Прекрасный отель, классный номер - брали делюкс с видом на горы ) Персонал очень доброжелательный, приветливый, завтраки шикарные 😊 На крыше бассейн с фантастическими рассветами и закатами 😍 Так же на крыше есть бар с нереальными видами) Отель находится на возвышенности, брали всегда такси и все ок, до центра не далеко.

Room is spacious, have all amenities and toiletries (just missing the slippers). It have heater instead of air conditioner as there is mostly cold here. Centralized control system is a plus. Washroom is comparatively much smaller and just the basic size. Cons: The main thing was the management which was poor and mostly looked after only locals as we came to know by our driver. At check in the room key didn't worked 3 time and they have to call some technical guy to resolve the issue which was actually the issue in room door, still they gave us the same room. When we go to food court for breakfast in morning, it was only 4 set items only which also they decide they want to give or not. For every request it was a no even when we are willing to pay extra for the same. For the meal we had we asked extra sambhar they deny they can't give. We asked for sandwich or any breads which was also unavailable. But after sometime, they give sandwich to some other persons. When we confronted them, they told it is in different meal, we asked to give only sandwich they outright denied, when we said give meal they say come after 11. After complaining and telling at the reception his response was mostly defending and at last only told you can discuss with senior manager. It was our time to leave the city as per our itinerary so we left the place as it is.

The location is fantastic, especially if you want to enjoy views of the famous rock right from the pool — it’s truly a highlight of the stay. The buffet is generous, offering a good mix of local and international dishes, so there’s something for everyone. We stayed in one of the bungalows, which were spacious, surrounded by nature, and perfect for a relaxing getaway. It was a treat to spot different animals around the property, which added a unique charm to the experience. On the downside, the bike rental is significantly overpriced, and it seems that very few guests use them because of this. Additionally, many amenities — even something as basic as extra water — are quite expensive, which takes away slightly from the otherwise enjoyable experience. Overall, it’s a beautiful place in an unbeatable location, with great food and lovely surroundings, but some of the pricing policies could be more guest-friendly.

El hotel es un poco alto, y se cansó de trabajar. Está al lado de una escuela primaria. Es interesante ver a los estudiantes ir a la escuela de la mañana. La voz de los pájaros se despertó por la mañana...

Me alojé tres noches. El hotel es histórico, no recomendable para personas con miedo a quedarse solas. La ubicación es perfecta, justo en la entrada del Templo de las Reliquias del Diente. Sin embargo, un empleado no me atendió bien cuando le comenté que el teléfono estaba roto, que el refrigerador estaba muy caliente y que la luz del baño se había estropeado varias veces. Al momento de mi salida, el teléfono seguía roto y el refrigerador seguía muy caliente. La luz la arregló un electricista recomendado por un empleado, no por el empleado.

Servicio de restauración muy mejorable. El room service no quería darnos un sándwich a las 22:00h. En general nada estaba bueno. El servicio a veces muy servicial y otros no tanto. Las vistas mediocres. Calidad precio razonable. La puerta del baño incomodidad . La electricidad no aporta para Europeos.

1. 예약 및 카드결제 정상 완료된 바우처를 보여줬는데, 바우처 금액이 왜 스리랑카LKR 지불이 아니고 대한민국 KRW 지불인지?? LKR 로 환산하면 얼마인지를 되려 나에게 묻는 황당한 호텔 직원을 해외 40여개 국 500회 이상의 호텔 투숙을 해 보면서 난생 처음 봤다. 황당하지만 그래도 환율 앱으로 환산 금액 보여줬는데도 갸우뚱 하더니 다른 직원 이랑 뭐라뭐라 하더니 나를 기다리게 만들고 늦게 온 3명을 먼저 체크인 시켰다. 2. 잠시후 해결되었는지 어찌어찌 체크인 해주었는데, 내 여권을 복사한 직원이 나에게 where r u from? 이라는 황당한 대화를 계속 이어가더니, 굳이 객실 안게 까지 때라들어와서 불은 어떻게 키고, 커튼은 어떻게 여는지 등등 밤 22시 넘어서 겨우 체크인 해서 들어온 나의 시간을 계속 빼앗더니 물이 2병 있는데, 유료 물도 아닌 그냥 프리 워터 2병이 있는것을 1명 예약하면 1병만 마셔야 하는데, 특별히 2병 다 마시라고 선심 쓰듯이 말한다. 3. 불쾌함을 따지기도 귀찮아서 그냥 알았다고 나가라고 직원을 내보냈는데, 가만히 보니까 내가 예약한 객실 보다, 싼 가격에 등급이 아래로 낮은 객실로 마음대로 배정해서 준것이었다, 객실 사진 비교.(비슷해 보이지만 엄연히 가격이 다른 객실임) 다음 날 새벽 05시에 나가야 하기 때문에 그것도 따지지 않고 그냥 씻고 잠을 처하려 했는데, 4. 커피포트 내부가 녹이 슬어있다. 얼룩이 아니라 녹이 슬어 있다. 게스트하우스 아니고 호텔 이다. 여러가지 황당함을 뒤로 하고 샤워 하려는데, 물 온도 미세조정이 안된다, 살짝 돌려도 뜨거워 화상 입을 정도 온도. 또 살짝 돌리면 너무 차가운 물... 무슨 ....ㅠ 5. 다음 날 05시에 일어나서 체크아웃 하려는데, 로비 리셉션에 직원이 없다.... 무슨 한국 무인 모텔도 아니고, 객실 키를 호텔 프런트 데스크 전화기 옆에 놔두고 말 없이 체크 아웃 했다. 6. 그나마 위치 빼고는 아무것도 추천 할 수 없다.

La ubicación del hotel es relativamente distante, pero es como un jardín de la manzana. La habitación es similar a una cama grande y una cama pequeña con una cama plana, que puede vivir para tres adultos. La habitación está bien saneada, la manzana junto a la manzana es fácil de acumular agua. La cama de la cama grande es blanda y dura, la ventana de la puerta se aterriza hacia el jardín, el paisaje es de primera clase. Aunque no veo que los perros toquen la puerta, todos los tipos de perros de aves de corral no son inexistentes. El medio ambiente ecológico natural está bien protegido 👍 La variedad de desayuno es rica, pero es comida de curry, hay muchas cebollas de bacon y frutas tropicales como la cebolla. Consatisfacción de una residencia.

had pleasure of staying at this hotel, and I couldn't be more impressed with the level of service and hospitality we received. From the moment we arrived, the staff went above and beyond to ensure our stay was comfortable and memorable. The team was incredibly helpful in arranging transportation and suggesting places to visit. They recommended we attend the Tooth Relic Procession and suggested us to visit a waterfall, which turned out to be the most breathtaking waterfall I've ever seen. Their local knowledge truly enhanced our experience. When our cab dropped us off in the mid , the hotel staff immediately came to pick us up in tuk-tuk. The staff was consistently polite and accommodating, making us feel welcome and valued throughout our stay. I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a place where the staff genuinely cares about making your stay special. Thank you for the experience!

La habitación es grande y los muebles son relativamente sencillos. La cama no es muy suave, me gusta esta cama dura. El desayuno y la cena, el chef es bueno, es más compatible con el chino, la cena y el cantante en el estadio. El hotel se mueve a la plaza Horton también es muy conveniente, conducir por el pasado, aproximadamente 45 minutos.
