Excelente personal y gran valor. No hay descubiertos así no tuvo que subir seis vuelos de escaleras. A este precio no fue un problema, pero el baño/ducha podía hacer con una limpia. Muy cerca de la mayoría de las cosas turísticas.

For the price we paid it was great :) receptionist was great and upgraded us! The only thing I’d say is cleaners do not clean the carpet so lord knows when it’s been last hoovered. Defo recommend

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ 10/10 Exceptional Stay — Highly Recommended! I had an absolutely amazing stay. The room was spotless, the corners were perfectly clean, and the floor was shining the moment I walked in. The bed was very comfortable and the whole room felt fresh, well-maintained, and welcoming. The staff were extremely friendly, helpful, and professional, making the entire experience smooth from check-in to check-out. The toilets were very tidy, clean, and organized, which added a lot to the comfort of the stay. The hotel is safe, quiet, and in the best location in Hamra, just steps away from AUBMC, restaurants, and all main attractions. Great value, great service, and truly exceptional cleanliness. Honestly, a 10/10 stay. I highly recommend it and will definitely choose it again.

Mucho del hotel no esperaba. Muy modesto, no hay baño (champón, etc.), sólo gel de ducha en el dispensador. Utug tuvo que preguntar, ya que parece estar solo en todo el hotel. Muy fuerte humedad, la cama siempre se sentía cruda. La habitación era muy buena, pero no era muy buena, pero no era muy buena. La misma era la ceniza - por lo tanto, se supone que es posible fumar. La cama se cambió el día antes de salir. Una vez que compré el desayuno, demasiado modesto, no hay opción ... El hotel está situado en Hamra, en muchas tiendas, restaurantes, cerca (a pie 15 minutos) de la bahía de Zaytuna. El personal es muy amable, siempre desean tratar de cumplir rápidamente. En general, si sólo te vas a dormir - entonces bastante.

Room was very clean. The only issue I saw was the door for the bathroom is rotten. I asked the cleaning maid for clean towels and she ignored me. When arriving at hotel, I had to wait about 45 minutes for a room to be ready and the baggage boy just threw my luggage on the floor without any regards for its contents. I tried to order food for lunch at about 1300 and the lady that answered room service just said no breakfast and hung up. I wanted to order a burger from their menu. So I opted to go eat outside of the hotel. Other than that... the stuff was great. The hotel is being remodeled so lots of construction noise in the morning and lots of routy guests at night and no one tells them to be quiet.

El hotel que vivía hace varios años, porque la situación económica es un poco peor que antes...Pero la habitación es todavía muy limpia, y la ubicación del hotel también es buena. El desayuno no es agradable.

Such a perfect spot in the heart of the city, especially the commercial business side if you are going on a work trip.

كل مايخص الفندق كان جيدا والخدمه أيضا رائعه. وفريق العمل كان متميزا حقا.. الشيئ الوحيد الذي لم أكن راضيا عنه هو ان Lancaster لديه اكثر من فندق في نفس المنطقه وان الغرفه التي قمت بحجزها كانت في فندق اخر فيه مسبح هذا لايعني ان هذا الفندق سيئ بل رائع ولكن ليس ما قمت بحجزه .. شكرا

Tuve una estancia cómoda por el precio. Estaba frente a la escuela, por lo que era conveniente porque había muchas opciones de compras y comida. Hay muchas cafeterías y puedes ver el mar a un corto paseo, por lo que la ubicación es muy buena. Parece bien. Lo que fue decepcionante fue que tuve que pagar por el estacionamiento a pesar de que me quedé.
