En este parque temático de ensueño, no solo puedes ver las increíbles esculturas de hielo y nieve iluminadas de colores, sino que también puedes disfrutar de diversas actividades culturales y deportes de invierno interesantes.

Viajamos con dos niños y reservamos la suite familiar. La habitación no era muy espaciosa, pero las camas estaban limpias y eran cómodas. El personal de servicio fue muy amable y servicial, y se aseguraron de que estuviéramos bien atendidos durante nuestra estancia en Harbin. La ubicación es perfecta, a solo 5 minutos a pie de 中央大道, muy conveniente, con muchas tiendas de comida, peluquería, manicura y masajes, minimercados y un centro comercial cerca. Hay una lavandería gratuita para lavar y secar la ropa. Lo único malo es que las almohadas son demasiado blandas y no sujetan bien, lo que me causa un fuerte dolor de cuello y me impide dormir bien.

La ubicación era excelente. El escritorio del frente fue amigable y útil. La habitación estaba limpia. La primera habitación que me dio tenía un olor muy fuerte al humo, así que me dieron otra habitación inmediatamente. La vista de la ciudad desde el piso alto era excelente! ¡Podría ver toda la ciudad y las montañas alrededor de la ciudad! Cada mañana mi habitación podía ver el sol subir y tomar un baño de sol interior en invierno. El desayuno tenía una variedad china sana. También se ofrecieron pan y moffees occidentales. La única parte extraña para mí era la fruta - el desayuno buffet tenía plátanos y naranjas cortadas en las mitades que no vi tomar nadie. En general, la estancia fue totalmente digna de ello.

Great hotel located in the heart of Harbin, very close to all major attractions. Rooms where very clean and extremely comfortable. Decor was also beautiful. My only complaint was that nobody here could speak English. For an upmarket hotel some of the employees must be able to speak English otherwise it brings the value down. One thing I do appreciate is that they have cat houses outside the hotel for stray cats to find a place of warmth during the very cold winters. A hotel that cares for animals is beyond amazing in my view and that's why I give them five stars .

Good hotel for staying a few nights. Service level is good, just ask for whatever you need. Room is quite warm and big. Two free water bottles in the bathroom, the rest in the room is paid. Cleaning depended on the day, no new free water was given. Supermarket across the street that opens till late and almost all attractions are in walkable distance. ”Hot Springs” cost 33 yuan extra, separated by gender, female is on the first floor. Best to go late as it's a public place, had the 3 pools for myself after 10pm.

Al día siguiente, el hermano Wang no se olvidó de preguntarnos si todo había ido bien. ¡Me sentí muy bien! ¡Es una alegría conocer gente tan cariñosa cuando se viaja! Ambiente: La habitación está muy limpia y tiene ventanas enormes con vistas a la nieve. ¡Somos unos auténticos sureños, qué emoción, jajaja! Servicio: ¡Se proporcionan abrigos de flores del noreste! ¡Se pueden usar trineos de nieve para llevar a los niños a visitar el pueblo de nieve! ¡El hermano Wang envió peras congeladas! ¡Puedes pedir comida en el primer piso, que está riquísima! ¡Me levanté temprano y jugué a chapotear en el hielo!

Our stay was nothing short of fantastic, but what truly made this trip unforgettable was the amazing support from the hotel staff. From the very beginning, they arranged all our travel needs, including car rentals and a wonderful driver who also acted as our guide. Wang Jingyu was our primary contact at the hotel, and his excellent communication skills in English made everything even smoother. They also accommodated my food preferences, which added a personal touch to our experience. Their attention to detail and personalized service made our family vacation one of the best we've ever had. We’re filled with beautiful moments and cherished memories thanks to the care, support, and guidance provided by the team here. You all showed remarkable patience and kindness towards my family and me, making our stay truly special. Junyi Hotel is exceptional! Greeted by all staffs present during our check-in. Throughout the stay, there were so many incredible moments. Easy contact concierge via WeChat. One day we accidentally left our windows open when we left the room, they WeChat us to check if we wanted the room cooler, and that allowed them to help close the windows or we will be returning to a -20deg room after a long day, so thankful. Used the self-service laundry (Free of charge) at the 7th floor. Forgot to collect my laundry and they actually helped to collect and send to our room and even helped to hang dry some not totally dried laundry. There was a day that my slightly late collection of laundry, when I went to the laundry room, it was already taken out and folded nicely in my laundry bag. We did not opt for breakfast, however the hotel have free coffee/tea machine and light snacks daily from 11am. Our rooms were always well made-up. They even gave lighters, warm sticky patch to me for free when I asked them where I could buy them from. There was a day I chance upon the housekeeping staffs cleaning even the walk way display to the most meticulous detail. Junyi hotel really impressed me even though they were my last hotel throughout my 2weeks trip in China. So grateful! Thank you so much!

Super nice hotel to stay. Amenities was top notch. Staffs are super friendly. They provided free costume for photoshoot. Location is just a short walk to Zhongyang street which is perfect. Overall very lovely experience. Wish we could stay more!

Sercive: The staff is very helpful when i complaint about the drainage. They directly help me to fix it. There is also one hot bathing in the hotel, that i got voucher for free. The staff there is also very helpful and very welcome us. Location: near to zhongyang street, but a bit far from sophia square. About 15 min walk. Overall, my 3 night stay is very good and nice
