Sobrang ganda ng place na to! This is one of the most unforgettable vacation we had. Clean, comfortable and breath taking scenery and views of the beach. Friendly and accomodating staffs. Super thank you for the wonderful experience we had. Highly recommended

No se limpia todos los días, lo cual es sorprendente. La ubicación es relativamente remota y es muy incómodo comprar cosas. Afortunadamente, el hotel cuenta con instalaciones completas y está cerca del mar. Es muy agradable sentarse en la plataforma y ver el amanecer.

Estuvo bien la estadía. La ubicación es lejos del centro. Necesitas de un tuk tuk o moto para movilizarte. Tuvimos inconvenientes con la moto que ofrecen ahí mismo en el hotel. La solicitamos en la recepción, nos preguntaron el horario y nos dijeron que la traían a la puerta. Bajamos al horario acordado y la moto no estaba. Esperamos quince minutos, apareció una moto, nos querían cobrar más del precio que decía en recepción. Me fui a quejar en el mostrador y me respondieron que no había disponibilidad de motos y que habían llamado a otro lado. Y que el precio era distinto. Lo cual me pareció que me tendrían que haber consultado si yo quería pagarla ese importe y comentarme de la situación. La limpieza excelente, todo el tiempo reponen todos los productos necesarios

My stay here was okay. The location could be better, need 100-150 trike ride to get to stores, restaurants, etc instead of anything being in walking distance. Disappointing a place this big didn't offer food or dining. Probably the best part is the friendly staff at the front, ready and willing to help with anything and check on your well-being. And they do laundry at reasonable rates. The room bring advertised as ”pool view” was a bit misleading. It's just facing a bunch of plants, shrubs and trees and behind all that is the pool. I cannot overstate this. The key is WAY too big. It's cartoonishly, inconveniently, ridiculously oversized. Hard to carry, hold, even use in the door if your hands are full. There's absolutely no reason for it to be this big. They say it's so people don't lose it but they ask you to leave the key with them when you leave anyways so...?? Y'all need to change that lol TLDR Friendly staff, freakishly humongous annoying key

Era un hotel bastante agradable, pero el personal de recepción fue un poco impredecible: no fue tan amable a la llegada, pero fue agradable algunos días. El desayuno era fantástico, aunque el restaurante estaba demasiado frío para cenar cómodamente, pero el personal era muy agradable. La habitación era perfecta, excepto por los mosquitos. La sala recreativa era buena aquí, con mesa de billar, tenis de mesa, computadora, sala de estar, televisión y espacio de trabajo para negocios. Mientras estábamos allí, la piscina se puso verde y no estaba muy limpia. La otra cosa que no se mencionó ni se mostró en ninguna parte fue la vista al mar, una gran mancha de tierra desde el hotel hasta el mar. A la zona de la piscina le vendría bien un poco de sombra. Está en una buena ubicación para ir a la ciudad a comer, etc. Tuk Tuk es barato. Pero tiene un olor extraño/tipo agua estancada, probablemente porque estaba al lado de algún tipo de río.

Great stay in Puerto Princesa! We enjoyed the hotel, the swiming pool and the live music. The breakfast was good and the staff was nice.

Fui al cuarto hotel de lujo en Colonia y reservé dos noches. La primera noche escuché algo gritando en la habitación, pero no hubo ningún sonido durante el día. Al principio pensé que era una rana, pero después de preguntar en recepción descubrí que era un animal parecido a un gecko que estaba en la habitación, y las grabaciones tardaron un promedio de 12 minutos en llegar. Recepción y me dijeron que las habitaciones estaban llenas y que no había espacio para cambiarme. De mala gana, me quedé dormido con miedo y somnolencia mientras grababa en la segunda mitad de la noche, y me levanté temprano para ir al mar. Cuando regresé por la tarde, mi ropa estaba toda mojada y aún no me había cambiado. Finalmente me trasladaron a otra habitación, pero pronto descubrí que el aire acondicionado no enfriaba. Llamé a alguien para que lo revisara nuevamente y todavía no enfría. Pasó más de una hora y entré en pánico. Terminé teniendo que ducharme en la habitación con los animales y el supervisor finalmente nos pasó a otra habitación. En cualquier caso, me gustaría expresar mi agradecimiento al supervisor por la forma en que manejó el problema. Pero siempre tengo una pregunta. Hay ruidos de animales en la habitación y el aire acondicionado no enfría.

Second booking with Vela Terraces and we made the same request to put us in a lower floor so we don’t have to climb all the stairs with our young toddler but unfortunately they were fully booked so we got a room on the 4th floor. It wasn’t that bad because the staff helped move ALL our luggage for us and we had 2 large hard suitcases plus a huge backpack carrier and multiple smaller bags which were all heavy. Very much appreciated the help! Since we knew about all the stairs from the reviews, there’s nothing to complain about. Despite no free upgrade because they were fully booked, the bed like the first time was very comfortable and the service was just as good as the first. The bathroom however wasn’t as nice as the Family room which was where we stayed during our first visit. It’s an open shower with a piece of glass that covers half the shower but water can still spray out. The bathroom light kept flickering and there were some ants. But all in all, it was still a good stay. AC worked well and they provided bottled water. If you want a better room, book the Family room on the 2nd floor! It makes a difference! The hotel is close to Dayon Kamo Food park which is a cute place with multiple food stalls. Great food, live music, love the atmosphere!

I recommend this hotel! The staff is very nice; they let us check-in early to have a rest because we slept at the Airport last night due to the flight being canceled. The room is clean, as well as the bathroom, and I love it when it has a hairdryer. I also love how nice the interior of the hotel is, as well as the breakfast buffet, which is so good. And what I love the most is their swimming pool. I can relax the whole day with books on it. Lastly, when we check-out, there is a free shuttle service, and the staff is very nice to help us book it. I will book this again for sure!

El hotel está situado en la colina. Los servicios ayudarán a llevar sus maletas a la montaña. Se adapta para querer un ambiente tranquilo y con poco equipaje. La colina es a lo largo de las subastas y restaurantes de la calle. Las habitaciones son amplias y las instalaciones sanitarias son buenas.
