One of the highest value airport hotels in Calgary if you don't need breakfast. Far from the airport but the shuttle service was free and on time and the hotel is relatively close to the city center. My room had a very comfortable bed and some of the better towels I've had at a hotel. The mini-bar with a fridge and microwave was also nice.

Great service. I called ahead to request a late check-in because my flight was delayed, and they had someone at the desk when I finally got there. They also helped me get a new room key card when mine wasn’t working properly. The hotel is also in the heart of downtown and close to a C-Train station.

Room was a good size and location was excellent. A little disappointed because the room they gave us was in the main thoroughfare by the pool/hot tub which was good and bad. Good as it was close to the pool but bad because it got quite busy/noisy at times. Not a huge deal as we were out exploring Banff anyways. Overall, would stay here again.

El hotel estaba bien mantenido, muy limpio y la ropa de cama era cómoda. Tiene aparcamiento subterráneo y es de estilo tradicional. Las instalaciones son completas. ¡Banff es un pueblo precioso que merece la pena visitar!

Irwin's Mountain Inn has a great location, just a short walk from the centre of Banff, which makes it easy to get around. The room was very clean, and the staff were welcoming. That said, the overall feel of the hotel is a bit dated, and for the price, the in-room coffee facilities were quite disappointing. It’s an okay place to stay if you value location and cleanliness, but it doesn’t quite offer the extras you might expect at this price point.

The location of the hotel is central and just off the Samson Mall. The service was good. The check-in process was smooth. We were informed that our room was on the third floor and there was no elevator in our building. We asked if there are other rooms on the lower floors, and the staff was kind to help us locate another room on the first floor.
The room was dated and small. There is only a small window opening to the hallway and it was quite hot and stuffy even at night. It was not good value for ＞USD$400 per night given the room quality. With the similar price point, we might opt for accommodations in downtown Banff which comes with better rooms, various dining/shopping options, but with extra 35 minutes drive.

Great location, clean. Moxies is next to the lobby and it has good food.
We found two issues with the parking:
1. The booking said free parking and the hotel during the checkin told us there was a parking fee.
2. The parking is through Indigo parking, and my husband stopped for about 1 minute or less to pick me up at one side of the hotel doors and the Indigo parking attendant was too rude.

Las habitaciones están modernas y decoradas con los elementos necesarios - cafetería, cocina, nevera.
El tubo caliente fue un golpe y tiene una vista para morir por mirar a las tres hermanas.
Las habitaciones están tranquilas de la carretera y el ruido del tren.
Las camas son cómodas y las galletas estaban llenas.

VV100StranNo un mejor hotel lejos, pero más o menos limpio, las camas son cómodas. Muchos migrantes, contingente extraño. El desayuno es bueno, hay waffles, omeletas, yogurt y así sucesivamente. En principio, suficiente. El hotel está en el centro de Calgary, pero no se puede encontrar un lugar en el centro de Calgary.

UUsuario invitadoLa situación es mi buena si no quieres quedarte en el centro de Calgary, lo tienes casi todo ( aeropuerto, centro, zona de compras...) a unos 15 minutos en coche.
Relación calidad precio, de lo mejor de Calgary.
Único defecto es que te cogen un depósito de 350$ y tardan una semana en devolverlo y que el early chek in es bastante caro. Llegue a las 14.00 y me quisieron cobrar un precio similar al de un dia completo, pues el chek in es a las 16.00

UUsuario invitadoWe chose this hotel at random while driving down the highway. We were VERY glad that we did. The following day, we kept congratulating ourselves on the great choice.
It was very easy easy to get to off the highway. But yet it was protected from the busy highway noise.
The staff were absolutely 5-Star. Every single individual that we encountered, both hotel and restaurant, seemed to be genuinely friendly and professional. Specail shout-out to: Jei, Jasmeen, and Maltin. ( hopefully i got the correct names)
We used the pool in the evening, and it was a surprisingly nice facility for the price of the hotel. We thoroughly enjoyed it until an excessively noisy family showed up with undisciplined kids. But that's not on the hotel.
I don't know why the restaurant was empty because it was exceptionally good food and good service. Even the breakfast buffet was far above most free breakfasts that are on offer.
The guestrooms were very quiet (even the a/c fan was quiet). Beds were comfortable. Good quality linens, pillows and towels. Beds were especially comfortable and seemed new. Carpet looked new.
The only thing I might suggest for the rooms is that they might add a floor lamp to improve the lighting. Also, they might think about bringing up the quality of bathroom amenities to current trend in higher quality in larger affixed bottles instead of small disposables
It's obvious that they're gradually upgrading an older property and haven't gotten to the hallway paint yet. But that doesn't affect the guestrooms experience.
I highly recommend this property.

El hotel se encuentra en una zona de 2 horas, donde el servicio de la puerta de atrás no puede encontrar nuestra reserva.
La reserva fue encontrada en el momento de la entrada de la ciudad.
Nos dejamos literalmente en nuestra habitación 2 minutos antes de que el agente de escritorio nos intentó pagar algo del bar de snack. No podía decirnos qué objeto habíamos “consumido” (no habíamos consumido nada - especialmente a esos precios!) y luego cuando se preguntó cómo podrían saber dentro de 2 minutos (de nosotros saliendo de nuestra habitación) que un artículo había sido consumido - se convirtieron en muy defensivo y no podían responder realmente a la pregunta de “¿Cómo sabes qué nos cuesta” y la respuesta fue “es para el informe al final del día - nadie dice que realmente tomó nada”. Except that’s exactly what the desk cleark said the charge was going to be for - “an item from the snack bar for a total of $4.20”.
Después de rechazar la tasa, se nos dijo que no se pagaría ninguna tasa en la tarjeta de crédito.
Me hizo sentir como si hubiéramos ”robado” algo cuando pedimos una mayor clarificación sobre la acusación.
“No se disculpe ni le agradezco que hayas estado con nosotros”.
Decepcionante.

UUsuario invitadoThis motel is not Econo Lodge in & suites university. Which we stayed also, and was much better than this one (econo lodge motel village).
The room was small and the bathroom smelled unpleasant. The smell came from the shower curtain, which touches the bath tub water. When taking a shower, the water doesn't drain as fast so your feet end up soaking in that water along with the smelly fabric shower curtain. Also, the bath was weirdly higher than the ground so be very careful when getting in. During our stay, there were several bugs that found their way into our room during the night (Mosquitos, flies). The buzzing sound prevented us to sleep so we had to kill the bugs and go back to sleep each time. We also had problems with our room key, we had them replaced several times and you have to slide the card quite a few times before it unlocks. I think it's loose and you need to get the exact right angle, which is annoying when you have your hands full. I recommend the other econolodge situated behind this one. The staffs here are very friendly. For breakfast, they offered coffee, tea but without lids. There's bread and juice served in a solocup (but u can just use the coffee cup). There were muffins. If you have allergies, I suggest you to bring your own food. The price for this motel vs the other econolodge were the same. We try to avoid staying at the same place for our whole trip in case we don't like our room but we ended regretting not booking the other econolodge for our entire trip.

. I am writing to complain the lady on the front desk. She treated me not respectful. When we checked in, I am asking if we have hot spring, she replied several what? And correct me “hot tub” such as I am lack of knowledge.
Later, I want to use Landry room and change dollars with them. They gave me several two dollars, and the washing machines only accept 1 dollars, which they should have known at first place. So I went back to the front desk to ask for 1 dollars again. And at that time. There is one guy lining in front of another front desk server. And the lady was answering the phone. So I naturally stood in front of her desk and waited for her. And I asked her to change 1 dollars for me since they didn’t know. And then she asked me” don’t u notice there is a line? You should wait after it.” So I was so embarrassed to find out I cut in line.
So if she is really mindful about me cutting in line, Why not telling me to wait after? Or just remind me in a more respectful way assuming I really don’t know there is a line? Either way will have same effect and I would be acknowledged in a not embarrassing way. And again, the washing machine only accept 1 dollar and they did not know, is their job dereliction.
I am very concerned how your service match up with your high level of fees.
