Love. Love. Love this hotel. It is as grandeur as it is promised to be. Loved the Sai Aou from the hotel restaurant. Will consider staying here again should we revisit pakse. There is a lovely view of the river at the back of the hotel which makes it more special.

Nice hotel, quite fancy, they try hard with the customer service. Breakfast was really good, plenty of choice and great coffee. My room (505) had an amazing view.

Good locations good views you can go to night market nearby. Close to city. 4th. Floor had great views to Maekong River and Pakse City. Breakfasts also good, but eggs are cold.  Rooms needs more cleaning, it’s smells like they using dirty mopping smells like per, I have to open the windows to be able to sleep. Good things weather not hot. Every restrooms got broken locks (we booked 3 rooms 3 nights). Also restrooms quite small water pressure of washing sink too strong if not careful, you can make the room wet. Over all stool meet the badger to stay here.

Good location (close to the bridge and some restaurants), can be noisy during the day but quiet in the evening. Book online is much cheaper than on site. Feel free to feed the cats cause they don’t have a lot to eat ... BTW easy stay .

Un ambiente muy emocional y físico y tranquilo de relajación con empleados amigables y felizes y sonrientes que ofrecen todo lo que necesito en el sitio, a pesar de las pequeñas cantidades de estrés innecesario causado sólo por la falta de respeto de otros visitantes ¡Me instigó de maneras tan triviales que la construcción de ellos condujo al tipo de estado de mente agitado llegó aquí en & esperaba evitar!! ✌😇👌

Estándar europeo de hotel, el desayuno estaba bien, básico pero tenían cafetera, lo cual no es común en la zona.

Service was good, but some confusion with food orders. Food is good, but expensive for what you get. Hot shower kept triggering the breaker, so you got maybe 3 minutes of hot water, and then had to wait to reset it (no idea if this was the case in all rooms). Overall the location makes up for most of that. It's a very peaceful location.

El hotel está situado en una zona remota de la ciudad, y los pisos y muros de madera son muy bonitos, y hay un gran balcón que abarca varias habitaciones. El personal fue muy atento y ayudaron a encontrar y arreglar rápidamente un reemplazo para los artículos que se habían tomado en la frontera.

I loved the breakfast. Even more the staff was exceptional I think we wish to be welcome all the time like that everywhere you travel. It makes you feel good and at home
