SStanCI’m glad that I made a great choice between all the big hotel brands in Amman. Ritz Carlton is still very new, beautiful and elegant. The room is spacious with comfortable bed, elegant marble bathroom. Breakfast comes with excellent choices and quality. Needless to say the impeccable service from the hotel staff.

I stayed at DoubleTree by Hilton Amman from Wednesday to Thursday, and it was a short but truly pleasant experience.
Right from check-in, the staff made me feel welcome with their signature warm chocolate chip cookie 🍪 — such a simple touch, but it set the tone for a great stay.
🛏️ The room was spacious, clean, and very comfortable, with everything I needed for a relaxing stay. The bed was especially cozy after a long day, and the overall atmosphere was quiet and restful.
🍽️ I had the chance to try the breakfast buffet, which offered a wide variety of local and international choices. Fresh, flavorful, and plenty of options to start the day right.
📍 The location is convenient — close to restaurants, shops, and a good base to explore Amman.
Most importantly, the hospitality of the staff stood out. Everyone I interacted with was friendly, attentive, and made sure my short stay was enjoyable.

UUsuario invitadoEl hotel tiene una ubicación decente con bastantes cafeterías y tiendas cerca. El hotel en sí también dispone de restaurante y bar.
Nos alojamos aquí por dos noches separadas para ayudar a facilitar nuestro viaje a Petra y Wadi Rum y reservamos una habitación con dos camas individuales en una ocasión y la habitación doble superior. Valió la pena gastar un poco más en la habitación superior porque tenía una sala de estar separada, una cama más grande y una ducha más grande. Ambas habitaciones tenían una mini nevera y algunos bocadillos disponibles a precios razonables.
Agradecimos que el bar cerrara a una hora decente para que la habitación estuviera tranquila, pero descubrimos que las camas no eran tan cómodas.
Hay algunas cosas que podrían mejorarse, pero sentimos que tuvimos una estadía decente ya que era solo un lugar para dormir.

MMARCELGreat stay with excellent service I recently stayed at the Mövenpick Hotel Amman and was thoroughly impressed with the level of service and overall experience. From the moment I arrived, the staff were welcoming, attentive and always ready to help with a smile. The reception team were efficient at both check-in and check-out, making the whole process smooth and hassle-free.
The room was well-appointed, clean and comfortable, offering a great blend of modern amenities and a relaxing ambience. I particularly appreciated the quality of the bedding, which ensured a restful night's sleep. The housekeeping team did an exceptional job of maintaining the room throughout my stay.
Dining at the hotel was also a pleasant experience. The breakfast buffet offered a wide selection of international and local dishes, all freshly prepared and beautifully presented. The restaurant staff were courteous and attentive, making the dining experience even more enjoyable.
The hotel's location is another strong point - convenient for both business and leisure travellers. In addition, the facilities, including the fitness centre and swimming pool, were well maintained and added to the overall positive experience.
Overall, the Mövenpick Hotel Amman is an excellent choice for anyone visiting the city. With its exceptional service, comfortable accommodation and convenient location, it certainly lives up to the Mövenpick standard. I would be happy to stay here again and recommend it to others.

UUsuario invitadoThis is a great budget hotel suite, fantastic location and a massive room with fridge TV and air conditioning including tea and coffee making facilities.
The staff were friendly and at a very reasonable price.
The hotel suite deserves a 5* rating because of the location which is close to all the amenities however the bathroom room was of poor standard and a lot of insects were flying around especially in the bathroom.
The drains needed sorting out as on one night the smell was very strong at about 1am in the morning.
This hotel claims to be wheelchair friendly but unfortunately it's only wheelchair friendly if you are not travelling alone.
I phoned the hotel on two occasions before arriving to inquire about facilities for wheelchair users and was told I can enter the hotel via a ramp used for luggage but unfortunately the ramp was very steep although they did offer to help me when needed.
I also wasn't informed that the dining room was not accessible although there was a lift to the bedroom.
They were kind enough to bring the breakfast to my room although it was tasteless.
There was a ladies long hair on the bedsheet and the cleaning of the room could be improved.
I do hope the management will take my advice and publish the correct information regarding facilities for wheelchair users especially for those who are traveling on their own like myself.
