La ubicación del hotel es excelente, justo al lado de atracciones como la Calle Central y la Catedral de Santa Sofía. Se puede ir andando a explorar las bellezas de la ciudad de hielo, lo que hace que moverse sea súper conveniente. La limpieza es impecable; la habitación estaba impecable, la ropa de cama limpia y suave, y el baño tenía una separación de ducha y bañera sin olores, lo que demuestra la atención al detalle. El servicio de Ranran fue entusiasta y profesional, siempre dispuesta a responder preguntas, lo que hizo que toda la estancia fuera muy cómoda. La relación calidad-precio es excelente, y la próxima vez que venga a Harbin, definitivamente elegiré este lugar de nuevo. ¡Lo recomiendo encarecidamente!

環境：好，交通方便，和牡丹江火車站相鄰，乾淨整潔寬敞的大廳，服務員素質高，服務態度好，早餐品種多種多樣，下次出差還會光顧的！

Great themed hotel and with an amazing location right at Zhongyang street where you can see all the amazing ice sculptures without having to walk far in the -30 Degree weather. The staff was very polite and attentive, the best thing about it is of course the dress up session with the photographer. Highly recommended for a novelty stay.

Viajamos con dos niños y reservamos la suite familiar. La habitación no era muy espaciosa, pero las camas estaban limpias y eran cómodas. El personal de servicio fue muy amable y servicial, y se aseguraron de que estuviéramos bien atendidos durante nuestra estancia en Harbin. La ubicación es perfecta, a solo 5 minutos a pie de 中央大道, muy conveniente, con muchas tiendas de comida, peluquería, manicura y masajes, minimercados y un centro comercial cerca. Hay una lavandería gratuita para lavar y secar la ropa. Lo único malo es que las almohadas son demasiado blandas y no sujetan bien, lo que me causa un fuerte dolor de cuello y me impide dormir bien.

Si te preocupa elegir un hotel, te recomiendo este hotel encarecidamente. 👍 ¡La experiencia de estancia es fantástica! La ubicación del hotel es muy buena, justo al norte de la calle central. La puerta derecha es la calle central y la torre de memoria de la inundación. Las palabras de la ciudad son muy convenientes, y con el estacionamiento, el hotel en la calle central es muy difícil. Hay que prestar atención a que el espacio de la habitación es pequeño, que el dormitorio común es básicamente una cama, que no tiene mesa, que el suite tiene un cuarto pequeño separado, que tiene TV, pero también es relativamente compacto. En general, esta relación coste-beneficio es alta, especialmente cómodo conducir, el personal de servicio también es muy entusiasta, buena actitud, vale la pena recomendar

Приехали в отель в 5 утра, свет не горел, я подумала, что отель вообще закрыт. Как потом оказалось просто девушки на ресепшен выключают свет в 22:00 и ложатся спать. Бронировали номер для некурящих, но в номере очень сильно воняло сигаретами, так как мы были сильно уставшими, открыли окна и не пошли разбираться, все равно свободных комнат не было. Постельное белье в номере было белоснежное, будто новое, полотенца тоже белые, целые, каждый день меняли на новые. При заезде в номере была пыль и чужие волосы, затем каждый день полы протирали, было чисто. Ежедневно приносили по 4 бутылочки воды. В душе постоянно разный напор воды, как повезет, то слабый, то нормальный, прям сильного напора не было. Чтобы дождаться горячей воды, нужно вывернуть кран на максимальную температуру и пролить воду минут 5, только тогда начинает течь горячая вода. Расположение отеля хорошее, до метро и автобусной остановки минут 5-7 пешком, до арбата минут 15 пешком. Недалеко от отеля есть аптека с большим выбором препаратов и круглосуточный продуктовый магазин.

the hotel was great value for the price and has a few excellent points. Location is easy to get to the airport and ok for the winter attractions. Rooms are nice, though are showing their age. The facilities (gym/pool) we decided to avoid; they don't offer the resort or relaxation of other five star hotels. Food was consistently good and the club lounge is easily one of the best decors I've found. The service was consistently good from checkin especially. I would stay here again if Im in Harbin, but I would stress that I have allergies to try and get a real smoke-free room (our bathroom....)

Hay problemas con el agua de la habitación, cambiar de habitación inmediatamente, no hay que decir. Dígame el punto: la ubicación es buena, caminar hasta el famoso punto de juego de cartas en red de la ciudad de la mañana y el mercado nocturno llega en cinco minutos. La temporada de viajes, hay más turistas rusos que se quedan en el hotel y el desayuno es general. La foto es foto de propaganda del hotel, no es grande con la entrada real. La habitación tiene un poco de humo, no es muy grande.

Junyi Hotel is exceptional! Greeted by all staffs present during our check-in. Throughout the stay, there were so many incredible moments. Easy contact concierge via WeChat. One day we accidentally left our windows open when we left the room, they WeChat us to check if we wanted the room cooler, and that allowed them to help close the windows or we will be returning to a -20deg room after a long day, so thankful. Used the self-service laundry (Free of charge) at the 7th floor. Forgot to collect my laundry and they actually helped to collect and send to our room and even helped to hang dry some not totally dried laundry. There was a day that my slightly late collection of laundry, when I went to the laundry room, it was already taken out and folded nicely in my laundry bag. We did not opt for breakfast, however the hotel have free coffee/tea machine and light snacks daily from 11am. Our rooms were always well made-up. They even gave lighters, warm sticky patch to me for free when I asked them where I could buy them from. There was a day I chance upon the housekeeping staffs cleaning even the walk way display to the most meticulous detail. Junyi hotel really impressed me even though they were my last hotel throughout my 2weeks trip in China. So grateful! Thank you so much!
