I’ll start with the highlight of our stay: the ski rental team at Yabuloni Hotel. Since rentals are included in the stay, we spent a fair amount of time with them, and they are truly world-class. Led by a charming and compassionate boss, the team of four （photo attached) is incredibly professional and approachable. They don’t just hand you gear; they perform thorough safety checks, ensure a perfect fit, and offer genuine tips for the slopes. They made our trip seamless and safe. They will be the reason why we will come back and stay here Unfortunately, the hotel itself doesn't live up to that same standard. The hallways are dimly lit and poorly ventilated, a theme that continues into the rooms. The biggest issue was the bathroom, a persistent, foul sewage smell made us feel like we are using a public toilet that has not been cleaned for years. If this is 5 star standard, i'm afraid they have to do much much better. To top it off, the reception staff felt poorly trained. Despite having plenty of people behind the desk, no one could answer basic questions about local attractions, slope openings, or even help us arrange a driver for dinner around the area. For the price point, they should think of how they can justify their service other than having a world class and helpful ski rental management team.

Came to Harbin with grand parents and kids. I must say that I’m very pleasantly surprised by this hotel. The primary reason for picking this spot is for its location. Didn’t really want to stay too far away from the central street where all the actions are at, yet still need to be quite enough to have a good night sleep. This hotel takes pride in the brand and in every details in the hotel. From the exterior, the lobby, the breakfast, comfortable bed and pillows, think and decorative curtains to block out the early summer sun. Yes sun raise is at 3:40am in June! There is a laundry room with two sets of washers and dryers. I’ve got upgraded to a larger room with bigger bathroom area. Service is also top notch. Very friendly staff, they great you, help with luggage. The lady who worked the night shift even helped me took the laundry out of the dryer and delivered to my room, folded! I must say this place is a great choice for foreign travelers, with awesome location, solid hardware, great food, (oh also offer afternoon tea and wine!), most friendly staff and best service. Highly recommended!

We wanted more than luxury . We wanted a hotel that truly reflected Harbin’s character, heritage, and history. We are glad to have discovered this hidden gem. Mansion 1903 Hotel is probably one of the most charming hotels in Harbin, beautifully blending old-world elegance, modern comfort, and strong Russian heritage. The location is excellent, conveniently close to Zhongyang Street, yet peaceful and refined. The rooms are spacious, clean, stylish, and exceptionally comfortable, while the staff are warm, professional, attentive, and genuinely hospitable. Their service made our stay especially memorable. The elegant lobby environment, together with the traditional Sarafan and Kokoshnik costumes, also provided a wonderful opportunity for photography and added to the hotel’s unique cultural atmosphere. Special thanks to Mr. Deng for his meticulous sharing and introduction of the antique collections displayed in the hotel lobby. His passion and knowledge greatly enriched our experience.

Modern kang bed room. Tiny and expensive but this is not unexpected given it is within the snow town and it is new year day. Nonetheless, location is great, walking distance to everywhere. Food at the hotel’s restaurant is yummy. Special mention to our dedicated butler Mr Cao who was very friendly, helpful and responsive. He will arrange to pick up your luggages from the bus station in the snow town and transport to the hotel (you will need to take a bus from the ticket entrance to the bus station in the snow town). Mr Cao can also help to arrange for activities. Overall, pleasant stay and will recommend.

Nos alojamos en el Hotel Junyi del 15 al 16 de septiembre. Tuvimos una experiencia muy agradable. Nos recibieron los recepcionistas y el mayordomo en el vestíbulo y nos sirvieron un refrigerio al hacer el check-in (¡Echamos de menos su yogur casero!). El mayordomo fue amable y servicial, muy atento y nos ayudó a encontrar una tienda de telecomunicaciones cercana que registra números de teléfono de China para extranjeros. También nos sirvieron fruta fresca y pasteles en la habitación. Además, nos enviaron un itinerario sugerido para un viaje a Harbin como referencia por WeChat, lo cual también fue inesperado. La habitación era igual de agradable, con una ducha espaciosa y una cafetera. La miel y la leche caliente por la noche fueron otro punto a favor. ¡El desayuno estuvo genial! Nos dieron a elegir entre un plato principal occidental o uno chino. Elegimos un plato occidental que incluía un filete de ternera y gachas de avena. Las guarniciones eran tipo buffet. Al hacer el check-out, el mayordomo nos dio un bonito regalo. La experiencia en general fue increíble, principalmente por el extraordinario servicio de los increíbles mayordomos y definitivamente me encantaría volver a alojarme en el Jolly Hotel (Junyi Hotel) en mi próximo viaje a Harbin.

I took a little Galentine's day trip with my friend to Harbin Ice and Snow World and this hotel was the best part of our stay. It was a expensive and the pictures of the views (particularly from the ”cloud” room) were not accurate. The picture shows clouds like you would see from a airplane, but all we saw was very low, fine, gray fog. I'd like to imagine that the pictures they show on the website are possible, but I think it's more likely photoshopped. That said, the hotel was still awesome. Our room was huge, with a great view from the 41st floor, and the heated marble floors felt great on your feet. The staff were super nice. I felt bad for the deer in the lobby because they were very itchy and one cut his own face open trying to scratch his collar with his hind hoof. But again, the hotel was so nice. If we had traveled all the way from Harbin to Beijing just for Ice and Snow World, I don't think our trip would have been worth it. But this hotel was so good it felt like a true relaxing weekend. The sound of the forest that they played throughout the hotel made it seem like you were at a giant spa. The breakfast buffet was open until 1 pm! Free sauna and hot tub. If you can afford it, I recommend it!

Las instalaciones del hotel son satisfactorias. Las señoras de la recepción son muy educadas. El gerente del restaurante y los camareros son muy receptivos. Los camareros en cada mesa son buenos. Sin embargo, alrededor de las nueve de la mañana, había dos. Personal del restaurante con traje y uniforme fuera de la mesa del buffet charlando, ignorando por completo el bloqueo del paso de los clientes que van y vienen, poco profesionales y chismosos. Eran alrededor de las dos de la tarde cuando nos fuimos. El camarero del vestíbulo del primer piso actuó como si no pudiera vernos. No nos saludó ni se despidió. Estaba ocupado charlando con el conductor del coche de alquiler. quien entró. Lo mismo ocurre con los uniformados que encontré en el pasillo, sin ningún signo de interrogación. Al contrario, la tía que limpia las habitaciones está muy entusiasmada. El Ritz siempre ha sido conocido por su servicio caballeroso y femenino. Algunos de sus camareros necesitan mejorar la profesionalidad de su servicio.

Este es un hotel nuevo en el que me alojé durante un viaje de negocios a Harbin. El servicio de recepción fue excelente y muy amable cuando llegué por la noche. Sin embargo, al hacer el check-out, un miembro del personal, que parecía ocupar un puesto directivo, se mostró extremadamente arrogante y usó un lenguaje inapropiado. Se sentó en una silla y actuó con mucha altivez. Este hotel solo está a la altura de un hotel económico, pero eso no significa que todos los que se alojan aquí solo puedan permitirse hoteles económicos. Como trabajador del sector servicios, carecía incluso de la cortesía más básica. El agua caliente de la ducha de la habitación tardaba muchísimo en calentarse, unos 3 minutos. Sin embargo, la habitación estaba limpia. Me cambiaron a una habitación mejor, pero no había dónde comer ni siquiera una silla. La señora que me trajo una silla por la mañana parecía impaciente. Realmente necesitan capacitarlos adecuadamente.

El hotel es muy espacioso en general. Había reservado una habitación deluxe con cama king, pero la recepción me la cambió a una habitación deluxe con dos camas individuales sin ningún problema. La habitación era muy grande y estaba bastante limpia en general. Me alojé con mi familia y pudimos disfrutar de la piscina, lo que hizo que la estancia fuera muy relajante. Es un lugar ideal para viajes familiares. ¡Ojalá hubiéramos tenido más tiempo libre para quedarnos una noche más!
