An overall enjoyable stay at the Ritz-Carlton Amman, but there’s certainly room for improvement. Pros: - Rooms are enormous, and incredibly comfortable, with a good modern TV that allows streaming from your phone and a lovely rain shower. This really is the major highlight. - Legend’s bar is very fun. Cocktails may be a bit lacklustre, but the massive screens, live music, and golf and racing simulators more than make it a great bar. - The Lebanese restaurant was delicious, and definitely a great choice for dinner. - Breakfast when available is very solid but not amazing (see the cons for more info). - Hotel location is far from downtown, but next to all the other major hotels with good access to restaurants. - Staff are courteous and helpful for the most part. Cons: - The breakfast restaurant is far too small for the size of the hotel. I had breakfast paid for, but missed it twice due to the restaurant being full. This really needs to be amended because the hotel itself was not even full. If you cannot attend the capacity of your hotel, this is a deep issue. Breakfast was solid, but still it was small compared to other 5 star establishments. - New Year’s Eve was due to be the highlight of our stay, but we were left massively underwhelmed. We booked a table at Roberto’s, but despite being seated by 22:20, it took until 23:00 to get our appetisers, and we had not even had our main courses by the time the New Year came. This is unacceptable. - A small but necessary point, in general the cleaning was fine, but one day we returned to the hotel at 16:40 to find we still had not had our room made up. We had to request this. I expect far more from a 5 star establishment, and the fact that I’m not sure we would have received a cleaning without our request is concerning. Overall, I’m happy with my stay. I still think the Ritz-Carlton Amman is probably the best hotel choice in Amman, but it leaves a lot to be desired. My review and rating reflects how I feel based on competing hotels in the area.

was very pleased with my experience. The hospitality was outstanding, and we thoroughly enjoyed the spa, restaurants, and various facilities offered by the hotel. I would rate it not just as a five-star experience, but closer to seven stars. I would like to extend a special thanks to Ward and Dina, who were incredibly helpful throughout our stay. They assisted us with our inquiries and played a significant role in arranging our visits to key attractions in Jordan, including Petra, Wadi Rum, Madaba, and the city of Amman. Their efforts ensured that we had a smooth and enjoyable experience. My daughter also had a wonderful time and made cherished memories during our stay. Thank you once again for your hospitality. I look forward to the possibility of returning in the future.

El lugar es relativamente remoto, pero sigue siendo un buen Crown Hotel y todas las experiencias están en línea con las expectativas. Después de visitar la antigua ciudad de Jerash, pasamos una cómoda noche en Ammán.

Mr Mamdouh and Mr odai was very helpful and supportive. Literally when I go back to this hotel if because of those 2 persons. Also all the stuff was nice. Hotel was super calm and clean. Food is delicious.

El servicio de la piscina no podía ser mejor, y la comida del hotel buenísima, el bar de la terraza estaba fenomenal, 100% recomendado. Volvería con los ojos cerrados. Los findes hacen fiestas en la piscina por el día, tanto para niños como para adultos, con Dj incluido. Y con mucha seguridad, por lo que te sientes como en casa.

My stay at the Sheraton Amman was fantastic! The staff were incredibly welcoming and attentive, and the room was spacious, clean, and comfortable with stunning city views. The breakfast buffet was delicious, and the location was perfect for exploring Amman. Highly recommend for both business and leisure travelers—I can't wait to return!

The hotel itself is outdated and needs renovations. It's not that bad for a short stay. The only thing that really bothered me is the music sounds that kep pumping till morning from the next building club (disco). It was so bad that I had to call reception around 3:30AM. The reception manager was very apologetic and tried to help as much as he could, but it's not in his hand. He offered me a different room but it was already nearly 4AM and there was no point to move all my stuff to another room that will also be the same or slightly better. Other than the noise it was not bad, but definitely not worth the price. In my long experience of rating hotels and apartments, I'd give this place a 5/10. I don't thing I'll book there again unless the noise issue is fixed.

The issue this hotel has many locations buildings at the same area and its not clear in which building you will stay and you have to run from one to another to find your building

Basándome en los resultados de búsqueda de Ctrip, le pedí a un colega que eligiera un hotel. Un colega local mencionó su excelente ubicación, así que lo elegimos. Resultó ser una elección fantástica.
