Conveniently located next to the JR Miyazaki Station.
The room was clean, spacious and well-maintained with a spacious bathroom and a cozy bed. All the amenities were available such as the coin laundry, free Wi-Fi, and convenient USB charging ports.
The staff were polite, professional, and helpful throughout my stay.
Highly recommended if staying in Miyazaki.

Vine hasta aquí para comer carne de Miyazaki. El hotel está a 10-15 minutos a pie de la estación de tranvía. Es muy conveniente para comer en los alrededores.

It took some time to check in and hotel reception (3 person only) considered small for such big hotel. The indoor onsen were crowded for both site (different capacity).
The gym and indoor swimming water were good to use during this period. Drying machine for swim wear was great to use.
Suite was bigger than expected. Enjoyed the stay very much.

Its unique architecture offers good city views and its nicely-appointed rooms provide a restful comfortable space to rest or relax in. The bed was extremely comfortable. The wireless internet was consistently fast day and evening. The front desk staff were polite and the electronic luggage check system made it as easy as a QR code.

Perfect for Families - Spacious and Comfortable!
We stayed in the residence-type room and it was perfect for our family trip. The room was very big, giving everyone plenty of space, and it felt more like an apartment than a standard hotel room. It was clean, well-equipped, and had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The staff were also very friendly and helpful. We highly recommend Mango Hotel for families looking for a spacious and convenient place to stay. Used automated check in and out service hence can’t realky review the service.

Perfect stay from start to finish. The hotel is ideally located in the middle of town, close to everything. Staff were friendly and spoke English well enough to make communication easy. Check-in was fast, and having a car park on site was a big plus. The included breakfast was very good, mainly onigiri in the hotel café. I also loved the interactive screen in the lobby with great neighborhood tips. Nothing to complain about—highly recommend.

Miyazaki is a small city so getting around is not difficult if you stay in this hotel. There is a few local buses to the hotel from the JR Miyazaki station. Within walking distance of 10min you can find almost everything from shopping to izakaya. The best part I like is the sauna and hot spring. It has outdoor and indoor hot spring baths and sauna. Amenities in the public bath is complete with lotion, tonic, hair gel, shaving form and even towel is provided so you don't need to bring your own. Overall, a great hotel.

MMaria FlinkEspañolCuando vi la ubicación del hotel, supe inmediatamente que quería alojarme allí, porque soñaba con ver Amanoiwato Jinja. Fui a la cueva dos veces, por la mañana y por la tarde. Hay un camino muy bonito y solo se tarda unos 20 minutos en llegar andando. También es fácil llegar a Takachiho Gorge, la parada de autobús está a un par de minutos del hotel.
Esta fue mi primera experiencia de alojamiento en un hotel tradicional en Japón y me gustó mucho todo. Cena y desayuno deliciosos. Probé una cena kaiseki tradicional y fue una experiencia increíble. Personal del hotel atento y cariñoso, limpieza perfecta en todas partes, aire de montaña increíble. La madera natural en la decoración de las habitaciones crea una sensación de calidez y comodidad. En el baño, puedes probar cosméticos japoneses. Por la noche, puedes beber té, sentado en un sillón cómodo con un libro. Al principio, el silencio alrededor es inusual, pero para nosotros, los habitantes de la ciudad, es necesario. Como está oscuro alrededor, puedes ver el cielo estrellado, algo que no verás en la ciudad. Hay un servicio de transporte gratuito desde el hotel hasta el espectáculo tradicional de Yokagura por la noche. Para alguien interesado en la mitología, esto fue muy interesante.
No me acostumbré al jacuzzi de inmediato y todavía me siento incómodo al respecto, y olvidé mencionar que soy alérgico a las cebollas, pero es mi culpa por olvidarme de mencionarlo.
Recomiendo encarecidamente el Ryokan Iwatoya, fue una experiencia increíble.

TTatianaK.From the bottom of my heart, I’d like to thank all staff of the hotel. My 11-old son and I stayed there for just one night, because we were on our way to visit gorgeous Toungenkyu hydrangeas park in the other town, so we chose to stay in Hyugashi, and that was definitely the right decision! I didn’t know that there was no public transportation assess to the park, because it’s located far upon to the mountains. But I never give up So, I decided to get to the park by hitchhiking! And one of kind managers of the hotel wrote the name of the park in Japanese characters on a big sheet of paper to be seen from far apart for drivers. Besides, he told us where it could be possible to stop a car. So we did it! First, we went to the nearest town by train, and tried the hitching there. There was a nice lady who took us to the park and back to Hyugashi, we were so grateful to her!!! The local people were kind to us everywhere whenever it was a restaurant or a station. We will never forget the kindness of the local people!!!
We liked that izakaya on the first floor in the building. Moreover, we liked that nice quiet town Hyugashi because of its people! We wish you all the best!!!

Reservamos la mitad de la mesa que era valiosa porque la calidad de los alimentos era grande y especialmente cuando los restaurantes se cerraron temprano dentro de la zona, nos salvaron buscando cena. Sin embargo, hay unos pocos horarios que necesitamos seguir, lo cual es bueno, ya que las atracciones se cierran normalmente a la tarde de cualquier manera.
El hotel tiene un buen lugar para el hotel, pero no es grande.
La ubicación Ryokan es conveniente para caminar a algunas atracciones (para aquellos que disfrutan de caminar alrededor 15-30mins a cualquiera de las atracciones), que incluyen el rendimiento Takachiho Kagura (pre-reservación requerida), Takachiho Gorge, Takachi Amatasu Railway - escenic train ride.
Nota que los viajes de tren no pueden ser prereservados, y terminan por 3PM en la tarde.
Y Takachiho Gorge Boat Rental debería ser pre-reservado, con reservas de ranura de tiempo abierto 7 días antes.

UUsuario invitadoThe hotel is beautiful and it has great amenities (top restaurants including a high ranked steakhouse,, an amazing bakery, a gym, hot spring, laundry room and several stores including a kimono rental store. The hotel is located close to malls and the subway station. The staff are very kind and are always willing to assist even if they are not proficient in English . The breakfast buffet is also great and was included in my reservation. Visiting the steakhouse is a must , it is a tad pricey but worth the expenditure. Miyazaki is known for its beef and chicken. My only negative comment pertains to showers in the standard rooms (there are three kinds of rooms). The showers are very dated, have a weird smell and the shower heads are what you would normally find in a bathroom from the 70s. The rooms are spacious and clean. However, if I had known the showers and tub were so old I would have upgraded to a deluxe room. Overall the hotel is great and it is well priced for its amenities.

UUsuario invitadoMe gustaba tanto que extendía otra noche. Onsen es agradable con piscinas al aire libre. Lo uso mucho. Caminar brevemente a la playa. El desayuno buffet tiene una buena variedad. Alquiler de bicicleta gratis. Buen precio.
Las pequeñas desventajas son que, aparte de su habitación, el hotel no tiene lugar para trabajar. Las sillas de salón no tienen mesa. El restaurante está bloqueado durante el día. Además, el área de fumadores exterior a veces se siepe en la zona de salón.

LLengLeng323I booked the dormitory room, it is clean and there is dorm only for female. it is so sad that staffs cannot speak English well, but they tried to serve the foreigners as good as possible. Overall, if you just go to sleep or stay a night, it is good place for you. It is close to Aoshima Jingu.
It is very convenient that there is bus stop in front of the hotel, good for people to go other Miyazaki places
