motivos estratégicos de la Dirección. En general volvería a alojarme.

We had a comfortable and relaxing stay at Gwandalan House. We appreciate the prompt arrival of their airport service which allowed us to arrive at the hotel with no hassle at all. The room was very comfortable with nice pillows, warm water and efficient aircon. The breakfast was also good. The plaza and boulevard is also walking distance from the hotel but if you're tired it is also very easy to hail a trike which costs 15-20php per person. Will book this hotel again the next time we visit Dipolog.

Las cosas estaban limpias y el servicio estaba a punto. La comida también me impresionó. Especialmente la satay de pollo y el sandwich de la casa de club. El único problema sería que la ducha no tenía agua caliente tan sólo duchas frías. También pusimos chocolate en la mesa y una hora después había antígenos en todas partes.
